A private heated saltwater pool with waterfall and wading area is surrounded by lush, landscaped gardens and 6 hole mini-golf course for kids of all ages to enjoy (adults too)! There are built-in outdoor surround sound Bluetooth speakers for you to play your favorite tunes. Plenty of outdoor seating great for al fresco dining on all levels including the rooftop terrace perched atop the home with jaw-dropping, panoramic ocean and mountainside views.
The well-appointed kitchen is designed for your entertaining pleasure. The house is equipped with PREMIUM WI-FI fiber optic internet available throughout the entire house if you must stay connected. We utilize SayulitaWiFi which is a newer broad band service in the area and much more reliable. Most homes do not offer this premium service!! Service interruptions can still occasionally happen, if you have to work and must stay connected, a backup hot spot is a good idea. (We often stream multiple TV’s (i.e., Netflix), work conference calls, and music streaming simultaneously without any issues).

Our group of 7 came down to Sayulita for a wedding. The location is close to Downtown and the beach. Highly recommend getting golf carts just for the ease of traveling.
The house is clean and meet all of our expectations. Marta made sure breakfast was ready for us before we headed out for the day. House was always clean when we returned. Pool is maintained daily. The only thing that might concern some people is the music you hear nightly from town while youre outside. Our group enjoyed it as we drank late into the morning anyways.
Frank was easy to communicate with and addressed our needs quickly. I highly recommend Casa Cariño on your next trip to Sayulita. The family of the bride and myself were very pleased and Im sure you will be also.

The property manager did not meet us at the house as stated. Our August vacation was interrupted by a 14-15 hr. electricity outage. Even though the contract indicated frequent outages the house was not stocked to deal with this. With no A/C, fans or running water (think toilets), we couldn't find flashlights, there were candles no matches. The property manager was very responsive via texting, but was not familiar with some of the details of the house...like how to lock the doors, codes for the outer gate (which never worked...luckily there was a security guard in the street on our first night out who had the correct code). I would not rent a house in Sayulita that doesn't have a back up generator. Even tho our contract indicated no refunds, we were disappointed to not receive some compensation. The owner did offer a night out for dinner/drinks, but we ended up having to relocate early due to the discomfort. The electricity did come back on shortly after we left. With steady electricity ...no guarantees...(or back up generator) and an onsite property manager to greet us and show us around it would have been a totally different experience.

8 of us enjoyed our stay in Sayulita. The pool and rooftop deck were great. Frank was very helpful arranging transportation. Breakfasts were terrific. The only negatives were that for the older members of our group the walk up the hill from town was pretty hard. And it was really hot (in fairness, we knew both of these might be problems) Plus, it can get pretty noisy late at night, especially in the upper bedrooms. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time at this home just blocks from town and beach. The pool was a popular hangout given the very hot conditions. Having AC in every room was great and the house was very well equipped with all basic amenities. Would highly recommend.

From the very beginning Frank made sure we had everything we needed from transportation, to the golf carts, to the chef! Just fabulous. The views are stunning from this house. You have a perfect view of the the beach to the mountains. Rosa was amazing…she made all the breakfast in the morning and each day it was delicious. The pool table and putting green provided a ton of entertainment. The house is very close to town which made it so easy to get around. The place was well stocked. Plenty of kitchen supplies and towels. Beautiful art work all around. We loved our stay.
If I were going to comment on anything negative (which isn't much) would have been the pillows and we wish the pool was heated as it was cool at night. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay immensely. For sure we would stay again.

Everything was seamless! The check in form they provide for you to fill out weeks prior your stay is all accommodated for right when you arrive. From the golf cart rental company coming, airport pickup and breakfast the next day.
The owner was in contact from the first day to make sure everything went smoothly from finding the house, to ensuring we needed and had everything we needed. In addition he answered any recommendations and tried to find us a last minute chef despite us not filling that out on the form weeks prior.
The cleaning crew is thorough for both the rooms/house and pool. It made vacation a true vacation!
My young kids 3 and 6 did not want to leave. It was an Incredible pool, the beach was easily walking distance for them both down the hill!
I would recommend this house in Sayulita over and over and over again!

This was the perfect property for our group of friends. Close to town, clean, comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need. Daily breakfast was wonderful, including fresh made juice. Mayte was lovely and took care of all of our inside needs. Frank the property manager was super responsive and helpful. Julio and Angel took care of the pool. Would not hesitate to recommend this Casa!

Great house near to the centre of Sayulita
Really great stay, the house was perfect for us, three groups of adults easily split across the three ensuite rooms. Rosa and Ernesto looked after everything we needed.

