Dreadful service, filthy rooms and racist staff: avoid at all costs

It was part of a Turkish bath converted to a room or rather just put a double bed in a Turkish bath. Please see the photos. No ventilation at all as it was originally a Turkish bath. Two toilets and two separate basins in the room are lit up by motion sensor switch lights; this was extremely irritating as they would switch rapidly on and off whilst using the toilet. The rooms were unacceptably unclean. There was a step just below the bed; this is a major tripping hazard that must be addressed I checked in at 1:30 in the morning, so I just went to bed and was woken up by the smell of the toilets at 6 am, checking out at 8 am. The staff were rude and unprofessional. For £90/night (3200TL at the time of writing), this stay was extremely disappointing. The staff exhibited unacceptable racism; when I told the staff about the state of the room, I was brushed off as being "English" and therefore "always complaining".

very good place to stay on arrival or leaving Izmir, very close to airport

it is very comfortable and clean. rooms are spacious and water is hot in the shower … the owner is precious and very helpful !

there was electric cupboard next to our room that was making lots of noise in the night, the owner offered us to change the room, but at almost midnight we had no energy to do the change and managed to sleep any way…

Superb

Very clean and comfortable with some outside space too. The family running the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We had a very tasty meal when we arrived. Freshly cooked and reasonable priced. Breakfast was fine. A great place to stay near the airport when we arrived late evening. We are staying there again next week.

Good value airport hotel.

We arrived late at night into Izmir airport and wanted something close; this hotel meet our needs. We booked a family room and was were very impressed with the room, two single beds and a giant king bed too. Also had a nice sitting space as well. It was a great value for the cost of the room. It had some interesting decorations around the hotel, kind of bummed we didn’t have much time to walk around and check it out.

We had some communication issues with the included breakfast, the two staff only spoke Turkish and even with google translate we struggled to communicate. We actually just wanted coffee and bread as we needed to leave early. We did get it but only after they woke up someone to translate.

Awesome place for stay with car for visiting Izmir and Efes

All rooms located on first floor and have access to small garden. So in good weather you can sit outside of room. Smells from flowers are amazing. Big room with very comfy bed and nice chair. Free access to drinkable water. Big parking. Location allows you to visit Izmir and also drive to visit Efes. We really enjoyed our staying and extended our booking for a few more days.

Good location only if you have a car. All places to eat are located a bit far for a walk (but still possible). Turkish breakfast is ok. Cappuccino not so good. One day air quality was not good, probably any industrial works close by. Lot of helicopters in day time =)

I loved everything about this place, room was great, warm and comfortable. The shower was fabulous and we had direct access into the garden from our room which was perfect for us, traveling with pets. The on site restaurant served us good food and reasonably priced too. This hotel is ideally situated if you are using the airport

Passable

Place is very close to the airport, especially if you need a place just to spend the night. Really nice that it opens to the garden. Maybe it was the high season of building new buildings or anything else but it was very noisy (not talking about sound of planes, but all other). Breakfast was not included in the price, so can not comment on the food.

Great value

When I got there the male dorm AC was broken, so they send me to the female dorm, but it was all empty so there was just myself, I had a great time staying in the capsule dorms. The bed was comfortable, showers and everything was great.

It's close to the airport, but at the same time I don't think it was reachable by bus, I had to take a taxi to get there. Also the activity in the surrounding are very limited, because it's a bit far from the city center.

Oasis near the airport

I had my dog staying with me and the owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. The room opened onto a gorgeous garden area at the back. Breakfast was tasty and varied. All the staff were lovely!
