This is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home on Lake Ada. Just 10 minutes to Sanford SFB airport. Clean, uncluttered home equipped with everything you need for a fun vacation, just bring your toothbrush and shampoo. Master bedroom with full bath and direct access to the screen porch. Flat TV in master, BR 3 and the living room and WiFi. In the fenced back yard, there is a fire pit with gate access to the dock and lake. Screen porch and gas grill great for entertaining family and friends.

This is my family’s second time staying at this location, I was very excited to return here. Owners Jay and Teresa are wonderful, the home is beautiful, very clean. Location is very peaceful, I spent as much time as I could on the dock. Kids enjoyed fishing again this year from the dock. Thank you Jay and Teresa for opening your home for others to enjoy.

We chose the VRBO because of proximity to Sanford airport for an EARLY morning flight out. It was only a 1 hr drive to the KSC for our astronaut training experience. And we got to see a satellite launch from the comfort of the dock chairs on the lake. Easy peasy.

The picture of the dock had sold me on the property. We came into town for a wedding, the house was plenty of space and the dock was exactly like the picture- spacious, sturdy and clean with plenty of seating and a nice table,

This house was awesome, plenty of space for all of us. We were able to meet my son's girlfriends family. Had everyone over for an early dinner. Spent the day relaxing both on the dock and backyard. Jay came over and introduced himself and took a couple our party on a boat ride around the lake. We saw turtles, birds, fish and small alligator in the water. I made a cake with a food processor instead of a hand mixer. I let Jay know a hand mixer would be a great addition. There wasn't any paper towels, but we luckily had our own. It was nice to be able to do our laundry, in fact was one of my requirements for renting a house. We had just gotten off a 12 day cruise. It was 30 minutes to Orlando airport, which was nice since we had a early flight.

We loved the house. It had great space for the 5 of us. It was well supplied with everything you need. The view out back was terrific. Sitting on the dock in warm weather was a real treat to the cold, winter we left behind. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Jay was very responsive to our questions. All in all, a truly wonderful place to stay!

All the comforts of home. Waking up to a lake view is like heaven. Fantastic Dock for fishing and the most comfortable beds ever. Historic Sanford is fantastic with great stores and restaurants. Jay was incredibly accommodating to our every need. Plan to come back.

We needed a place to stay initially for 7 people to attend a family wedding event in Lake Mary, Florida. This Lake House fit the bill for us. Our youngest daughter's family of 5 were unable to come but our other daughter's large family if 9 ran into a sleeping issue situation so we had 2 of her older children stay with us. The lake house is backed up to Lake Ada and is in a lovely setting. We weren't able to enjoy that as much due to the reason of our stay. Our accommodations were really comfortable for us. 2 full bathrooms, beds to sleep 7, plenty of kitchen gadgets, dishes, cookware, etc. TVs. Nice quiet neighborhood...well until the fireworks started at midnight on New Year's Eve. 😉 we enjoyed it thoroughly. Thank you Jay and Teresa!

The house is in a nice neighborhood close to everything. The owner was very easy to work with and the check in process was non complicated. Description given of the house was accurate. The boat house at the end to the dock was our favorite place to sit and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. We were able to relax and enjoy family for Christmas. Would highly recommend for everyone to stay here.

From my first communication with Jay, the owner, this was the easiest vacation property we’ve rented. Everything in the description of this home was accurate, and we had a wonderful stay! The bass fishing was awesome, the view of sunrise on the lake was spectacular. All in all, our experience was a 10 out of 10!

This was one of the best properties I have rented in a long time. All the amenities were amazing but the homey feel made us all feel comfortable! The owners were amazing, very communicative and the interaction they have with guests was really cool to see in the notebook for everyone who stayed there to fill out. Sitting on the dock in the morning was extremely peaceful and at night very calming. I loved watching the stars in the hammock and drinking coffee at the table in the screen porch. Would absolutely book again 😊

The interior of the property and the yard were well kept and in good condition, however, the exterior needs pressure washing. There were spider webs and soiled areas on the doors and ceiling of the porch. Overall, the experience was great.

Our family chose to stay at this charming home as part of our adventure to the Deleon Springs. It was a prefect place with everything ready to make our visit a delight. We enjoyed BBQing, fishing of the dock, making our family meals, games songs the table, and snuggling up for a movie at night with a bowl of popcorn. Check in awesome, owners are so friendly and easy to communicate with, and all the essentials were stocked. With a quick stop at the grocery store our visit was a huge success.... with no stress :)

This is the best rental I have stayed at. We felt at home the moment we walked in. The furniture was very comfortable. It was clean and extremely well supplied in the kitchen and bath. the bed was perfect. We loved watching the sun come up from the bed. The neighborhood was nice. We walked down to the park nearby in the morning for exercise. My only complaint is that I had to come back home too soon. Thanks for letting us use your home.

The location was ideal for our group as we needed to be close to both the Boombah Sportsplex and Lake Mary this house was in between both. We had everything we needed as far as amenities. really wish we would have been able to take advantage of the views and the new deck. The owners were extremely quick to respond to any of my questions. They were fantastic to work with.
