About this apartment hotel
Superior Suites are located on the 2nd story, 2 blocks down from the historic Baker Street, known for its many shops, restaurants and pubs. Superior Suites are new, modern and built to executive standards with all the amenities you expect and deserve. This one bedroom suite also features a queen sized murphy bed in the Livingroom to accommodate two extra guests. You can enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the balcony or open the stacking doors to utilize the whole space. The suite has plenty of storage for all your gear located at the parking level.

This VRBO was walking distance from many, many restaurants and shops. A great walk down to an amazing park right on the water, rent a kayak, go swimming or whatever. Don’t get me wrong, there are many hills to climb which are short distances for the most part but a little steep. The VRBO itself was very nice with a great deck to sit and look out at the scenic view. Well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. What they don’t tell you is there are train tracks very close to the property and they are used a couple times a day, one at night, 10ish and one in the morning. With that being said, the windows and sliding doors keep it very quiet inside the unit. No elevator to unit which is basically on the 3rd floor or maybe 2nd hard to tell but approximately 30 steps. Watch out for the shower wand in shower, turn it towards wall or you might be spraying the entire bathroom. I’m 74 and active. The steps and hills didn’t bother my wife or me as we loved every day in Nelson and this VRBO. The owners were great to work with and we loved our stay. I pointed out some very minor things but you’ll love it too.

Good location (1 block to downtown), ample space inside and on the balcony (the view off the balcony is really nice, you can see the lake and watch the small aircrafts taking off or landing on the strip), bike locker provided, clean, the kitchen is stacked, air conditioning makes a big difference on a hot summer day. We will stay again!

The condo was exactly what we needed for our weeks holiday in Nelson. It was exactly as listed. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need and was very clean and quiet. And that view!!! We only needed Jennifer for 1 small need and she had us looked after within about 10 mins. Will definitely be returning!! Thanks again for a lovely vacation rental.

Jennifer's apartment was a perfect spot for my husband and I to play some golf and enjoy Nelson. The location is perfect to downtown, an easy walk to all the restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and very clean. The complimentary coffee and creamer was a nice touch. Jennifer even called us after we left to let us know we had forgotten our phone charger! Luckily we were still in the area. We hope to be back!

Jennifer's rental is an amazing find for Nelson. Conveniently located close to downtown you are walking distance from all the fabulous restaurants and bars. The unit itself is excellent appointed with all the amenities you would want and more in a unit away from home. Jennifer goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is beyond comfortable. With a small view of the lake and large deck to enjoy the sunsets, Superior Suites Unit L is our choice for a rental every year when we visit Nelson

We didn't spend a ton of time at the place but it was really nice for the price. The radiant heat in the bathroom and entryway is a nice luxury for drying your stuff. About the only minor issue I had was that we wanted to watch the superbowl but couldn't get access to CTV or TSN with the television, but it wasn't a huge deal. We left some beers in the fridge and they called us concerned that we left them behind - it was really a nice touch. The location couldn't be beat either - everything was walkable.

Loved the location. Walked all over the compact downtown, with lots of good restaurants and some interesting shops. Comfortable bed, with plenty of room for our stuff. Took us a while to figure out the temperature in the unit. We would have liked some lamps, as we like soft lighting and the overhead lights were glarey for us. Interesting view from the deck, with the airport in front of us and small planes coming and going, and the bridge over the lake in the middle distance.

Everything was terrific- from the view to our charming host’s greeting us and giving us some valuable tips. This VRBO was so clean and well designed- even our dog was comfortable on the doggie bed provided.

Such a wonderful property! New, clean and perfectly located this was a wonderful place to stay for our BC vacation. The property itself is obviously either very new or recently updated so everything inside is so nice and clean and modern. AC was a huge plus considering it was 32 degrees celsius most days and the back deck was a lot of fun to sit on in the evening and watch the little planes land and see the "big orange bridge" close by. Once inside you literally can't hear anything; it is so well sound proofed considering you are off of a fairly busy road.
Location wise was perfect! Short walk down to the beach/lake or up the hill to Baker's Street with a ton of shops and restaurants. Can't wait to visit again!

"Superior Suites" is located in the heart of Nelson and is just blocks away from shopping, restaurants, and bars. The apartment is fully equipped which made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Jennifer was a great host and communication with her throughout the booking process was super easy. This is our 2nd year staying at this location and we plan to be back again next year!! Would highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for a fun get-away!

Beautiful, Clean, Comfortable
We greatly enjoyed our stay in this suite. It is comfortable, well-appointed and extremely clean. The living area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom are all spacious and there is plenty of closet space. Both the main bed and the murphy bed were very comfortable. I am scent-sensitive, so needed to move some dish and cleaning products on to the balcony, but otherwise the suite was fragrance-free. There was only one downside for older people like us: carrying our belongings up 31 steps to reach the suite. (We had planned in advance by taking smaller luggage to make this manageable.) The owner, Jennifer, was very responsive and considerate and answered our messages quickly. Although the address is on a fairly busy street, this suite is located in the rear of the building, so street noise was barely noticeable. Great balcony and views! Highly recommend this suite!

Excellent location, easy walk to Baker street and close to the lake shore and everything in town. Jennifer was super nice and very quick to answer any question. Beautiful condo with top of the line appliances. Note that there is no dining table inside or on the balcony, but there is a BBQ and chairs to enjoy a drink even if it rains (the balcony is covered). Parking in the back (2 flights of stairs or 1 flight if coming from the street). Loved our stay. Highly recommend.

Awesome stay in Nelson
Jennifer was really quick to answer our stay request and we add no problem checking in. Our dog was welcome and there was a big bed for him we really appreciated that. The location is perfect really close to town we can walk everywhere from the condo. Everything was perfect and super clean.
