Average place to stay

The apartment was easy to find, had a parking. We arrived in the evening and left in the morning, so the location relative to the center of Regensburg did not matter.

The host missed that it was booked for four people so it was ready for only two. After phone calls bed linens and towels for the additional two people were delivered. There is no dishwasher (as in description so none was expected) but also there were no dish towels so we used our own paper towels to dry dishes and utensils. The cleanliness of kitchen utensils was questionable, the looked liked barely washed. We washed all utensils before using them. There is a large area in the ceiling above sofa bed that looked like matt glass rather than ceiling - it is bright when it is bright outside. It was OK for us, we stayed there in November but it would be much worse when days are longer.

The apartment was comfortable , clean, modern, with all required appliances available ( missing only washer/dryer).

Everything was nice. For those staying for longer time periods it would be nice to provide some elementary staff like tea, coffee, etc.

Perfekte Ort für kürzere oder längere Aufenthalt.

Sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Doppelbett im Separaten Zimmer. Doppelbett statt Schlaff Sofa im Wohnbereich war sehr zu empfehlen. Gut aufgeteilt. Wasserkocher dabei!! Parkplatz gerade nebenan. Betten war bequem.

Küche Ausstattung war minimal, bzw., nur drei Tellern. Die meiste Küchenschranke waren leer.

Aussen hui innen pfui -- DRECKIG und LAUT -- Frechheit für diesen Preis.

. - privater Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür - gute Aufteilung, Größe für 2 Personen perfekt - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe - flexibler unkomplizierter Check-in dank Schlüsseltresor - bequeme Matratze ------------------ ⚠️ ABER: Es ist schon mal KEIN BUNGALOW, sondern ein zwischen 2 hohen Wohnblöcken eingequetschter eingeschossiger Flachbau, vermutlich eine ehemalige Garage. Deshalb anscheinend kein Foto vom Gebäude sondern nur von der Tür. ------------------

. ⚠️SAUBERKEIT MANGELHAFT - gründliche Komplettreinigung und Renovierung wäre dringend nötig. Im 1. Moment wirkte die Wohnung ok, beim 2. Blick sah man den Dreck. Anscheinend nur grob durchgesaugt, WC + Waschbecken geputzt - fertig ... - Schmutz in allen Ecken - dreckige Wände, besonders eklig beim Esstisch - überall Spinnweben + Staubfäden - auf den Bodenleisten, Mauervorsprüngen, Fliesenkanten dicke Staubschichten + Dreck - Flusen, Brösel, dicker Staub unter dem Bett und den wackeligen Blech-Nachttischchen - Fußböden wurden lange nicht mehr richtig sauber gemacht - verschmierte Fenster - Kippfenster-Hebel an der Wand wackelig, dass man befürchtet, sie würden beim Bedienen aus der Wand reissen ---------------- ⚠️ SCHLAFEN KAUM MÖGLICH - nachts und früh morgens sehr laut, trotz geschlossener Fenster. Am angrenzenden Supermarkt, dessen Laderampe direkt hinter der Wohnung liegt, wurden ab 6 Uhr morgens Lkw abgeladen, wartende Lkw standen mit laufendem Motor und lauter Musik dahinter. Auf dem dazugehörigen großen Parkplatz fanden nachts lautstarke Zusammenkünfte statt. Dazu kam der nicht überhörbare Straßenlärm …. Vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern stehen große Papiercontainer, hier wurden nachts Mengen an Kartons zerkleinert und die Container-Deckel auf- und zugeschlagen. Und das Glasdach über dem Bett im Wohnraum kann nicht verdunkelt werden. BAD: Ablagen mit Zahnpastaresten, Haaren, Staub; verspritzter Spiegel, Lampe schmutzig,überall Schimmel, Halterungen rostig, Haare in Duschwanne, Seifenreste an Wänden, Armaturen verkalkt, schmutziger Badteppich. Wandfliesen neben Tür + WC mit eingetrockneten Spritzern. Klopapier knapp bemessen, wir mussten welches nachkaufen. KÜCHE: sparsam ausgestattet, Schränke innen schmutzig, Geschirr nicht sauber, Esstisch mit klebrigen Glasrändern WÄSCHE: Bettwäsche roch muffig und gebraucht, Haare auf Laken. Müffelnde Handtücher, nur 1 miefendes benutztes Geschirrtuch vorhanden. etc., etc., ..... -- Fotos VERGRÖSSERN --

Most practical, cozy and clean mstudio in Regensburg

The bungalow is located in a quiet area with everything you may need (supermarkets, playground, park, aqua center, highway, gas station, bus stop, old town) closeby. It cannot be more practical. The parking is right outside the door in a quiet and safe parking lot. The bungalow was very clean and conveniently equipped. The beds are big and a family of 4 easily fits with 2 kids sharing one bed. The interior is fairly modern, looked like in the pictures and worked well. My kids enjoyed the tv by the bed. The heater worked very well. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We were even allowed to check in 2 hours early. We will be back.

- parking place next to the door - no additional charges for pets - a lot of space for this price - very nice owner

- owner could respond faster - kitchen could be a bit better equipped, only small knives, no coffee maker, you'll get frying pan but no tools to cook something - only small towels
