Good location in centre of Hawick, very handy having Morrisons so close by. Road fairly quiet so peaceful stay. Very good communication from the host. The apartment was fairly spacious too, plenty of room for a family of four. Dog friendly too which was great, our chihuahuas were happy.
There were a few things missing that we would have expected - soap in the bathroom ( there was some in the kitchen but not the bathroom), a washing up brush or sponge, toilet roll. We popped over to Morrisons as soon as we had unpacked but good job we didn't need the toilet urgently!

WI-FI was super.
Appartment is clean.
Price was too high for how appartment looks and quite old overall.
3.8
Easy to find
Parking found free spot guidance would have been helpful
3.8
Flats location is very central and it came with enough utensils and essentials to get by. The WiFi was easy to connect to and the apartment was well heated. The furnishings are very modern and you get good value for money.
Bed could've been a bit comfier, but otherwise it was a perfectly comfortable stay. Hot water in the shower could be a bit on and off but nothing unbareable.
3.8
Ideal flat for me, my husband and the dog. Perfect location with parking close by.
3.8
Loved the location. It was central to everything in Hawick and free parking round the corner. Morrisons and wetherspoons are a 2 minute walk.
3.8
it was ok, the location was in the centre of town
heating not fit for purpose! high ceilings and small radiators with only one curtain in the living room. absolutely freezing and at Hogmanay not the warmest time of year. had to get batteries for the smoke detector then balance on chairs to reach it to stop the persistent beeping
3.8
central
poorly equipped - no toilet roll, dishcloth, chairs, bedside light, kitchen utensils meagre, rail for over bath shower
owner did not supply keypad number until 19.30 night before departure and did not reply to emails.
3.8
clean, tidy and right on high street
everything was great
3.8
Flat was a good size and the location was very close to town which was great.
Good Wi-Fi
Netflix and free view.
Bed clean and comfy but was actually 2 singles placed together!
Good shower
Bulb in living room lamp was not working.
2 clocks but neither working
No bedroom lamp.
Ironing board was provided but couldn’t find the iron
Toilet did not flush properly and took ages for cistern to refill.
Windows were very dirty
Front door way past its best which did not help first impression
No information whatsoever left by owner regarding local amenities, where to put rubbish /recycling or how to get through to back garden exit to car park etc
Only 1 towel each provided so was difficult to dry it properly in between daily showers and didn’t have one to dry hair. An extra towel would have been appreciated.
Although clean enough the flat was sparse, very basic and quite uninviting. It felt like the owner had covered the absolute essentials but was not particularly interested or invested which we have never experienced before.
3.8
Well located
I couldn't get the heating working. Written instructions would have been useful
3.8
Bath
Furniture was needing replaced and everything was sticky

Location was great. Apartment was spacious, really liked the lockbox for key, no waiting about for access. Free Car park and supermarket behind apartment were excellent.
We were expecting twin beds.
3.8
value for money, excellent location with all amenities literally on the doorstep
No real negatives here, but an extra armchair/cuddle chair in the lounge would make a huge difference, as we had to sit in a line on the sofa 😁
3.8
Very near town (200 metres from front door) and very near free parking (200 metres behind apartment) . Morrisons is also 200 metres from apartment.
Plenty of space in all the rooms
Overall, an excellent location for amenities.
Front door is a poor first impression but much better once inside.
3.8
very very central to the high street - great for the common riding!
there wasn’t a lot of kitchen stock, no frying pan and the whole place wasn’t the cleanest but it was fine enough for the length of time we stayed for
3.8
convenient position for visiting the area. compact fairly well equipped apartment. we did not however have enough plates for 4 people for our evening meal, which had to be eaten in as it was late and we had two dogs with us, but that was quickly resolved by the lady managing the flat, who was lovely.
bedroom needed a bedside table and lamp
3.8
Host was friendly and kind.
Was in a great location but didnt have onsite parking but host advised near by parking.
* Dusty
* Sofa bed was very uncomfortable
* Lacked hot water initially
* Bedding for sofa bed did not have bed sheets

The flat was so clean and tidy and in a perfect location.
There was no heating when we arrived so I called the owner and she came and sorted the issue straight away. That was much appreciated as it was baltic!
As a family of 4 we couldn't eat together as there was only 2 forks and 3 dinner plates.
Proper curtains in the living room would be helpful too.
3.8
Very central with everything you need. Car park just a couple of minutes walk away, as are shops, a pub and takeaway food! We found it a great base for exploring the Borders, which is such a beautiful part of the world.
There are no plug points in the bedroom so no lamps or places to plug in phone charger, straighteners, etc.
Only one curtain at the window in the living room which didn’t cover the window was not ideal, especially for for sleeping as I woke up as soon as it was light outside.
It’s alao quite noisy but I suppose that’s to be expected so near the town centre. Overall it was good. Thank you :)

Cleanliness.
Spartan. No comfortable seating. No coffee table in living room. No bedside table or light. Scant curtains in bedroom, only one in the living room. No decent clothes storage. Cupboards full of building materials/paint tins. No nearby parking for elderly partner and carrying cases.
3.8
Clean and comfortable.
Owner came to sort out the missing bin liner and sponge but we were still left with dirty oven trays from previous occupant so unable to make our dinner (no sponge for first night and needed a scourer to get them clean which we didn't have)
Curtain in the lounge doesn't fit the window
No lamp in the bedroom
No parking
3.8
location perfect
10/10 perfect
3.8
the flat was lovely only prob;em was when i moved the bed over i found a pair of pants which was disgusting and i put them in the kitchen bin , but over all the flat was lovely and clean
3.8
No iron or hairdryer but apart from that everything was great
3.8
The flat was sparsely furnished. Only one curtain in the living room. Sofa bed not comfortable to sit on, and no alternative. Both clocks not working.
3.8
Location and price
Hard beds, particularly the sofabed and the fitted sheet was too small
3.8
The property was clean, beautiful & ideal location. I would definitely book again.
Nothing.
3.8
