About this farm stay rental
A newly renovated finca dating back to 1732, 6 minutes walk from the town square of Soller. Set in a lovely orchard, large garden and pool with various terraces. Gorgeous mountain views and very tranquil location.
Finished to the highest specification and lovingly interior designed by ourselves.
WiFi throughout (not in the garden yet!)
Parking behind locked gates for four cars (once you have negotiated the very narrow drive!)
Large, pretty gardens, orange, lemon, avocado, pomegranate, peach and apricot trees, with different chill out areas..
The town square is so near, brilliant to dip in and out of....and there is so much to see and do very nearby..
As you enter through the heavy wood doors there's a lovely large eating and sitting room area with a log burner stove. The Mezzanine level is five steps up, where you will find a stylish TV room with double sofa bed, leading on to the mezzanine bedroom and shower room. Ideal for older couples, being self contained. Particularly special feature is the restored tiled floors.
Continuing up the staircase you will find the master bedroom with pencil post bed and its own bathroom, with magnificent mountain views from the Juliet balcony...
There is a luxury family bathroom and two further bedrooms on this floor, one of which can be configured as a king size bed or twins.
Back downstairs you will find the utility room with all amenities, plus classic kitchen, leading out into the Summer kitchen and porch. There is a outdoor dining table seating 10. Sunbeds and parasols around the pool and a lovely semi enclosed terrace with outdoor settees.
All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is also full oil fired central heating throughout, hopefully not needed!!
NB. There is a base rate for 4 guests from November to April of £1,225. There is an additional guest fee on top of £25 per person, per night, with the exception of Christmas. Thank you.

Beautiful garden, pool with views on the mountains

A great location, a short walk into a charming little town, the house was very well equipped, especially the cooking facilities, comfortable and spacious. Everyone in our party strongly recommends staying here for a relaxing pool/beach holiday. The only minor gripe is the fact that all the outdoor lighting cuts out at 11pm.

This was a dreamy, magical place to celebrate my retirement with my husband and two couples! We did not want to leave the property! The setting against the mountains was spectacular. We spent many hours in the pool and could swim laps. The multiple outdoor living spaces just added to the relaxed environment to enjoy long outdoor meals and lazy afternoon naps. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the outdoor kitchen expanded the number of us who could cook. We loved making dinners after our daily shopping in town. We had Bittan, a chef recommended by Wendy, cook 3 nights for us. Her food was fabulous, and she was a total delight! The house was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for three couples. It was a wonderful vacation in a fabulous property!

With 6 adults and three under 4 any location was going to have to be good for us all to enjoy it. And Ca’n Vidorra was more than good. The location is ideal for a wander into town, with a playgroubnd on the way if you know where to look. The pool is really safely enclosed so there is no danger to the little one's, the villa is well equiped and meals on the terrace are a joy with a spectacular view over the hills. Wendy and the housekeeper Adriana are incredibly helpful, we had a problem with some of the air-con which Adriana quickly resolved for us and when the pool needed something sorted we didn't even notice it had been done, but Wendy the owner kept us fully informed. With the pictures and the 'whatthreewords' location it was easy to find, but whatever you do dont hire a large car as the drive is very narrow, but there is plenty of parking space if you do and make it to the property. We will be back for sure !

We had a lovely holiday for 3 generations of family including 2 toddlers.
This lovely property proved ideal for all.
The secure pool and grassy play area were particularly suitable for the young children and we enjoyed freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice from the wealth of fruit in the garden. Proximity to Soller town meant walking into town very practical.

Villa was perfect for a family of 9 (6 adults and 3 children). Location is great, walking distance from the heart of Sóller and the tram into the port. Hosts are very responsive and always happy to help with any question.

Lovely house with everything you could need and amazing views - particularly from the main upstairs bedroom. We have just spent a month here and loved it. Fresh orange juice in the morning and homemade lemonade from the windfalls from the abundant citrus trees in the garden. Ideal location for wandering to the square for dinner or walking out of the door into the hills or to the port. In February we were able to sit in the sun by the pool, although not all of us were brave enough to venture into it. We sampled many of the restaurants in the town and enjoyed the Friday night music at Cafè Soller where the food is great too. We also used the paellera at the house which was a great hit with our visitors. A special mention for Adrianna who was always available for any queries. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

I had an amazing week in this wonderful finca, words don't really do it justice! The views were stunning and the property had a lot to offer. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and convenient. They had the best stocked kitchen i have ever seen. I loved the fresh Soller orange juice and eating outside while enjoying the mountain views. The property is so quiet and private, yet only a short walk to restaurants and grocery stores. I didn't need a car and also explored some of the nearby villages on foot. I look forward to returning sometime in the future! Thank you Wendy for your good communication, attention to detail, and for sharing your inspiring finca with us!

