This home was fantastic for our four night stay. We enjoyed the Thunder Bay Area. This home was very comfortable, quiet, and well stocked. The pancakes were delicious and a very nice surprise.

Great house. Owners have thought of everything. There is everything you would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Nice fenced in yard for the dog to run around. I will likely stay here again.

Broke our drive up in Thunder Bay for a weeklong fishing trip and thought this was a good alternative to a hotel stay. I can’t overstate enough how wise of a decision that was. Our group of six was able to visit and cook dinner on the grill and the place and owners exceeded ALL expectations. The owners and effort they put into their properties are the best I’ve ever experienced and even went as far as providing fresh pancake mix with berries and cream in the fridge. We’ll be back again without a doubt!

This was our second stay and once again we thoroughly enjoyed it! Taina and Mike have supplied Everything we could possibly need - including breakfast! The location for us was awesome - lots of green space out the back door. Communication with our hosts was excellent. We couldn't have asked for anything better and plan to stay again next year. Thank you Taina and Mike for providing us with a home away from home!

EVERYTHING is included and then some! Great hosts and we were greeted with pancake mix with berries and whip cream. Was great since I forgot to grab something for breakfast for my kids and I. Comfy beds, and lots of space. Kids said many times that they would totally live there!

Loved our stay. Convenient, spacious and full of lots of extras! We stayed with another family and we had lots of room. The location was quiet and easy to find. Also lots of shopping, food, and gas stations nearby.

The welcoming appearance of the house literally brought tears to my eyes. From the holiday decorations, the Christmas tree all aglow in the living room, to the Finnish Pancake mix and all the delicious toppings inside the fridge with instructions on how to make them...that was over the top! There were plenty of beds for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could ever want as well as condiments in the fridge. This was one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. Thank you Taina and Mike. ❤️❤️

Thank you again for the wonderful accommodations. Our stay was very relaxing and the house fully equipped with absolutely everything one could need for comfort and convenience. The only thing that could have made it better for me personally, if open to suggestions, would have been a recliner for those with sore backs. (My husband drags one around for me but it would be nice if hotels and BNB's had them.) Regardless, I had a great stay and will definately return. If fact, I would have stayed longer or booked earlier had it not already been booked. Thanks again. Two thumbs up all the way!

We were only there for a short time as we were driving from Alberta to Picton Ontario. My youngest son still talks about the property as we all loved it. The pancakes for the morning were a lifesavers as we had an early start to the day! I have recommended this property to my MIL as they may have to stay in Thunder Bay for a couple of nights! Thanks again.

So clean, so well-stocked, we can't imagine a better location for our trips to the Thunder Bay area. The hosts are very responsive to any questions we've had, and our two dogs love playing in the fenced yard. We'll be back again!

We were in Thunder Bay to celebrate my Daughter’s wedding. This place served our needs perfectly. The backyard was fenced, which is great when you are travelling with a dog. Everything was clean, it was very well stocked with whatever you need. Close to stores and plenty of park paths for walking. The hosts were easy to communicate with. Overall a great experience.

This was our first time in Canada and we couldn't have picked a better place. Loved it and the area, so many things to see! The house had everything you can imagine, was very clean and the fenced in yard was great for our dogs! There are walking trails everywhere and the lake is "Superior"! The Finnish pancakes were sooo good! Taina also included strawberries and whipping cream! There was nothing missing in the home. There was plenty of room for 4 of us and we could have added 4 more people and still been comfortable. You won't regret staying here, so don't hesitate to book it!

Amazingly spotless and well-equipped, this house was perfect for our visit. It's adjacent to a quiet park, and located a couple of minutes from two major roads---perfect for our trips further into the city, and beyond. Lots of choices nearby for restaurants/groceries/bank/gas. Looking forward to staying here again. Thanks to our hosts for the Finnish pancakes!

Our stay was great! They had everything you could want or need at your finger tips in the vrbo. The house is literally one minute from a shopping mall, (No, Frills, dollarama, Safeway and Walmart) and a park with climbing, slides and monkey bars for all to enjoy. We had a medical procedure appointment and we were very thankful the hospital was an easy access from the vrbo. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs to run free in and I would recommend this vrbo. Great place and very caring hosts.

5 siblings came together from Terrace, B.C., Edmonton and 3 from southern Ontario. We picked up mom in second day of stay. We all felt so very comfortable in 'our' home~that's what it felt like~ our own home! So many little touches that made such an impact! If we ever get back this is where hope to stay again. The house was great! Upon arrival, we opened the fridge to put away our groceries to find a cannister of pre-made Finnish pancake batter, butter, syrup, strawberry sauce and whipped cream that was left for us by the host! What a great surprise! So my wife and I had Finnish pancakes for breakfast both mornings. The house has plenty of room with nice bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable. The fenced in backyard had a covered patio area with grill and outdoor dining table which was perfect for sitting outside. The location was great as well, located right near Hwy 17. A perfect stopping point during our Circle Tour around Lake Superior. While in Thunder Bay, we enjoyed some sightseeing at Kakabeka Falls, Terry Fox Memorial and Sleeping Giant Provincial Park. We also went to an Amethyst mine, which was very fun. All in all a great place and nice area.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The house was impeccably clean and exceptionally comfortable. There was nothing that we needed (except our groceries of course) that wasn't thought of and supplied. This will undoubtedly be our go to place to stay every time we are in Thunder Bay. This is also cheaper than most of the hotels in the area and definitely cleaner. Thank you so much.

4 of us stayed here while visiting a friend. House was great, everything we needed and much more. Mike and Taina were always available to answer any questions we had. Location was perfect for us, close to hwys and shopping. (even has a Tims within walking distance) Beds are very comfortable so we all slept well. And the pancakes and mints were an added bonus. Thanks more making our trip special. If we ever come back to the area hope this place will still be available

This home was a great place to stay. The owners have thought of everything and more that you might need. Finnish Pancake batter and strawberries all made up and ready to go in the fridge. Super comfy beds (I can tell you horror stories of other beds - but not here!!), beautiful TV with sound bar, lovely private outdoor space with table and chairs, flowers and picket fence. The towels were fresh and fluffy, the dishwasher quiet and peaceful, the list goes on and on. I do not have a single complaint. It truly was wonderful. I would recommend to everyone.
