It was much bigger than we anticipated and we loved the space…
Of course for my husband, having a golf cart was definitely his high point. He got to go chip and putt whenever. When he actually played golf, his partner, who lives there, wanted to use his cart.
We had only one small problem and Steve took care of it immediately.
For me the close location of St Stephen’s church was a plus. It was also easy for me to find Bridge groups and MJ groups to play with.
We would stay there again except he’d already rented for next February and March 2025. We love SunLakes!!!

Your cable is the only thing that was not good.

Very nice for the price range. Good for a vacation on a budget. Very simple and enjoyable. Awesome community with plenty of activities and nice restaurants.

Place was dusty, dirty with cobwebs & dead bugs throughout. Crumbs on counter. The air conditioner broke and it took 5 days for a portable one to be set up - which only cooled the bedroom. Owner responds when he gets around to it. Also, to be noted this place has no dishwasher.

Very comfortable accommodations and a very good value for the price. We stayed for a little over a month and had plenty of room. The full kitchen had everything needed. We really enjoyed the use of the golf cart and the neighborhood pool. Any questions or issues that we had were addressed quickly.

I spent 18 days in this house, and for 17 of them I had no central heating. The furnace was broken and it took 17 days to fix. I was in Phoenix, so you would think why do you need heat? Right ? Wrong ! Several mornings the inside temp was 54-60 degrees., with the overnight lows in the 30’s and 40’s.
There was one working space heater, which I kept in the bedroom and that kept that room warm. The rest of the house, not so much. Around day 10, the owner offered an additional space heater, which I declined since the morning temps had gone up several degrees. I will say that the owner was trying to get the service company to repair the furnace, but they were either incompetent or irresponsible. Several appointments were made, but no one showed up. Don’t know why. Toward the end of my stay, the owner turned a bit snarky with me when I kept inquiring about the heatand
