We come to eureka springs every other year to visit family . We will only stay here, if it’s available . It’s everything the two of us need. It’s secluded. The beds are super comfy and we totally enjoy the hot tub. It is close to everything. Eureka springs is a beautiful , underrated part of the country. We will be back

10/10, no notes.
Lovely, quiet little spot in Eureka Springs that manages to both feel like you're all alone in this quiet spot AND quickly get to shopping/food/sightseeing/etc. The host was lovely: available when needed, but otherwise hands off. The cottage is just behind the Quality Inn, and you have access to their salt water swimming pool and daily breakfast, both in walking distance.
The cottage is adorable, with a great covered patio for looking out over the wooded area. Lovely string lights all around are on a timer, so it's a beautiful, cozy place to spend the evening. We were there in the summer, and both bedrooms had blasting AC units, so we were always comfortable.
TVs in both bedrooms and the living area. HELLA comfy couch that I could have stayed on all week. The bathroom is great; seems to be recently updated with a nice, big shower.
A heads up for planning: There is no indoor table for eating/games. And the listed oven is a large convection/toaster oven; no stovetop range. These are NOT complaints; absolutely loved this place. It just might be helpful to know, as you're making your plans. Between those and the charcoal grill, we made some lovely meals. But also, there are so many great restaurants, why bother cooking?

The place was great and check in was a breeze. We were disappointed the hot tub would not heat up. We had just come from a 5 day kayaking trip and soaking our sore muscles in the hot tub was the biggest reason I booked this place! I contacted Patsy and she was quick to respond, she had the maintenance man there the following morning, unfortunately we had to leave before we got to enjoy it.

We stayed at this beautiful cottage, had a wonderful time. The breakfast was all around great. We were very happy, with everything about this property.

Just as described in listing! Private hot tub on patio. Nice size cottage. AC was cold. Landscaping was super cute and very private. Full breakfast everyday was good! Staff very helpful.
Suggestions: Needed some kitchen things like dishsoap & handsoap, kitchen washcloths/towels, extra trash bags.
Might mention that pool is a shared pool located at the hotel.
Didn’t care for the backhoe and chainsaw outside bedroom at 8am.
Was overall a great experience!!

We had previously stayed at the Quality Inn next door and loved the grounds, breakfast, staff, and accommodations. When I found the cottage on the same property, I was thrilled. It is secluded from the main portion of the motel but has all the property's amenities. The garden cottage is landscaped just like the rest of the area and has a charming entrance with a covered porch and hot tub. Multiple days while on the deck we saw deer calmly sauntering by a little ways from us (not to mention the groundhog who has a den close to the front door!) The cottage is quaint and quirky, just like Eureka Springs! It would be perfect for 2-4 guests as there are only 2 king-sized beds and 1 bath.

First put my trip to Eureka Springs in context. I’m leaving Hot Springs for 3 nights in Eureka Springs (5 hours driving ) then moving on with my vacation. Eureka Springs is 60 miles from the nearest city with lodging options for spur of the moment travelers. Being from Virginia I am unfamiliar with the area. I rented the Eureka Uptown Garden Cottage for 3 nights on April 29 2024 which was confirmed by my payment. The next day I get an email asking that we spend 2 nights in the cottage and the 3rd night in the adjoining hotel because of host overbooking. I agree to this new arrangement because the funds have been committed and we our in a time crunch. We travel to Eureka Springs, check in at the hotel, look at our 3rd night accommodations and the Garden Cottage. I immediately call my host and inform her the 3rd night accommodations are unacceptable but I agree to spend 2 nights in the Garden Cottage as it appears to be adequately represented by the VRBO listing. We check into the Garden Cottage and have no WIFI and find the unit infested with bugs, confirmed by the hosts exterminator to the host on the phone in my presence. The host agrees the situation warrants a complete refund of my reservation, which the hosts indicates she will work on immediately. I check out after 3 hours of wasted time getting the cable to work, confirming there is no WIFI signal in the unit and confirming the bug situation with the host. Now I have to drive 60 minutes to Bentonville.

The landscaping is outstanding, the cottage is cute and comfortable, and the breakfast got me going in the morning. An excellent place to retreat to after a fun day in Eureka Springs.

We came to Arkansas for the weekend and to see the eclipse Monday. The cottage is cute and was just right for me and my husband. The location in Eureka Springs is really good, it’s close to everything. I honestly didn’t realize it’s just behind the Quality Inn but it felt private enough. The hot tub was really nice in the evenings. The beds were comfortable. The owner even left eclipse glasses for us. 😎 I would stay there again and would recommend .

Loved the location and the property was good. My issue was rhe place wss very cold ehen we got there. Temps that night got down to low 20s and the unit was not warm. We were able to get the bedrooms warm before bed but the rest of the unit didn't have heat (or at least we couldn't find it other than a tiny heater which wasn't enough for the space). Other than that, it was great!

Cute little cottage with 2 brms , one bath. We spent one night , 4 in our party . The bedrooms are separated and with king cozy beds in each. This cottage was clean and close to everything. The plus is a breakfast the next day. Definitely a great place affordable, clean and a little secluded.

Eureka Springs is a very friendly town. The cottage was just a short walk to the community pool and breakfast area. We enjoyed the private hot tub. The flowers around the cottage were nice. Property owner was very easy to reach with any questions we had. I would recommend staying in the cottage to anyone going to Eureka Springs.

We love Eureka springs and always try to find a place that meets our needs Which it did. It felt remote however close to all of our spots. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was nice additional and of course we loved the pool and hot tub. It’s a split level house with the kitchen and living room splitting the bedrooms. Couch and chairs comfortable.
