About this house rental
This 3 story unit is a 3 Bedroom / 3.5 Bathroom house with spectacular views from every bedroom and private beach access. The house is located a short 2 minute drive to Siesta Key Village, which has the best dining and shopping options on the island. Although you won't have to go any farther than your own backyard to get to Siesta Beach, the #1 rated beach in the USA. This 99.9% pure quartz white sand beach is why people come from all over the world to Siesta Key.
There is a one car garage on the main floor, and a nice covered private stairway taking you up to the first floor of the unit. When you enter the house you immediately step into the open concept living room. With plenty of seating, a large television, and million dollar ocean views, this is where you'll probably spend most of your time in the house.
The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the family room. There is a 4 seat dining table in the kitchen, a screened in balcony right off the kitchen with seating for 2, and a large formal dining table on the other side of the family room with incredible ocean views. With plenty of dining areas, you'll look forward to relaxing and taking in the views while you eat.
At the base of the stairway on the main floor there is a 1/2 bathroom which gives access to those in the kitchen and dining areas. When you go up to the second floor you'll find 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom with a king size bed, walk in closet, and huge sunroom balcony with sliding glass doors and epic ocean views. The en suite Master bathroom is equipped with a double vanity, shower, and large bathtub.
The second bedroom on this floor has a vaulted ceiling, and two twin beds with another covered balcony with views out the front of the house. Just outside this bedroom in the hallway is a full bathroom with shower/tub combination. With your own washer and dyer on this floor doing the laundry is as convenient as possible.
As you go up to the third floor you'll find a huge guest bedroom with 2 double beds, more closet space, another TV, and yet another spectacular view from the balcony looking over Siesta Beach. This bedroom offers another full en suite bathroom for convenience.
And to make this house even more incredible you've got a private BBQ outside on the ground floor with seating, countertops, and plenty of food prep area. The beach access trail is accessible from here, and an outdoor shower right around the corner make this vacation a great indoor/outdoor living experience.

This house was everything we were looking for!! The home gave us plenty of space to spread out , and big enough areas to come together. The house was clean the views were gorgeous, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The grill was CLEAN! Everything worked properly during our stay. Would definitely recommend this to friends ! And might just book it again when I’m back in town!!

Perfect location with our own private trail directly to the beach! Less than a mile walk to the village. The three levels of the home were perfect for our large family—each with a full bathroom and balcony. Amazing sunsets!! Can’t wait to come back!!

This could be such a great and enjoyable property if they would spend a dime and update it to this century. Had read the reviews and most are spot-on regarding the negative aspects so wasn't too surprised, but didn't expect it to be as bad. We only rented here as a last minute thing since our regular Sanibel spot was wrecked the year before.
The Good: Centrally located and beach access is great. Parking for two in driveway, plus garage fits large SUV. Excellent BBQ grille with seating area. Management company easy to work with and took care of some issues right away. The Bad: Worn out furniture, sofas are slip- covered to cover up ripped leather sofas. Broken breakfast area chair leg. Missing lamp bulbs and the ones that worked were dim especially in the main living area. No blinds in master bedroom. Kitchen a joke, rusty utensils, no strainer, and broken can opener, among other things. No vacum cleaner to clean-up sand that will inevitably come into the property. A/C too small for size and number of rooms to be cooled especially the upper room. The Ugly: Ants everywhere because they don't trim the palm fronds that are touching the home all the way to the top. The kitchen faucet was leaking into the cabinet below so we had to call the management company to send someone over to fix it which they did the next day. Looks like it was an ongoing issue as the wood underneath was rotted. Mold in one of the baths.
Won't be going back.

