Muito ruim .

Apto muito antigo, as luzes do apto algumas não funcionavam, as que funcionavam muito fracas . Microondas não estava funcionando , os controles remotos da TV não funcionavam. No banheiro a ducha higiênica muito velha e vazando , molhando todo tempo o banheiro . A Janela do quarto não vedava o barulho e vento ( quarto super gelado ). O anfitrião não deu atenção para a situação do microondas e ficou por isso mesmo. Não recomendo !

Embora a localização seja muito boa, o apartamento precisa melhorar e muito.

Instalações precárias (chuveiro posicionado para a água cair na parede, descarga sem manutenção, ar-condicionado portátil apenas para um cômodo, ventilador sujo, geladeira com acúmulo de gelo, etc.), apartamento empoeirado e uma verdadeira novela na hora do check-in.

The room is well decorated but the service and cleanliness are not satisfactory

The hygiene is not good. There are cockroaches in the room. There is a bad smell in the living room, I don't know why. There are hairs from the previous guest on the bed sheets. It is obvious that the bed sheets have not been changed. In addition, the building guard didn't have my information. I don't speak portuguese, I speak mandarin, Spanish and English, i was lucky in that moment when i made check in for the first time, there was a brazilian who spoke good English, She helped me, and with her help I communicated with the guard and the guard let me in. But when I came back again at night, it seemed that the guard had been replaced. He didn't have my information so he didn't let me in, and he didn't understand english or spanish. I was blocked at the entrance for 10 minutes, which was very scary for a foreigner.

Bom, mas não para um grupo. No máximo, 2 hóspedes.

A localização é excelente, bem como a segurança do condomínio. Possui um mercadinho no térreo, o que ajuda caso você necessite de algum item tarde da noite. A cama do quarto era confortável!

As camas oferecidas na sala estavam péssimas, uma delas com um colchão que a pessoa sentia o ferro do sofá cama na coluna. Os funcionários deixam vc na rua, caso o anfitrião não tenha mandado o seu cadastro a tempo.

O apartamento foi dividido e da lavanderia e dependência de empregada fizeram-se adaptação para locação. Tudo muito velho, cito piso, casos, pia, portas hidráulica etc. Vaso sanitário com vazamento. No box do banheiro a tinta q foi pintado o chão descascando e entupindo o ralo. O ar condicionado portátil não atende para esfriar o apto conforme oferecido para 4 adultos. Acomodação da sala ruim para dormir dois adultos. Colchão oferecido fino e sem conforto.

No access on arrival. Had to make a duplicate booking to gain access. Still waiting for a refund on the duplicate booking - 2 months later. No response from booking.com Very disappointing. Broken lock on the door an issue causing further delays when access finally obtained.

localização excelente . próximo a avenida paulista e tem tudo próximo da acomodação(supermercado, farmácia, museu, etc) portaria segura e bem detalhista.

o banheiro é bem apertado, mas atende as necessidades. os cômodos tem pontos de mofo no teto.

O quarto precisa urgente de uma reforma. O sofá cama é muito desconfortável, mesmo colocando um colchão em cima. Meu filho preferiu dormir no colchão no chão, que também foi muito desconfortável porque o colchão era muito fino.

Estadia confortável e agradável, excelente experiência.

O lugar é muito agradável e bem localizado. Os anfitriões foram muito prestativos, educados , liberaram o acesso mais cedo pra gente . Nos atenderam rápido e foram muito gentis . O lugar é muito bom .

The location was great, the property was decent.

I liked the property, however I’m allergic to rugs, so the rug on the wall and the one by the sitting area was not good for me as it triggered my asthma. But besides those like hiccups, I enjoy my staying. Define would stay in the same building again, not sure about this apartment because of the rugs issue.

small and run down apartment close to Main Street

centrally located. just by the main Paulista avenue an ok bed.

- Not properly cleaned - very run down apartment that need a lot of maintenance. electric outlets in cracked walls can be deemed unsafe. - issues from the start when trying to access the apartment since we were not properly registered for the guard downstairs to have our documents - very old free standing kitchenette that looked unsafe to use.

Amazing Location

The location of the building is amazing! beside there is a gym, which is a must! The place also provides a small kitchen which was very useful.

With some of the people working from home nowadays and looking to be traveling around the world, maybe a more comfy chair to accommodate this necessity for most travelers
