Best Stay Ever! Full of Activities and Fun!

Breakfast was sooo good! Cookies, jams, fruits, vadas and soo many items! We ended up eating the lunch also at the restaurant and there was a live chaat counter too. The place had many many many activities. Foot massager, beautiful swimming pool, table tennis and a library! And the best best part was the box cricket area. We played for 4 hours easily. This place is the perfect hotel for the rains because so much to do inside the hotel itself. They gave us cycle too. Room was also big, hygienic and clean.

I didn't like the kheer. It was too sweet for me but overall still LOVED the food!

Clean and neat hotel

Location was very close to the market. Road is little broken but very short walk so we didn't mind. Food was mind blowing! Room was clean and pretty big in size. Pool was too cold for us to enter but decent size. Hotel provided carrom tables and table tennis for guests to enjoy. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved my stay here, surely visiting it again.

Location of property was amazing plus the place was very hygienic with very cordial staff. The hotel is quite spacious with a separate game area and only 3 minutes walk from main market. Parking is easily available opposite the hotel. Food was also very nice. Hot water takes few minutes to start but otherwise everything was perfect.

Services and also the quality of food and yeah common washrooms near restaurants is very very dirty ,stains on wall and location of the hotel is not good at all you have to walk 2km to reach near market area

the rooms are not what showed in the photos, no elevator, bedsheets were dirty, unclean rooms, wired smell, dirty washroom, power sockets not working, dead intercom etc

Very old hotel, old rooms, bit dirty, good hospitality though. Food was not good. Ask for dal tadka, but it was very tasteless not well cooked dal.

The rooms was not clean. Washroom was having constant foul smell, the basin was clogged. Food was not good.

They were facing some issues with thier online payment like card and UPI Payments were not working. which need to get fixed on priority basis.

Memories of our trip would have been incomplete without our stay at Pratap Heritage

I had to contact the hotel to accommodate me for few extra days prior to my reservations and it was very kind of management to understand my situation and they managed to accomodate us in addition to my reservation for 30th November. Additionally, staff was very friendly and breakfast was tasty and kitchen staff would make sure food and tea is properly served in our plates.

It would be great if management can keep swimming pool clean and add extra gaming facilities like Pool table or ping pong table.

Please be clear with your hidden charges

The place location ambiance nd room's

I don't like that hidden charges when i book the amt is final amount i consider when i visit the hotel and going for checking process the added 18% gst on our bill and that not anywhere mention that i have to pay this when i talking with the hotel person they told us that booking.com not mention this that's there fault you write mail to booking.com for this think i am not like at all mentioned on site in one room u can stay 3 person and again they charge for 3rd person charge This is a request that please clear this thing with your customer gst n all other hidden charges and this thing disappoints me from booking.com
