Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, für Familien ist es eine gute Unterkunft.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war gut aber nicht sehr hochwertig. Ein Grundriss in der Ausschreibung wäre hilfreich gewesen, dass das eine Zimmer hinter der Küche war und das andere nur über das Bad erschließbar, war nicht so günstig.

Die Ausstattung war nicht sehr hochwertig. In der Küche fehlten z. B. ein Brotmesser, überhaupt Messer die schneiden, Gläser, die Spülmaschine war defekt , die Spültabs auf ein Minimum reduziert und 1 Geschirrtuch ist auch ein bisschen wenig.

Blisko sklep i przystanek, mieszkanie ciche

brak tabletek do zmywarki. Prośba o rozładowanie zmywarki przed opuszczeniem mieszkania (co oznacza, że nie można skorzystać ze zmywarki po śniadaniu lub trzeba je bardzo wcześnie zjeść), bo mieszkanie należy opuścić do 10 rano. Jeden z pokoi przejściowy - mało prywatności.

Sehr geräumig, sehr sauber, gute Lage, toller Service.

Sehr viel Platz, auch genügend Flächen zum Abstellen von Gepäck. Superschnelle Reaktion des Vermieters: Toaster defekt gemeldet, 3 Std später stand ein neuer in OVP da. Sofa und Bett bequem. Elbnahe Lage, Geschäfte, kleine Restaurants, Haltestellen nah dran.

Die Wanne ist zum Duschen ungeeignet. Boden ist gerundet, man kann nicht sicher drin stehen. Keine Haltegriffe, keine Duschwand oder Vorhang. Und Wanne ist für ältere Gäste zu hoch, um einzusteigen. Das einzige, aber leider wichtige Manko.

Lage, Anbindung an die Tram, Größe

Das eine Bett hat so geknarzt beim lediglich drauf liegen, dass wir die Matratzen vom Bett genommen haben, um überhaupt ein Auge zu machen konnten.

Für einen City-Trip absolut zu empfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein kleines Einkaufszentrum. Die Haltestelle für die Straßenbahn ist keine fünf Minuten entfernt. In knapp 15 min erreicht man die Innenstadt.

Das Haus liegt genau an einer vielbefahren Straße - Straßenbahn und Autoverkehr - also mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist kaum möglich.

Check in and check out were without contact and went smoothly. The house was nice and the host was friendly.

Spiders and spider webs all over the room. I was also not aware that my room was underground which meant it was dark and musty. I was traveling solo and the door was kind of see trough which made me very uncomfortable. The shower head pressure was very weak. Also keep in mind if you're walking from the closest train station with baggage it's quite far.

I do not reccommend the Apartment in winter

The location is good, the Apartment is big and spacious, good connection with the city center, free private parking is a Great advantage

When we entered the Apartment late in the evening 9 p.m most of the radiators were off (it is winter). It was very cold in the Apartment like the central heating wasn’t working for a longer time. We spent the night sleeping in our pijamas, sweaters, socks and tights. Although we turned all radiators on we still weren’t able to make the Apartment warm. We were travelling with kids. Such thing should never happen to anyone.

Great apartment and nice location!

Great location near a tram stop, not far from the center, also everything you need such as a supermarket/restaurants/bakery are nearby, nice communication from the owners, place is clean and had some nice christmas decorations, good price, option to put netflix on the tv, everything you need is there such as kitchen equipment, our apartment was on the top floor so no issues with sounds from neighbors, overall a great apartment and would recommend!

Few comments: - we needed all 3 beds, but mine (the smallest one) had an awful matress which made it painful to sleep cause you could feel the metal things in the matrass, luckily my dad and brother had a more comfortable bed, also the pillow is huge but gives 0 support - the shower is in the bath, which is okay, but there was no shower curtain or anything to keep the water from going all over the room. Also you have to hold the showerhead, I would suggest to add something to the wall so people can stand underneath the showerhead which would be more comfortable

Lovely apartment for family

Good location near Supermarket and Bus station and Tram station. Easy to access to City. Apartment is big enough for 5 people. Kitchen is wonderful.

Door lock was hard to lock but it was not a big deal. Need to fix it.

The appartment was realy large. Parking place in the yard. Easy self check-in.

Despite "No smoking" signs and information that this is non-smoking appartment, there was a cigarette smell and that was a bit annoying. No tea or coffee. In one bahtroom there was a problem with draining, so we went to use another one.
