Each kitchen is fully stocked and designed for preparing and serving meals for the entire group. With seating for six at the dining tables and four additional barstools at the kitchen counters, there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy meals together. Both kitchens feature modern appliances, including flat-top stoves, microwaves, blenders, and 12-cup drip coffee makers, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. Oceanfront views and deck access make these spaces perfect for relaxing and dining indoors or out.

The six bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. Both master suites feature king beds, private bathrooms with double vanity sinks, and access to either an oceanfront or street-facing deck. The second bedrooms include queen beds, while the third bedrooms offer twin-over-queen bunk beds with pullout trundles—ideal for children or additional guests.
