Overall we had quite a nice stay in that house.

The house was spacious with a big outdoor patio.

The main bathroom didn’t have any mirror or place to put the toiletries, which was annoying . The towels and bedding were grey or dark colour , it was difficult to tell if they were washed at all. Very unpleasant feeling.

Lovely house, very comfortable and family friendly

Loves the modern decor but such a cozy feel. Perfect place to hang out while my daughter recovered from surgery. Highlight was the deck out the back and the outdoor sofa! Toy box was a nice surprise and kept the kids entertained!

Unfortunately sun does come in the main bedroom first thing in the morning so maybe some curtains or better covering block out blinds would do the trick to enjoy a sleep in!

A good base for seeing the sights in Port Lincoln and surrounds, just don't look beyond the front do

Liked the fact that the bedrooms were a distance from each other. Liked the huge TV in the master bedroom. Liked the shower heads. Liked having a full kitchen. Although we didn't need to use it, liked having a full laundry. Didn't hear the neighbours except for them coming home after work with their "doof doof" music blaring as they parked. Apparently there was quite a party with some bad language coming from a residence at the rear of the house on Saturday night.

Baltimore Street seems to be full of noisy cars plus other noisy cars use it as a thoroughfare. And one of the next door neighbours left at 4.30am to go to work each week day in a noisy car. Am only assuming this, but perhaps Baltimore Street is full of Housing Trust houses - there doesn't appear to be one, not one actual front garden - just weeds and gravel. Plus houses of very poor condition - paint peeling off, woodwork falling down. I wouldn't be recommending this property for its location.

Relaxing and very enjoyable. Love this area. Property was a home from home

Such a comfortable, clean spacious home with all mod cons and privacy from other family members. Kitchen fully stocked and a nice touch having access to spices and condiments. Beds were very comfortable with lovely soft towels also supplied

Not too bad as we had a car. Can't walk to town

There was reasonable supply of condiments in pantry.

Not the best of location. Bed slate was broken. Also bad timing that the wifi failed. The coffee maker did not come with instructions and the pods did not match the machine????

Generally a good stay. Just a few improvements can make all the difference

Old Food on dishes in the cupboards which meant we had to wash them again including the cutlery. Only two tea towels for the 5 days stay. Cleaner not updated of change of day for checkin which I changed a months ago, she said on her paperwork our check in day was the next day. Suggestion on what will make a stay more pleasurable maybe a BBQ, Clothes dryer and maybe a bigger couch as couch for six people was to small.

Great Value for Money

Beautiful clean home with great facilities and enclosed back yard which is great for kids. Loved the fact there was laundry powder, condiments, shampoo etc so we didn't have to bring the whole house with us. Beds were comfy. Other houses in the street were a little run down, but the street was quiet. Close to the town centre.

Loved the clean linen. Extra blankets. Heating worked very well. House was set up well. All cooking items available for an extended stay.

I would have loved a tea towel and/or dishwasher tablets.

Exceptional

Thought this was a very good comfortable space to come home to after exploring all day. Good closed in backyard. Great for our 4 year old. Close to everything really. The place definitely looks better inside then what the pics show.
