This retreat's living space offers two comfortable sofas strategically placed near a wall-mounted flatscreen TV–it's the perfect spot to gather with your friends, enjoy some snacks and have a great time together. The sunroom opens out onto a beautifully, recently constructed screened-in porch and open sun deck, looking out onto the newly landscaped backyard. Plus, you'll have a convenient gas grill available!

Clarksville Cottage is walking distance to several well-known, fine dining restaurants in case you'd like to try something local or don't really feel like cooking. Also, if you don't feel like driving, you'll be within walking distance to bus stops on W 6th Street. How convenient! Check out Caffe Medici if you're looking to get some work done outside of the house, get the feel for the neighborhood, support a local business, or just sip on some amazing coffee. Downtown Austin is less than two miles away. There, you'll find endless dining options, the Austin Convention Center, Museum of the Weird, a plethora of parks, the Texas Capitol, and plenty of convenience stores.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
