About this house rental
A newly renovated cottage just a brief walk from the beach on a quiet street. Three bedrooms, attuc loft, pull out couch (queen), two full baths. Can accommodate sleeping for infants and toddlers.
Full size refrigerator with ice maker, gas stove, microwave, Keurig with complimentary pods, espresso machine, table settings for eight.
500 square foot elevated deck with gas grill, table, chairs, patio umbrella. Hammock, bicycles for kids and adults.

Great week. House is in a prime location close to restaurants and 10 min walk to the beach and downtown. Lino is an excellent host!

Lino was a great host! Made sure everything was good for us and was very responsive. The house was conveniently located and a short drive to the beach! House had everything we needed and more. It was also dog friendly which was a plus for us!

I can’t say enough about this rental. This is a beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood and only a couple blocks from ALL things Point Pleasant Beach! Beach, boardwalk, restaurants etc. - although you may just want to relax and enjoy the views sitting on its large wrap around deck. The host and his family provide everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. Great for kids, adults and pet friendly too. Thank you for a memorable vacation! See you next summer!

Lino was a really good host from the time of our booking to leaving. The house looked great and was clean. Lino took care of my family and made sure that it was a pleasant stay. My family loved the place and enjoyed our trip. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this place to others.

Nice place. Easily accommodated our family of 4, and a short 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Great for the Easter weekend as the boardwalk with games/rides opened up, so lots of family fun. Great Italian and seafood also nearby. Owner stocked the fridge before we arrived which was a pleasant bonus. Also within walking distance of NJ transit train. Would highly recommend for weekend or longer getaway.

We just returned from our second year in a row stay at Lino's
place. Everything was as equally wonderful as the first time. As you have read over and over again, Lino is the most fantastic, welcoming host. In addition, the home includes almost anything you would need for a week away.. Needless to say, we will be going back next year,

The property has everything you need for the beach vacation. The owner provided all kitchen nessessities including some breakfast food items like eggs, bacon, bagels, coffee pods, milk.
Fresh flowers on the table was a nice gesture. The beach supplies included umbrella, chairs, towels and a wagon to carry. There are lounge furniture and a hammock on the balcony. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Lino is a great host! He even provided breakfast food for the morning after we arrived! My daughter, son-in-law and grandkids had plenty of room to spread out and were able to get to the beach easily. The dining table is huge, they had beds and linens for everyone, and the wrap around outdoor deck was spectacular. Overall a huge success and we intend to book again in the future. Thank you Lino!

This property was perfect for our Fourth of July getaway! Lino is a fantastic host. The house had everything we needed for our beach trips and was very comfortable for my parents, my husband and I and our 2.5 year old. (Plus room for more!) Would definitely recommend!

Good clean property. Can tell that owner is upgrading a lot of it. The owner supplies a lot of stuff for those going to the beach. Owner also stocked some food for us which was a neat surprise.

Nice beach house
Lino was very responsive throughout the entire booking process. The house was just a few short blocks to the beach. The wrap around deck was perfect for the small gathering we had for my daughter’s birthday. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Winter Stay
Excellent property. My husband and I were traveling with our dog to visit family for the holidays. After a very long drive it was a relief to arrive and find such a clean and well cared for property. Check in was easy. The hosts were very responsive and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Location was great. Walkable to local restaurants, shopping, beach, and boardwalk. We will definitely stay again.

Lovely homecoming
We loved staying at this location! As we're very familiar with the area, we always look forward to returning from NoVA and spending time in our old stomping grounds usually on the Squan side. The house was ideal for our family of three plus one dog. Hosts were super generous and stocked up the fridge with breakfast treats, always accessible too. House is welcoming, clean and practical. Wonderful touches such as fresh flowers and cozy candles as well as the use of the deck furniture and bikes made it an amazing off-season autumn shore stay, and we were just the right distance from the boardwalk to get a good stroll in. We look forward to reserving again in the future. Thank you, Aabrana & Lino!

We loved this house! The pictures don’t really do the place justice! It was clean, comfortable in every way, and had everything we could have needed in the kitchen and for the beach! It was a super easy check-in, great owners and a great location!

Perfect rental experience!
This is a fantastic family rental. Very comfortable and laid back. Lino and Aabrana are the most thoughtful, accommodating hosts. They go above and beyond. Our experience started with beautiful flowers and amazing goodies. They basically provide any amenity that you can think of. We highly recommend this rental and host. Save us a week for next year!

We had such a great time staying here. Plenty of space for the whole family. Excellent communication with owner, couldn’t do enough for us. Not having to bring towels and bedding was a huge bonus. Definetly will rent again.
