About this house rental
Emerald Villa is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house that offers the best of everything you could imagine. The house is gorgeous from the minute you walk into the home. It has a contemporary feel and was professionally decorated to make you feel at home. Each bedroom has its own private flat-screen TV as well for use and enjoyment.
On the main level, you will be welcomed by the large family-style living room with TV, open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar that seats 4 and a dining room area that seats 8. Bedroom One: This room has a King bed with a flat-screen TV. Garage features a Game Room with air hockey & a ping pong table. Access to pool area through back door. Covered patio/lanai area with outside seating for dining and sun lounging. Private pool and spa. Privacy Screening on both sides with no rear neighbors.
The second level includes a stand alone bathroom with stand up shower, toilet and single vanity sink. Bedroom Two: King Bed with ensuite and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom Three: Two Twin Beds and a flat-screen TV. Jurassic Park Room. Bedroom Four: Bunk Beds with Twin and Full Bed and a flat-screen TV. Micky Room. The house was very nice and roomy! So perfect for big families. We loved the pool and the hot tub. We didn’t pay for heat but decided we should’ve later on. So I definitely recommend getting the heat for the hot tub. We did like the location. But I’m not a fan of the front gate (I think the 24 person fell asleep) so everyone was driving crazy thru the exit gate. We had no problem with the exit instructions. Except for the wash and dry the dishes and put them back. I don’t mind washing and drying but, there should be an area I can put the dishes my family used to be professional clean after we cleaned them just to be safe.I especially loved having the washer and dryer it was amazing!

Very nice home. We shared the house with another family and we felt very comfortable. The bedrooms are quiet, I could not hear people in other rooms which was nice when 10 people are inside. The pool was nice. The kids hung there all day.the lanai had privacy screens so you couldn't see the neighbors. Some other places did not. You could see right in. It did get pretty noisy outside when the houses were occupied. But yoi couldn't really hear that inside the house. Luckily, we didnt have neighbors most of the days we were there. It was a really nice home. I would definitely stay here again. My only suggestions to make it even better would be to add places to hang towels. The bathrooms did not have but one small hook, maybe? There was no where to hang your hand towels.Also, towels were provided, however there weren't any bathmats for the floors. We ended up having to use one of the towels.which is ok? But I would prefer a bathmat.

We stay in Vrbo all the time. This was the least equipped home we have ever stayed in. There was no beach towels for the water park that you can not walk to, you have to drive. There is one roll of toilet paper per a bathroom, one ditergent for the dishwasher and not even a salt and pepper shaker. The kitchen doesn't have enough cookware to make a dinner for the amount of people in the home. The hot tub didn't work the first night and they still charged us. Be careful to report all broken items, we were charged $200 for a broken stool we didn't break. There was people at the water park with beach towels and they said they got theirs from their house. Purs had none. You will save money staying somewhere with more to offer because you have to buy everything to cook and detergent, etc. The house is a good size for a bug group, but over-all not worth it. Oh, and the Gaye code situation is a nightmare. We waited 30+ minutes to get in sometimes, people were trying to back into the exit. We had to ask to.get the pool cleaned and they blammed us for running the hot tub that we paid for that didnt work and they refused a refund. Thankfully pur group was happy go-lucky or it would have ruined our entire trip.

The beds were comfortable. All the guests voiced how well they slept and how nice and quiet the neighborhood was. We all enjoyed time in the pool and hot tub. We spent time at the clubhouse enjoying the lazy river. The clubhouse has a lot to offer with beverage choices, food, and ice cream. The clubhouse was clean and well kept up.
Our family will definitely come back in the near future and I will share our positive experience with family and friends!

We rented for 4 days for our corporate team for a nearby conference, and the space was clean, open, well equipped (towels, linens, etc.), and instructions checking in and out were clear and simple. They had a visible sign in the kitchen with wifi, trash, and maintenance details, and the office was quick and courteous when we called to have the heater for hot tub activated (additional $20 per day--it was worth it)! The hot tub takes several hours to heat up, and is not super hot, but is enjoyably warm. Comfortable beds and pillows, fun themed rooms and nice garage space turned into ping pong and air hockey room. We will definitely come back next year!

The home is beautiful and is in a great location for someone who is visiting Disney. We enjoyed a day at the clubhouse which was great with the lazy river and water slides. The house itself was clean. It does only come with the bare minimum for toiletries; which is not uncommon, just be prepared to buy your own. We were originally given the wrong wifi information but customer service was great and quick to redemy it. Also, none of the provided remotes for the different fans and lighting fixtures worked. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit.

Great home perfect for families with lots of ages they had everything you need stocked in the kitchen and home was very clean and plenty of parking available. Only complaint is the check in process says to go straight to the home but you actually have to check in at another community nearby to get a gate pass and none of that is specified and no address is given on where to go. Also they did not give an address for the water park that we had access to but we were able to find it when we went to the store.

Great house, great stay! Plenty of space and bathrooms. Easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely return with my family.
The only issue we had was that we waited a couple days for a response to an issue we had, then was told the delay in the response was because they were closed on the weekends. Fortunately, it was a small issue and not one that we needed to have addressed immediately. Not sure how urgent issues are addressed if the managing office is closed for the weekend.