The main takeaway with this oceanfront beach house is the LOCATION & price. You are on the best beach in the USA. It’s great to have your own space and not deal with the public beach crowd. A short walk, or hop on the free trolley, to the shops & restaurants in the village. We’ve traveled all over and our favorite continental spot in the US is the Gulf Coast. An oceanfront beach house directly on Siesta Key at this price is a steal. Now, yes, the house needs some updating. Everything and I mean everything is worn out and dated. Unfortunately only one open air balcony on the top floor with two chairs. The others have been closed in. Tons of little ants which there were traps for. No issue for us, this is a beach house. The water pressure is low but most rentals have a restrictor on them. A little difficult to keep the 3rd floor cool but it wasn’t unbearable. There is enough space for 8 people to sleep and coexist comfortably. Parking is no issue which includes garage space for one and a driveway that could squeeze 2 average sized cars. Siesta Key is great to run or bike in the morning, grab some coffee/breakfast, then hit the beautiful beach, which is what we did most days. We had a great time on our vacation and will definitely stay here again!

It is amazing place to spend time with family, it feels for us like when we used to go grandma’s house on summer, specially because she lived by the beach. We had a good time.. we found a broken chair but we reported and they answer the email very quick. We recommend this place for family with kids who needs kitchen to prepare their meals, they have everything you need in a kitchen…

Good location with easy beach access. The property needs updating. Beds are poor. Furniture needs to be replaced. Some pots and pans were dirty. Plenty of room for our group of 7 but I expected more for the price. I've never had to pay for gas grill propane before.

The pictures were misleading! All the furniture needed updating, thank God the mattresses were good. Only 1 balcony to sit on, and you had to go to the top room. The kitchen is original 1991, so it’s not updated. My 89 year old mom got a true stair workout daily, so did we. But the location is beautiful, just expect college appearances. Stayed 2 weeks in February.

I would say this is a value-priced property. It was clean and it's a great location. We walked to the village a couple of times, also took advantage of the free trolley, and used the shuttle buses a couple of times as well. It's definitely worn down but not horrible. The shower curtains were moldy but management was able to get there in a couple of days to change them out for us. Could be a bit better equipped in the kitchen. Didn't have some of what we considered normal utensils and the pots/pans were in pretty rough shape. No screens in any of the windows. Internet was sufficient for streaming TV and remote work as well.

Lots of good things- Great location, huge house with lots of room, close to beach. Downside -millions of tiny ants absolutely everywhere especially on counters near sink, bedside tables, and even in beds.

Great location. Right on the beach.
Property manager came and looked in our trash bins and I think the cleaning person? If they want people to do more recycling they need to provide another trash bin in the house. Overall a good place!

Family Vacation
This house is definitely you get what you pay for. It is probably the lowest price rental on the beach and it shows. This is my second stay here and I love the location. Close to the village and both Daiquiri Decks. I had to fix the showers the heads were falling off and the handle were falling off too. The rental agency says they would have fixed it if they were notified but wouldn't you think they would do regular inspections and take care of these issues in advance? Who wants a worker in their rental on vacation? The cleaning crew is a joke we had to clean the whole place when we arrived so not sure why you pay a cleaning fee?

Amazing location
Our stay at Happy Blue Coconuts in Siesta Key exceeded are high expections. The location and proximity to the Village was perfect. We walked daily for shopping, drinks, meals. Being on the beach was a huge plus. The cleanliness of this property was also much greater than expected. The property manager also stopped by to give us more new beach towels which was a nice gesture.

The townhouse was spacious for our party of 10! Very clean! Even though it was a short walk to the beach the views from the house were beautiful!!!

Great beach house
No frills or thrills with the house. But perfect for a beach vacation. Not many cooking utensils in the kitchen. 200 yard walk from house to ocean. One of best beaches in the world with white powdery sand. 10 minute walk to town

Great location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is great and I don’t think you could ask for a better location. This is a five star property with a couple things to be aware of. It is a very popular frequently used rental property . The only extras seem to be what other renters left behind. For instance there were not enough beach chairs for the full capacity of the rental and as was disclosed in the agreement there is literally 1 roll of tp in each bathroom. You will need to shop for your incidentals immediately. There are some nuisance items such as a very slow draining shower in one bedroom and numerous lights were out. I assume these issues exist because like us the other renters are having too much fun to take time out to report them and wait around for someone to come out and fix them.

You can't beat this location. Right on the beach. Lots of room and beds appropriately listed. Don't expect weekend help with questions or service. The management office is closed weekends and holidays. Loved the place and would definitely come back again.
