This place is very easy to find and it's located very close to the street. You're conveniently located to restaurants and markets. The furniture is a little outdated but everything is comfortable. It sleeps 10 and we were a group of 8 adult men. I would definitely go back and stay here again.

Four full bedrooms and three full bathrooms were perfect for our family of eight. Adequate kitchen space, living space, dining space for all of us.

The home itself is lovely. We would have loved to stay here again it's a bit rustic and out dated but the pool was fun and the space was great for 2 families We happened to be there when there was a noticeable gas leak. As a result they had to turn off the gas leaving us in early spring with no hot water or heat. We bundled up and had to shower in the pool area. We also couldn't dry or wash our wet clothes from skiing. For all the hassle we had they really didn't care to fix it or take care of us. Their promises were very empty. As a result we will never use this service again.

This was a great property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The windows were a bit tricky, some didn't work well at all, but the kitchen was well stocked, we loved the balcony with the BBQ grill, and the grocery store was convenient and had everything we needed.
Would definitely stay again!

We travel to mammoth every year around Feb to March and haven’t had any bad experiences until this year. We arrived late to an ice cold condo. This unit had heaters only downstairs with one floor vent in the dining room upstairs. The heaters didn’t work well and we were freezing all night long. The next morning we get up to no hot water in the unit. It took management hours to send someone to take a look. The water heater in the unit did not work. We got a call later in the evening that they will move us to another unit, but our kids were already sleeping so we told them next morning. Overall this was a pretty bad experience for such a short stay.

Was perfect for our big group. Kitchen really well stocked, everything you could need to cook meals. Bathrooms stocked with basics too. Felt pretty spacious. Hot tub is shared with other condos but it’s big and nice.

The house met our needs for our Christmas ski trip, kitchen had ample cookware, and plenty of space.

Good things are it is reasonably priced. It is not far from town and it has good parking. We had ten of us and four cars and it worked out. The bathrooms and kitchen had what we needed and the place was clean. We appreciated the vacuum and the washer and dryer.
The not so good: communication was not good when I would text about questions regarding the place. They always need to get the “local team” on it and sometimes it would take hours or the next day. Then I would get different answers regarding the parking. We also did not have propane like it said we would have when we checked in and it says to just call the number and they will bring it right away. I called on Tuesday and they did not come until Thursday. They came Wednesday but said they didn’t want to come in the house without asking us but never actually asked us.
The lock/code did not work for us to get into the pool. Then the pool guy told us there was a special way to open it. Which we did not know.
The first shower on the right when you walk in is a bit clogged.
Overall I think it was a nice stay. The place was great for the price. Most of the real issues were regarding communication and vacasa.

This condo worked out well for our annual family gathering. The refrigerator didn’t work which was a huge inconvenience and the property management was impossible to get a hold of. There was even a phone number on the fridge because it clearly was not working well. We tried calling several times to get it serviced, but got a recording saying there was a large volume of calls and then was placed on permanent hold. We rented other units in the complex and so we’re able to make things work otherwise it would have been a real problem. The price for this condo was good, maybe because the conditions weren’t as nice as other units. Other then the refrigerator issue, the condo was well stocked and in working condition. It would be nice to include a vacuum and broom to help keep the place tidy during the stay. Again, we borrowed these things from other units. I recommend this unit as long as you know what you’re getting for the price. We went a little cheaper than normal this year in case Covid canceled things again. The cancellation policy was fair. We had a very enjoyable time.

I'm going to give this a 4.8 out of five stars. The property is not perfect and has it's negatives, but is a great value for the price!
Let's look at the GOOD points to this property. It has most of the cooking apparatus, utensils, cups, mugs, and glasses you will need. The bedding was fresh and clean. There were ample amounts of towels available. The location was easy to find and the parking was right in front of the unit. There was a park within walking distance (unfortunately it was closed for refurbishing). Hayden Cabin Museum was just another 5 minute walk past the park. It's close to the main shopping and eating areas. The place was spacious enough for the 10 of us. Having three bathrooms was very helpful. Refrigerator was clean. I don't know if we would have been able to use the microwave without the directions on it. The place was well insulated and got warm at times. The weather was low 80's during the day. If you like it cold, don't come during the summer.
Things that could use some IMPROVEMENTS. These are very minor things that I thought could be improved, but not totally necessary. The place had sort of musty odor when we initially walked in, but after opening all the windows for about 10-15 minutes it went away. Internet was slow. I know, we're not there for the internet, but internet is nice to keep the kids entertained at night while the adults have some beverages. A couple of the window opener handles was loose and came off. Luckily I was able to fix them with my handy swiss army knife. The couches were old, but clean. There was a sign saying there were two fire extinguishers in the property, but there were none. The outside grill could have been cleaned. It would have been nice to have access to a vacuum cleaner (I never asked though).
Overall it was a great value for the money. I'm sure there are better properties available at a higher price and worse properties available for a lower price. This place met our needs and I would rent it again.
