The bright and airy second story apartment is located in the historical El Cid neighborhood of West Palm Beach. Ideal for vacationers and business travellers with its convenient location of 2 miles from most main points of interest in West Palm Beach and half block away from a pedestrian walking path along the Intracoastal.
The space
The 1 bedroom 1 bathroom has everything you need during your stay in West Palm Beach. The unit has a half wall that separates the living space from the bedroom. The comfortable living room has a tv, little dining table that can be extended, and a fully stocked kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a queen sized bed, walk-in closet and a dresser that can open up into a desk. We have high speed wifi and usb chargers at every bedside. If you have a young child traveling with you, let us know and we can try to accommodate.
Sites to see
WPB has a lot to offer during your stay with us. Take our complimentary bikes down the Palm Beach 5.5 mile bike trail, stroll the shops and vias on Worth Avenue, visit the Norton and Flagler Museums, have a drink at the Ben, check out the Breakers Hotel, go out on Clematis Street, eat at too many great restaurants to name but Grato is only a block away, have a craft beer at Civil Society, see a play at the Kravis Center or a comedy at the Improv, visit Peanut Island and enjoy one of the many beaches with our beach chairs and umbrella. The laundry and bikes are downstairs to the back of the property in the shed, you will be given the code upon check in. Please note the laundry machines are shared with one other unit.

I really enjoyed my stay at Austin st in west palm beach, it was clean, cozy, had everything I needed to enjoy my stay comfortably. I appreciated having access to laundry and to the bikes. Close to activities yet quiet at night, ideal for me.

We had the best time staying at this place. Very convenient location and so near the downtown area and the property itself is so clean. Very easy to communicate with the owners. Loved every minute of our stay here and so convenient as well because they have laundry downstairs and the unit that we stayed at was so clean and nice. We will definitely go back here. Everything was as expected. Although it was difficult for us 60ish year old guests to find local programming on tv. We finally decided you had to use your own passwords for your own tv subscription. We chose not to do that. But the unit was very quaint and welcoming, comfortable bed, and well equipped kitchen, with even a few extras. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

As the title suggests, this bright, clean, small apartment is exactly as described in the listing. Very clean, a good neighborhood, easy access, perfect for 1-2 persons. I will gladly return next time I travel to visit my grandson.

This was the perfect spot for me during my recent visit to WPB! Minutes from the beach, close to downtown, and easy access to the main roads to go more into town to see family. The amenities including the washer/dryer and beach chairs and towels are so great!

This is a great location for a short stay. It is smaller than we would stay for a longer length of time but was great for what we needed. We were out all day sightseeing and back for a restful night. The property is exactly as picture shows. If you have trouble with stairs, or just don't like them, this wouldn't work for you. Kelly and Tyson responded immediately with all questions or needs. The bed is comfortable, the unit was clean and I would stay again.

A welcoming apartment for the two of us having arrived a few days earlier from England to be thoroughly disappointed with our first Vrbo stay having booked and paid for 4 nights in Clearwater - we left after a few minutes without staying. This property in El CID however, was faultless and exactly as described. Comfortable, clean and with comprehensive facilities. El Cid is a smart, safe area to stay and a short walk from restaurants and bars. We can unreservedly recommend this apartment to all travellers

My husband and I loved this apartment. It's the perfect size for two people, and even without a balcony we enjoyed a cool breeze, the sounds of birds singing, and a view of lush palm trees from the living room window. The historic El Cid neighborhood is beautiful, with quaint old houses and lovely tree-lined streets, and we used the complimentary bikes to ride the nearby path along the lagoon and even go see the ocean over the bridge in Palm Beach -- just 15 minutes away. We also loved the great restaurants within walking distance.

I loved this stay - it exceeded my hopes so much! It was spotlessly clean and super quiet - the two things I look for most in a rental. It was bright and open and I was surprised to see how many supplies were available. Most places I stay at offer the bare minimum but this had an abundance. I would totally stay here again!

This property was perfect for my husband and me. The location is fantastic. It’s very close to walking along the water and excellent restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean, which is super important to me, and had everything we needed. Communication with Kelly and Tyson was prompt and easy. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We so enjoyed this adorable apartment while we visited our daughter - less than a mile from palm beach Atlantic university. We used the free bikes and bike lock, as well as the beach umbrella and chairs. As others have stated this apartment is among the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The bed was comfy as was the adorable living area. We even made a full meal in the small kitchen. We highly recommend this rental in a beautiful and quiet location.

I don't even know where to begin. We had such a great experiencing staying here. The location was perfect for us being close to Planet Fitness, Publix, beaches and the Palm Beach Ballpark. We were never more than 30 minutes away from where we wanted to be, even with traffic. With the apartment being on the second floor, it was like waking up in the palm trees. I felt the value for this property was amazing, considering the neighborhood. We talked to other people at spring training who were spending a lot more for much less. The hosts were always very prompt to answer any questions. We are already planning for our spring training trip for next year and plan to stay here again.