Just returned from a fabulous week at this amazing property in Soller.
We were 7 adults, a 3 year old and a 15 month old. The pool/garden area is great, the property is lovely and clean and the location and surrounding views are perfect.
The pictures are very accurate and you could spend all week in this property with no reason to leave, but equally it makes the ideal base for exploring the island.
Will definitely be returning!

We have just enjoyed a wonderful family week at Ca’n Vidorra.
A beautifully restored Mallorcan Finca. The swimming pool was amazing for our 3 grandchildren. We enjoyed outdoor evening meals, the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed for 9 people.
Cool air conditioning to sleep and well used shady spots in the garden.
We will definitely return.

Smashing finca, beautifully appointed, great pool area and so close to town. We visited Soller for a wedding which was brilliant and then had a magnificent 5 days of sunshine, swimming and BBQs with regular visits to the beautiful square just down the road. Thank you

This is a great place to discover the island and the surroundings of Sóller. Although through the photos the place appears bigger than it really is, this is a great place to stay. I can recommend it. Communication with owner and personal is flawless and quick.

The setting is breathtaking, in a valley with orange and lemon groves and mountain views. It is a short walk to the town of Soller. Also right from the house, we hiked on a path to Fornalutx, another charming town, 2.5 miles gradually uphill. The property is beautifully decorated, well maintained, with much thought and effort given to the guests comfort and convenience. Highly recommend!

Most amazing finca ever
We have just returned from the most amazing 2 weeks at C’an Vidorra. The holiday had been held over for 2 years due to covid. The owner Wendy was in regular contact ensuring we had the best holiday.
C’an Vidorra is a wonderful restored finca, surrounded by magnificent mountains and set in a garden with oranges, lemons, avocados and bananas. We started each morning with freshly squeezed orange juice and a swim in the beautiful pool.
The house was spotless, a testament to their housekeeper Adriana and her colleague. Adriana kept in contact throughout our stay ensuring we had a fabulous holiday.
The house was superbly equipped for making your own meals, with an inside and outside kitchen. It’s close to all amenities, a short 5 min walk in to town where you can catch a tram to the port with its beach, shopping and fabulous restaurants.
Our favourite restaurant was Raft 19 which is a short walk from the villa, well worth a visit.
It is obvious that a lot of love has gone into C’an Vidorra by the owners and they really care that everyone who stays has a fabulous holiday.
Thank you Wendy and Owen

Wonderful villa
We had a fantastic week at this lovely villa. It is really well equipped with a lovely pool and gardens. The bedrooms are all lovely and the view from the master bedroom is amazing. The location is excellent- only a very short, flat walk into the town with it's many restaurants. In fact, we ate far too many pastries as the many bakeries are all very tempting! It's a good job that there are also many lovely walks to do right from the villa. The tram is also great for getting to the port which also has great restaurants. Adriana, the housekeeper is very welcoming and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa and we were really sad to be leaving. We will definitely be returning.

A Perfect Place To Stay
Ca’n Vidorra is undoubtedly the best villa we have stayed in – and we’ve stayed in quite a few over the years.
It is a Spanish house that has been renovated and redesigned in great style, but without losing its character. The house is very well equipped for a family holiday and the gardens are stunning. There is efficient aircon throughout the house but just opening the windows and closing the shutters provides a very nice breeze around the property so the aircon isn’t vital.
The mountains surround Soller and can be seen from every angle of this property. The view from the Master Bedroom is particularly fabulous.
The gardens are laid out in an informal and impressive style – there are lemon, pomegranate, avocado and lime trees, palms, herbs and loads more. The pool is excellent – a nice feature is that it has a constant depth – there is no shallow end, which makes it more useable than one that has a slope in in it. The eating area outside has a good-sized table, a gas BBQ and a sink/food-prep area. Also, the outside fridge room is a good idea (saves you walking that pesky 10 feet to the kitchen fridge for the next beer!). We spent more time in the garden and the pool area than we did in the house other than when we were sleeping.
Location is great – about 7 mins walk to the bustling Soller Town Square, with its restaurants and bars but not so close that it is affected by noise from that area. In the opposite direction, the house is near the start of an excellent hillside walk to the pretty town of Fornalutx – a walk we’ve done on our every visit to Soller.
The owner – Wendy – kept in touch during our stay to make sure we were OK and couldn’t have been more helpful - even advising us on how to work our way through the forest of paperwork required for the Covid regulations. There was a lovely welcome pack that included wine and jam waiting for us on arrival. Adriana – who looks after the house for Wendy – met us on arrival and saw us off at the end. She’s lovely too.
We have no hesitation in recommending this villa and will be staying there again on our next visit to Soller.

We are a family of five. Had a super stay. Owners and local contact are on the ball. Any questions are answered directly and any issues are dealt with immediately without hesitation. Very professional! The house is situated just outside the centre. You can stroll into Soller for shopping or meals quite easily.

