Catastrophique

En dehors de la gentillesse du personnel rien. Je ne comprends pas la note d'évaluation qui ne correspond pas du tout aux prestations de l'hôtel. Des chambres vétustes avec une propreté plus que douteuse. Poils dans la douche qui n'avait pas de pommeau et sans eau chaude. Climatiseur non entretenu et non nettoyé. Serviettes de bain fatiguées. C'est une chambre pour des routards de passage sachant qu'il y a beaucoup d'haïtiens qui semblent vivre à l'année ! Pas de fenêtre et donc pas de lumière naturelle dans la chambre. Nous avons décidé de changer d'hôtel au bout du 2 ème jour quitte à perdre une nuitée .

Tout sauf la gentillesse du personnel. Je suis désolé mais je crois qu'il faut noter cet hôtel a la hauteur de ses prestations et non pas sur la gentillesse du personnel et même le restaurant à côté était une catastrophe !!! Quitte à choisir allez au Renacer qui est juste à côté.

the staff is friendly.

price was too high. because I requested a better room, an additional of $22 dollars a day for 6 consecutive days. The payment was cash which I didn’t like. At the end my stay there cost me $294.00.

Location is decent, in a safe area, not that far from colonial center. Room was big and clean, and the bed was comfortable witb good AC. Good for the price

There was construction work happening when we were there so there didnt seem to be any common areas. There was a kitchen in our room, but it was unusable as there was no kitchen equipment at all, not even plates.

It was a cheap and good stay for 1 night. The room was big and good. The bed not so comfortable. The staff was super friendly and there is a place to park your car. The location was good.

During the night there was a lot of noise coming from a place next door.
