A great experience

It was very convenient and helpful having tea/coffee/ sugar provided, including towels, there was some hand wash, washing up liquid, a bin liner and also oil for cooking! Also my son found a bag of galaxy minstrels which we shared. A lovely stay. All of this really helped the stay make it easy and simple for us. It was lovely experience. Thank you

Will defo be returning to this caravan in the future it was perfect.

Caravan was lovely for myself and 3 children beds were made coffee was full thank you!! Wifi which the kids loved lovely surroundings and club for the kids ( and adults) reception was very welcoming easy walk over the bridge to the beach and down to towyn we enjoyed our weekend thank you both.

The neighbour with the dog who barked everytime we went on the decking but we can't pick the neighbours apart from that there was nothing we didn't like.

Amazing communication right from the start. The caravan was absolutely beautiful a home from home. Everything in place, nothing the owner's didn't think of, and little extras. We would highly recommend staying in this caravan. The on site facilities are great for kid's and adults. We will definitely be staying again.

Couldn't find the caravan at first as no number but only took me 10 mins so not a major complaint lol

Very happy with everything the caravan was everything we expected if not better

Overall our stay was a great one , the caravan was very clean everything we needed was provided as promised, very pleased and we will be returning again in the future

the heating took a while to warm the caravan up but once warm it was fine

The caravan we originally booked had been double booked so the owners upgraded us to a lodge, our stay was great, lodge was beautiful and very clean and in a good location on the park. Owners were helpful and great for communicating. Staff at on site facilities also helpful and friendly.

Nothing at all, only that our stay wasn't longer!

Everything was provided in the caravan such as towels which was a nice surprise, loads of space, perfect location for Rhyl, Abergele, Llandudno

It’s not worth it!

It was very muddy around the caravan, the car had to be left far away without being able to be monitored, the space in the caravan was very small and not very clean, the owner not too pleasant…

Clean, comfortable, value for money, excellent location with plenty in the surrounding areas to fill your days, few minutes walk to beach. Will be returning soon.

Not really a negative but could do with a few more essentials in the kitchen such as mixing bowls and a spatula.

The location was good

The Caravan on arrival smelt of dogs. Beds were uncomfortable. Only one tea towel for use. Didn't seem clean.

Good value but kitchen cleanliness needs urgent attention. Would also benefit from a decking area.

Price was reasonable. Location good. Beds clean and comfortable.

Cutlery and utensils, pans, glasses and kitchen shelf were covered in dust. Considering it had been supposedly cleaned to comply with current covid guidance I find this hard to believe. Took an hour to clean all the items we needed to use.
