Perfect oceanfront location in walking distance to all Ocean Isle Beach has to offer! This unit is in the sought-after Ocean Cove condominium complex and is perfect for a small family! It is a 1 bedroom condo with a king bed and 1.5 baths. There is a built-in bunk bed nook located in the hallway (twin/full) and a full size living room sleeper sofa that can provide additional sleeping space for children. It can sleep up to 6 guests. There is a small in-unit stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. Smart TVs (YouTube TV provided) are located in the living room, bedroom, and bunk bed hideaway, and high speed internet is included. This is a very convenient central location on the island. You are within walking distance to the pier, arcade, restaurants, and miniature golf. Non-smoking. No pets. Linens are not included at this rate, but we can recommend a local linen rental company for you. We look forward to hosting you!

We could not have picked a better condo for our first visit. Jaclyn is very easy to communicate with. The condo is super clean, and the location is great! We walked to the pier, park, museum which is a must see, and restaurants. Publix is just over the causeway for shopping. Perfect beach vacation!

My husband and I love OIB. We have owned property here for years but sold a couple of years ago. This was our first time back and this cute condo didn’t disappoint. We had fun sitting out on the front deck watching the ocean and taking long walks on the beach. This condo is well appointed and very cozy and clean! We would come back.

#107 is one of the nicest units we've stayed at in the Ocean Cove condos. It was clean & beautifully decorated and was equipped with everything we needed for a nice relaxing week at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great for our family with little kids (2 and 6 years old) who loved the bunk beds area! My 2 year old keeps asking me when will we go back to “beach condo” so thats a win! The condo was very clean and easy to get to the beach and come back inside for a quick break whenever we needed it! The pool area was crowded but we did stay during July 4th week so thats to be expected. No complaints about the condo! The check in was so easy and the host was very responsive with anything we needed.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Great location and was in walking distance to restaurants, putt putt and concert. The host was quick to respond and was very helpful. We really enjoyed our week at OIB and plan to return to this condo next year.

I have been staying in various condos at this property for 33 years. This was, by far, one of our favorites. The host notified us that we were able to check in a bit early, which was a nice surprise! The condo was clean and (due to recent upgrades) much more spacious than other condos we have stayed in. The location was perfect and super close to the pool which helped with the frequent bathroom trips my 5 year old insisted on taking!! Thanks for a wonderful week!

Everything was fantastic. Right on the Ocean makes this location ideal. Also it is walking distance from restaurants, shops, mini golf and more. The condo itself is beautifully finished and efficient in the way the spaces are set up. We had a small issue with the thermostat and Jaclyn resolved it within the hour. We will be back!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and our stay at this Ocean Cove condo. The condo was very neat, clean, decorated well and had all the amenities expected. The view from the porch was wonderful and right off the pool area but yet private. We also enjoy the short walk to the pier, restaurants, putt putt, ice cream, the best subs ever, shopping and a wine bar. Would definitely come back!

Nice long Easter weekend. Arrived Thursday night and checked out Monday morning. Friday was a beautiful day for the beach then ordered dinner in from Causeway Gourmet. It’s a great place right before the bridge onto the island. Saturday was cold and rainy but we spent the day resting and getting Mani/Pedi’s. Saturday night we ate dinner at Oyster Rock in Calabash. It’s our favorite restaurant and visit each time we are at Ocean Isle. I would suggest making reservations. Sunday we spent the day at Tanger Outlets shopping and ate dinner in Shallotte at Wing and Fish Co. Overall a great relaxing Easter.

Very happy with the living conditions. Really appreciated the help we received from the unit owner when the keyless lock did not work. Also, appreciated the concern about arriving home safely after the unit owner learned about my accident. She was very concerned and very understanding about our situation. We have been coming to Ocean Isle Beach for about 25 to 30 years. We have rented Unit #107 - Ocean Cove Condo for past two years under the current owner. She has been very understanding and helpful in every situation in order to make our stay very comfortable.
