Nice place for a night or 2.

Nice hotel in the city for a short stay. Good facilities.

When I first arrived there was a mix up with the booking and it was very stressful.

Budget friendly hotel with good rooms but uncomfortable stay because of loud music during night during night.

Neat and clean rooms and toilets. Rooms were spacious as well. Location was good (20 mins away from Airport) Food was also fine. Regular checkup calls for any requirements.

The property has attached Pub, so there was EXTREMELY LOUD music being played till 12 am. Even despite several requests the staff refused to lower the sound and were rude to us. Staff was very impolite and untrained.

Great hotel, nice decor and comfortable rooms.

Parking problem and since we got the room on 4th floor, the whole room was vibrating and shaking because of the club on the 5th floor. Till 12, we could not even stay in the room. Not advisable for elderly people with heart problems

Hotel need to advice staff to not disturb guest in night asking money for water bottle. They keep on chasing to pay money even after 10 pm. Rather they should bill these small amount while checkout. Further the hotel will ask to pay in advance full amount before check in which is highly not liked by customer

Got cheated by hotel Middleton

Nothing

I had booked for Middleton Hotel and paid the price for it but they put me in Hotel Middleton Desire which I did not like. I paid more money but stayed in a cheap hotel. They cheated me, I will file a suit in court against both your booking.com and Middleton too.

Bar in premises. Very noisy nights with loud music blaring through late night. Towels were supplied only on demand. Room had lingering cigarette smell. Had to purchase room freshener to get rid of the smell. 25%advance was taken a week in advance under threat of cancellation, even though free cancellation was given in booking.com website..