We traveled with 4 adults, 1 child, and 1 baby. It was so nice to have our own spaces each night. We never felt cramped. The house description was accurate. Make sure to add things like paper towels, a sponge, laundry soap, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, and salt and pepper to your grocery list. Water pressure was nice! Close to Target, Disney, and SeaWorld. Hot tub was so nice! Pool could have been warmer to be enjoyable. The resort area was nice and about a 5 min drive. There is also a smaller resort area closer with a park and non-heated pool. Note that the water slides and lazy river are not heated at the main resort. Our flight was cancelled on us on the way home, and we were asking about late check out or extending a night and the rental management company didn’t respond (note that it was Christmas Eve, so that’s probably why-but they didn’t follow up the next week either). We ended up finding a different house in the neighborhood to extend our stay. Communication prior to arrival met our needs. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and the accuracy of what to expect with the listing. I would consider staying again.

What a fantastic home! My wife and I brought our 3 young adult kids plus 2 of their spouses. A beautiful home with lots of space for all of us. Favourite part of the house was the back deck and swimming pool. A 3 minute drive to Target for groceries, etc. A 15 min drive to most theme parks. We couldn’t be happier with this vacation home!

This property was absolutely stunning. With vacationing with another family who also had kids the property was big enough we had a great time without being constantly in each other’s way. Everyone had their own space. The water park and lazy river were awesome. We will definitely be back. Loved it.

Great communication from property company. House was a little hard to find. Doesn't seem like Google maps or Apple maps have really keyed in on this community yet. Google tried to make me drive for 45 minutes in circles from the guard house. Odd!
Pros: spacious, cool rooms for kids, pool on property, television had lots of options, and fairly close proximity to the sites we wanted to see.
Cons: game room wasn't available, some beds were not comfortable (hard and flimsy), pillows were thin and cheap, dishwasher had blown the fuse so we had to fix it before we could do dishes, definitely not enough towels, tp, or trash bags provided (this has been mentioned often for this house.. instead of claiming you're "providing enough to start" how about providing enough for the stay period? 2 trash bags for 9 people for 4 days is NOT enough. I'm on vacation, I don't want to have to buy supplies that should be provided. Whatever the current thought process is.. double it. That would make it so much better!). Some of the bathrooms have brown stuff growing on grout lines. Seems like they built these houses to look good but not age well. Lots of putty in moldings. I guess it's a rental so who cares?
Check out process was very easy. I do appreciate that it was just dishes, trash, lock the door. Much better than other rentals in that regard.
I don't understand this community's trash policy. Everyone just dumps it on their lawns for pick up? That seems so icky. I hope they upgrade this soon. And Florida doesn't recycle? That's just odd. Not a comment on this house specifically.. just not something I liked about my visit.
I wouldn't stay in this property again personally, but if you want a reasonably priced place for a large party to stay, it's not bad.

Amazing house in a great location. House was clean and AC temp at 74 wasn’t too bad - some of the kids rooms were a bit warm due to the lack of the ceiling fans but not too bad. The road on the back is noisy with traffic - especially if you enjoy sleeping in. Loved the large pool and grill - my boys didn’t want to go anywhere. We would recommend this house and location.

1- The security code wasn't changed for our arrival so we couldn't get in which was frustrating. We had to call the property emergency line as it was after hours but they quickly resolved the problem.
2- We requested the pool and hottub be heated and the first day it wouldn't warm up after an hour. Even after getting an apology and the switch turned on, the hot tub never got relaxing hot just an okay. The pool never got warm, so we couldn't use it. Very disappointing.
3- Just some minor things of a piece of artwork had been knocked off the walls and a couple pieces of the sliding door window cover were left on the floor were off putting but not a big deal.
4- Finally, my husband and I drove all around the neighborhood and nearby communities and never found the pool or small water park seen in the photos. We were upset by this as what we saw in the photos made us choose this lovely house.
Overall, the house was lovely and location was perfect. The experience could have been better for our honeymoon but in the end it was still memorable. Especially the unexpected polar bear plunge into the cold pool, wasn't prepared for that.

We were so impressed with how clean the home was. Well stocked kitchen (ie. plates, cups, glassware, utensils, etc...) Great floorplan with lots of room for everyone. The hvac filter (upstairs ceiling) was in desperate need of changing. There was no warm or hot water access from sinks in the kitchen or the bathrooms. (We let them run for almost 10 full minutes and still cold). Washing pots and pans in cold water isn't very sanitary but we weren't going to run the dishwasher after every meal either. Despite the water issue with all the sinks we would still stay there again and would recommend

3 Kids aged 8 to 18 and 5 adults. Plenty of room. Clean and fixtures were in good condition. Overall a very good stay. Only issues were one TV did not have a remote so had to rob one from another room from a TV not being and the hot tub blowers did not work. Blower issue was reported on arrival but unable to be fixed before departure. Again, it was very minor and not really anything unexpected from any other rental property. Would stay again.

Super maison !
La maison correspond tout à fait à l’annonce. Propre , spacieuse, bien équipée, fonctionnelle, jolie décoration .Près des parcs , des commerces. Toute la famille a adoré ce séjour et reviendra avec grand plaisir ! Merci aux hôtes

Nice House
Pros: Clean house, great pool/hot tub, plenty of dishes, great rooms, loved the game room, good location!
Cons: We have NEVER stayed in a house that we had to go out and buy dish soap, sponges, and paper products (you're given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels only). Disappointing that there aren't any kitchen amenities (salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters).
The hot tub doesn't get 'hot' but we were there during an unusual cold spell so we were wanting warmer water - it could be okay in the rest of the year.
There were no extra blankets for the beds.
Overall, despite some of the disappointments, we were pleased with the house and would stay there again!