Fantastic house and fantastic host
We just returned from the most fabulous two weeks in Ca’n Vidorra. Wendy was so helpful from the initial enquiry right up to our last day.
The house is so well stocked with everything you could need. Beautiful pool and gardens and in the most wonderful location for evenings in Soller.
Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful stay in a fabulous house
This was our second New Year stay in this lovely, lovely house and it was just as good as the first time. The house is everything you want from a rental property, with all the comforts of your own home , but better!
The living space is great for a group and we were very comfortable spending evenings cooking and sitting around the wood burner. The kitchen is superbly equipped for preparing your own meals
All the bedrooms are very comfortable indeed and the bathrooms are modern and have fabulous water pressure!
The garden area must be wonderful in the summer months and it's great to be surrounded by orange , lemon and avocado trees. A very private and quiet space at any time of year.
The location of the house enables you to walk out the door and off into the hills and it's also only a very short walk to the local shops and the cafes of Soller main square.
We will be back ( again!).

August 2019
Our family of 8 adults and 2 babies have just returned from the most wonderful week in this beautiful finca. Believe me, if yuh choose Finca C’an Vidorra for your holiday you will not be disappointed. We were warmly welcomed by Adriana who was so helpful explaining how everything worked and spent time showing us all the rooms. The finca is so spacious and in such a beautiful setting with the mountains behind and the huge garden is extremely pretty and well stocked with gorgeous plants and flowers. We loved sitting on the patio at the top of the garden under the big umbrella and eating our evening meals outside on the terrace. The bedrooms worked out very well for all ages(!) and we loved the bedlinens, towels, tablecloths etc such pretty colours. We had endless fun in and around the pool and loved seeing all the photos of how you renovated the finca and built the pool etc.
We will keep the image of the view from the master bedroom in our minds for a very long time & can see why the owners love it all so much.

It was our second visit and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Property and location is absolutely perfect. The owners do such a great job maintaining the property, both the decor and the garden is pure joy. Pool just fantastic. We love everything there and we hope very much to return. Owners very kind and sweet. Property manager on site does a great job. Spotless and cozy upon arrival with some little things in the fridge just to get you started.

Spectacular!
What an amazing week we spent in this lovingly restored, beautifully furnished finca set in the most perfect gardens with mountains as it’s back drop. We never tired of that view whilst lounging around the pool or eating alfresco. It is perfectly located just 5 minutes walk from the charming old town of Sóller with its narrow streets and quaint shops from which we purchased fresh produce every day and in particular, meat for the bbq. We ate at some superb restaurants in the town and at Port de Sóller easily reached by the old tram. We were sorry to leave but will return again. Thank you Wendy and Owen.

We love it and hope very much to return soon

Spent a fabulous and memorable week in this charming home. Enjoyed many hours poolside in the private and exceptional garden, minutes from all that Sóller has to offer. What an introduction to Mallorca!

Beautiful, relaxing and easy villa in charming Mallorcan town
We stayed in Wendy’s property in mid-March. Whilst it was a little cool for swimming in the lovely pool we took advantage of the many orange trees in the garden to make fresh juice for breakfast every day. In the evenings we would curl up by the huge fire with food made in the brilliantly well equipped kitchen. In between we walked in the mountains, ate fish by the sea and took the beautiful trams up and down to keep my little son happy! This is a charming house in a special town and Wendy is beyond helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

Surpassed expectation
This beautifullyl renovated house has been so lovingly restored. The attention to detail is breathtaking. Everything, from the carefully restored old tiles, the well thought out landscaped garden, the seating in and outside of the casa, the different styled bedrooms ( there was no better than the other bedroom as each had a charm of its own )was for us the best house we have ever rented. We have stayed in many rented accomadation throughout Mallorca. And thought we had stayed in nice enough places. I realise now though that we havent lived. C'an Vidora is by far the best ever,. Beyond any other place we have stayed.
We also loved the proximity to the town and beach, making it feel almost like a three centered holiday with options of pool days, town life or hanging at the beach.

Quite simply, perfect!
What a wonderful holiday. I wanted to relax and this property ensured that I did exactly that. Each room is tastefully decorated to such a high standard and everything I needed was there so I didn't need to think about anything - just sit back by the beautiful pool and relax as I looked at the magnificent surrounding mountains. Particularly stunning as they turned pink in the early evening sun as we had our sundowners prior to sitting down at the outside dinning table for dinner - perfect!
The location couldn't be better either. Just a 5 minute stroll to the square and all the atmosphere you could possibly want to top off your ideal break!
We spent most of our time outside enjoying the fab weather but I'm already planning to return in the winter to take advantage of the log burner and the stunning interior of this property.
Thank you Wendy and Owen for making C'an Vidorra so welcoming!
