I arrived 15 min early and the cleaners were still cleaning. The cleaning lady, was sweet and explained the other people were late leaving. I waited and at 3pm they still were cleaning. They asked if they could leave the towels in the dryer, I agreed. I left and was notified at 3:20 it was ready. 20 min late! Jeremiah emailed, “It’s done , only 20 min late. The garbage can was at the curb and overfilled, boxes on the curbs next to it. Cleaners put the new bag of garbage on the ground and critters got into it at night. Upon entering the house, the smell of cleaning supplies was overpowering and too strong. It did not dissipate giving me a headache. The home was very dated (retro) but clean and spacious. The outside was not kept up, leaves and garbage in yard, on steps. The back deck not well maintained either. The neighborhood while ultimately safe, made me ( a single women) uncomfortable at times.

Great place to stay, plenty of room. Each room has it s own bathroom so getting ready was easy with no waiting on a bathroom. Plan on staying here for our next trip to Wichita!

We have been renting homes from Vrbo and other sites for a few years now. My Wife and I have been in the Hospitality Industry, for a combined 40+ years, as uper managment. So when I say this was the worst experiance we have ever had, with a rental property, I do not say it lightly. First, the pictures look much better than the actual house. Items have been moved or gone since they were taken. Multiple blinds were broken. All the walls had cracks, markings, other damages or all of the above. There were two areas where bugs were smashed on the wall and left. Multiple spiders visited us during our short stay as well. There were random wires hanging out of the ceiling in a couple of spots. Missing smoke detectors. Stains on a toilet and carpet. Scratched up flooring all over. Two skillets with grease and water found in oven. Bleached towels. Cheap single ply toilet paper. Broken lamps and furniture. None of the doors closed properly. Ceiling shows signs of leaking in multiple areas. Back patio was not maintained. The longer I was there the more I noticed. I informed the renter and let him know the poor state of the home was in. His responses prove he needs much training in customer service and problem resolutions. I will say it again, keep looking, and definitely do not waste your money here.

This property provided plenty of space for everyone, while also offering nice gathering seating for meals and in the living space. Nothing fancy but clean with convenient off street parking.

Older home with comfy beds. Bring some extra pillows and better toilet paper. Front doors stick and are hard to open. Transient noises from trains, highway, and neighborhood roosters, but nothing that kept us up. Location was convenient to go wherever we needed. There wasn't much silverware, but plenty of coffee cups and a Keurig. Nothing fancy a out this place, but it worked well for us and I would recommend.

The location was good, close to all the places I needed to be. The neighborhood was a little iffy, although we didn't have any issues. There are no stop signs at the intersections in the neighborhood, so be careful driving around near the house. Some of the outlets don't work in the house. The office & the livingroom only have 2-prong outlets so I had to plug my laptop in by the backdoor and work at the dinner table. Almost all the doors (especially the front doors) are hard to open/close. They get stuck in the frame. The front door hits the floor of the front porch. The showers worked great, the beds were very comfortable and the house had all the basic amenities including soaps & shampoos (even had laundry soap).

We met with friends we hadn't seen since before covid. We wanted good space & a location that was good for getting around town. This property has both. Good bedding, but you might want to bring your pillows. The house is old, but had been a bit updated. Furniture for sitting is limited & there was no cable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Jeremiah was great to work with.

This property is great! The location is near shopping, entertainment, dining, and a gas station just down the street. The house was our cool sanctuary during the hot muggy weather while visiting Wichita. The neighborhood is quiet and made us feel safe in an unknown city. The 3 bathrooms were perfect for 3 gals all getting ready for a night out at the same time. The ADA compliant bedroom/bathroom is a thoughtful addition for those who have travelers in need with them. The car port makes the property easy to spot when approaching. The wifi worked great and no connection issues were experienced. We would stay here again if ever traveling back to the area.

I would absolutely rent this place again. It is handicap accessible completely. I did not need this option. But I was completely impressed with all the accommodations. Wheelchairs welcomed. We had three different families staying with children. Lots of room. We were never crowded. I didn’t find a good amount of pots & pans. Of course I love to cook and have an over abundance at home. My expectations may be off. We ate out most of the time. I would have loved to cook some. All the extras were there. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergent, paper towels and toilet paper.

This was a great experience all around. Check in was easy and the property was perfect for our family of 7 counting the grandparents. The property manager was very responsive and went above and beyond- mailing us a souvenir left behind by the 8 year old. The house is in an older neighborhood, but we felt very safe and the location was excellent for seeing all of Wichita's sites.

There is nothing extravagant or exceptional about this property, but it is a great value. The Good: • Large with plenty of room for my family. • Clean. • Easy check in. • Really comfortable beds The Bad • Location is not great • Furniture (besides beds) was a little sparse Overall, I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable place for a good price.

This VRBO did not meet expectations as were presented on the website in my opinion. This property was not very clean and we found a bunch of things in the house that needed attention. The owner was helpful with check in but I do believe his cleaners work may need to be checked. The neighborhood was not was we expected either.

It was a cute little home.

It was a cute little home.

The home was very clean and nice. The only thing is that the north room with the large bathroom got very cold at night. I grabbed the blanket off a bed that was not being used. We couldn't find extra blankets for at night. Otherwise everything was fine.
