Waterfront living on peaceful Wicwas Lake just 5 minutes from downtown Meredith, this exceptional spacious 5-bedroom home is great for big family getaways or a close group of friends. This home succeeds in combining luxury with lake-life!

Less than 10 min from I-93 yet offering peaceful enjoyment all year round.

The space
The main floor features an open-concept large living room with vaulted ceiling, full kitchen with top of the line appliances, and a formal dining room with a table for 12.

The master bedroom includes a king bed with en-suite bathroom and a beautiful bay window with seating area looking out onto the lake.

There are 2 more bedrooms on this level: one with a queen bed and the other with two single twin beds. We also have a private bonus room on this floow with a queen sleeper sofa and fantastic lake views. There is an additional full bath and half bath on this floor as well.

This level also includes multiple doors accessing the beautiful back porch, which is half-open and half-screened in. Great seating areas for everyone to enjoy their morning coffee or evening cocktail and enjoy a wide view of the lake.

There is a paved driveway with basketball hoop, and ample parking for up to 4 cars, with garage parking for an additional car. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer, and an extra refrigerator available for you to use in the garage.

The stairs to the finished lower level bring you to a beautiful space that features amazing stone work and a custom-built recreation space with bar. There is a billiards table, air hockey table, and plenty of board games the family will enjoy! Surround sound theatre system makes this room a great place for movie-night or to watch sports!

On this level you will also find a separate gym/yoga room, with a ballet bar, yoga mats, and free weights, and another half bath.

One side of this lower level has the bedroom with bunk beds (Queen over Queen, and a Twin over Full) with en suite bathroom. On the other side of the lower level is the 2nd Master - the private guest suite with king bed, en-suite bath, sitting area, and French doors with direct access to the screened in porch, backyard, and waterfront.

With over 200 ft of waterfront, this home includes a walk-in sandy beach and boat dock, spacious yard, fire pit, lawn games, and both screened & unscreened back porches.

25 minutes from Gunstock mountain.
30 minutes from Ragged mountain. Hannaford’s Supermarket is 7 min away.

This home is a truly "Far away from anything; close to everything!"

Pets may be allowed for an extra $200 pet fee per pet per stay - coordinate with the host directly.

Lake Wicwas has 4-5 islands. These islands are all private property and you are not allowed on them. They are not trash cans, fishing spots, nor are they public bathrooms.

This property's home security system follows all VRBO rules and regulations to protect your entire groups' privacy. Specifically, the house has security cameras at the Front Door looking outside at the front yard and driveway, and at the Back Deck looking outside at the backyard. These cameras ONLY look outside the home, and they are there for your group's safety and security. We were a group of 4 couples. Our goal was to the enjoy the company of our friends and do some winter activities. It ended up being the weekend of the Pond Hockey tournament, so town was busseling and the timing added another fun event to check ou.t The home is a short distance to Gunstock Mountain and Lake Wini. Dimitry responded timely to questions before and during our stay. We would recommend this Beauty on Lake Wicwas.

This property was a fantastic choice for our annual family long weekend winter getaway. There is plenty of seating for dining, playing cards or board games between the dining room and the kitchen bar. With so many bedrooms and bathrooms it made it very nice and easy for everyone to get ready. We had one heavy rain day so the basement game room was a huge hit with the teens and adults. Very happy we stayed here.

Wonderful property for three generations to enjoy for a long weekend. Spacious accommodations, fully equipped for cooking, leisure and play, plenty of parking, and Dimitry was extremely easy to work with! Highly recommended!

We had six adults and seven children, age 3 to 10. Two grandparents, two children and their husbands and seven grandchildren. There was something for everyone even on the rainy days. It was so much to do in the house. The house is very well equipped. The owner was very responsive when we had a problem with the Internet and made sure that it was corrected immediately. Would definitely recommend this to any extended family.

Spent a week with our extended family and had a great time! Kayaking, the fire pit, pool tournaments and jumping off the dock kept everyone enter. Well appointed kitchen made sure we were well fed. Plenty of space for everyone to relax on the beautiful porches.

The view of the Lake Wicwas from anywhere on the backside of the house surpassed our expectations. It was a spectacular and serene lake view! Being a flower person, the flower pot arrangements were amazing too. The house very comfortably accommodated all eleven of us ranging in age from 7 to 70. The kitchen was a good gathering spot. The porches were great for reading, eating, and relaxing. After seeing the house, my youngest grandchild jumped up and down and said, “ I am so excited!” Her older cousin said, “This is going to be one of the best vacations ever!” after seeing the games in the basement and the water activities by the lake. The lake was amazingly quiet due to minimal boat traffic. There were plenty of activities for the kids and the adults to entertain themselves inside and out. The location is close to Meredith and all that Lake Winnipesaukee offers too. It was an unforgettable vacation and we found everything that we needed which is a tribute to Dimitry’s hospitality.

Wonderful place for our large family! The teens loved the games downstairs and the home gym. The little ones enjoyed the beach toys and swimming. Having the private beach and dock was lovely. The adults loved the large porch, and outdoor fire pit. The whole family had a great time!

This is a large, seriously well stocked property. We had everything we needed. There were so many extras, including things like bubbles for the kids, sand toys and driveway chalk as well as small life vests so they could go kayaking with us. We had a memorable time.

The house was perfect for our three families. The setup was perfect and allowed everyone to have some space. The workout room was a nice bonus and allowed some of us to exercise. The backyard was great and the deck was perfect to view the lake with a glass of wine. Gunstock is a solid 25 minutes, but the drive isn't bad. We would definitely rent this again! There were a lot of features that were thought thru by the owner. You can tell they take pride in the home! My only complaint was that you have to pay for early check-in. We have rental properties ourselves and don't charge people for early check-in.

Our family enjoyed a fun filled ski weekend at this beautiful home on Lake Wicwas. It is close to Gunstock Mountain and Meredith center. The house was well stocked and the downstairs family and game room is sensational. Our grandkids had a blast and can't wait to go back. A really nice place to unwind with peace and quiet! Only a few boats on the lake, plenty of loon activity and easy kayak exploring. The property is quite large and the pictures of the downstairs do not do it justice. The place is stocked with essentially everything you need except food, clothes and friends / family to enjoy the place with.

This house was perfect for our large family getaway. It was a beautiful home in a great location, and very well appointed. I was unsure about a family getaway to New Hampshire during mud season, but this house was perfect. The game room kept everyone busy, the kitchen was big enough to cook for all of us, and the yard was perfect for our Easter egg hunt. Comfortable beds, extra spices in the kitchen, helpful touches like foil, firewood, and even laundry detergent. Thank you Dimitry, we will be back!!

Wonderful property

Great house! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back. The beds were especially comfortable and my wife now wants me to buy a bed warmer. My grandson liked the choices in books and board games. It must be especially fun here in the summer. Less than a half hour from Gunstock for winter fun and Weirs beach for summer fun, but I'm sure the lake activities at thr property would make for great times.

We highly recommend this property for a short or long term getaway. The host is very communicative and approaches everything in a positive demeanor. I forgot to informed Dimitry we were bringing pets and a minor issue with the sink surfaced, upon learning about them he respectedly inquire for affirmation and laidforth the solutions. Such a great and noble host! The place itself is breathless! With closed to 5000sqft of living spaces we expected emptiness, however the layout was very cozy and family themed. It gave us the luxury of a mansion, but the warmth of a home away from home. Everyone in our party enjoyed the stay very much. Too bad the weather was too cold for us to maximized the lake, however we were able to use the provided canoes for nature exploration. A great family or gathering getaway for anyone who wishes to enjoy time away from the buzzing city.
