While a little small overall, this was a great fit for me. It was central to all the places I needed to be during the Ledgestone Open. I would definitely short list this place if I come back next year.

The house is perfect for 2 people. Location was great. You can walk to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. There’s parking in the driveway. The house was spotless.

We came up for the Ledgestone disc golf tournament. House was adequate but older. The house is just extremely small and very outdated. It served its purpose though. Bathroom/shower needs remodeled pretty bad but its an older house so that could turn into redoing all plumbing. Nice neighborhood. Not a good location for the tournament though as we found ourselves having to drive a minimum of 25 minutes to closest course, no fault here on the home though. Good place to stay if in Peoria for Peoria stuff :)

The property was very conveniently located and provided a nice weekend away! The bed was extremely comfortable considering I normally miss my own bed anywhere I go. Thank you for a great experience!

This property was exactly as described! Incredibly cute little bungalow! We walked to eat and shop. We felt safe. And the check in was as easy as it gets! I will definitely stay at this property again!! Very VERY good experience!

We loved this one bedroom house within walking distance of great restaurants in the Heights. It was very clean and stocked with everything you might need. Ashley makes herself available to answer any questions you may have. We were very impressed with this house and would definitely stay here again.

Peoria in the fall🍁🍂🍁
My husband and I enjoyed a very nice stay in the Heights (20-28 October 2021). This home is in a great location: Safe, close to restaurants and Grand View Drive. The fall leaves and river valley view are a great way to begin or end the day.
Ashley was wonderful! She is very responsive from beginning to end. Her home is clean. The water is hot. Furnace warms this cozy home quickly. We found the bed to be quite comfy. It was nice to have an oven/stove, refrigerator, and dishes to accommodate meals. The washer and dryer came in quite handy.
Thank you, Ms. Ashley!

Great location & adorable house!
Had a getaway all by myself and this little house was PERFECT. A block away from great shops, restaurants and coffee. Rode my bike all over, walked, easy driving to anywhere. House is adorable and comfortable. Might have to come back and bring my husband!

Uncomfortable furniture
The house is cozy, clean, and ideally located in the Heights. The kitchen is very nice and having a washer-dryer was a vacation saver. There was plenty of hot water in the bathroom and the fireplace was quite a perk.
The down side was that the bed and couch were extremely uncomfortable. We contemplated checking in to a hotel just to get some sleep. There was no comfy chair to curl up in to read, either.
In addition, the shower is very slippery. May I suggest grab bars for safety? I slipped several times and once landed halfway out of the tub wth pulled muscles. We ended up standing on towels to shower safely.
The keyless entry gave us problems, making us scan our hands 15-20 times. It was nice not to carry a key, though.

Nice little bungalow
House has a reasonably well equipped kitchen and plenty of really great towels. Location is as advertised; short walk to all of the restaurants & shops in the Heights' downtown. One negative: no visitors are allowed on the property so we could not have our grandkids there.