Amazing getaway!
We came to stay here with 2 other couples over thanksgiving. The bedrooms are all private and have their own bath which was great for all of us. The outdoor area is amazing day or night and the music from the Town is so lively! Town is a short walk away and there are tons of fun things to do. Ernesto was an amazing host and was able to arrange a suburban to take us to and from the airport. Fidel, The driver even stopped at multiple spots on our way into town so that we could get all of the food and beverages for a few days. Ernesto checked in on us daily and was very attentive. There was always a purified water delivery daily, and cleaning help whenever you ask for it. We asked if there was a grill on the property to cook up some Mahi mahi we bought at the market, and Ernesto was kind enough to assemble and bring over an amazing outdoor grill for us! So you will be able to grill your own food here too if you don’t want to go into town. Would come back and stay here anytime! Would highly recommend to anyone. The rooftop view can’t be beat!

I cannot begin to express how lovely our experience was at Casa Carino! The house is gorgeous, incredibly furnished with comfortable beds (even great pillows!), beautiful art, lovely kitchen, perfect pool...
Ernesto is fantastic, and every other person we came in contact with was wonderful.
One teeny tiny suggestion - which is in no way a reflection on the owners of this home - is to bring ear plugs if you plan to go to bed before 2am. The sound of dance music from town floats right up the beautiful hillside and into the the upstairs bedrooms at night (even with doors closed and sound machines on). I imagine this is the case for any of the homes that are up above the town. An easy trade off, though, to have that view, be walking distance to EVERYTHING, yet still have a removed and very private feeling space. I hope to be back soon!

Great location, but issues with house and town
The location and house were great - the pool was great, most of the staff were prompt and helpful, and the location was ideally one block off town and beach.
Unfortunately, we had a burst hot water pipe for our entire stay, so no hot water. Limited response from the managers until our last day there, where they jackhammered the side of the house for 2+ hours.
Also, unrelated to the house but certainly related to the glowing description the owners give this town: February has a county fair in town, and an MC/music BLASTED up the hill to the house every night until ~1am. Earplugs and white noise still didn't fully cut the noise.
Finally, generally, read other reviews of Sayulita before traveling there, particularly regarding the unignorable trend of sickness clobbering the town. It must be the sewage and overpopulation of the area - whatever it is, our entire party got sick, as did the entire house next door (we all drank filtered water, were super careful, ate different things, etc). Having traveled to Mex, Bali, and several other 3rd world areas without any issues in my life, I'll unfortunately be advising everyone who will listen to stay away from Sayulita until they address this pervasive sewage/sicness outbreak in the town.

We had a wonderful experience at this home. It was beautiful with well appointed bedrooms, a lovely great room, two terraces, and a private pool - all with daily housekeeping and a groundskeeper. We were a short walk to town down a lovely path and enjoyed walking to the beach daily and then returning in the evenings for sunsets, dinners, and drinks. Our children (2 & 5) also loved the stay. The pool was very warm and they had space to explore. Thank you for a memorable vacation - we'll be back!

Lovely home
We spent a week here mid February. The house is quite lovely with fantastic art, comfortable beds and a a nice heated pool that is essential in February. Service was great and Ernesto helped us with several arrangements that were cheaper and top notch! The patios were very comfortable for the 4 of us. Also the house is on the side of town that gets shade in the late afternoon which was great in the heat of the day. A couple of cons - there is no oven. A gourmet kitchen should include an oven. Also it was lacking in cookware. One 8 inch fry pan was insufficient for the 4 of us. If you had a larger group than 4 cooking would be too problematic as everything seems to be sized for 2. Not to worry I bought a set of larger fry pans so if they keep them in the house future guests can at least fry more than 2 eggs at a time. Noise does seem to drift directly up from the couple of loud bars that are just down the hill. It did not bother us but if you require silence it might. Sayulita is a great beach town and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our small family~lovely staff~ideal location!
My husband and I spent the week of New Years at Casa Carino with our 7 and 9 year old kids. It was the perfect home for us. The house is exactly how it is portrayed in the pictures. Just lovely! Kathleen and Dennis were so easy to work with from beginning to end. The location of the house was ideal. We utilized the path from the cul-de-sac to town/beach everyday. My kids weren't bothered by the incline at all. We rarely used the golf cart we rented as we were already so close to things. The pool was a great break from the beach. Daniel, the pool man and landscaper, was so nice! He even opened coconuts for the kids one day. Katia, the housekeeper, was so kind and went above and beyond to run to town and get some things for us. Ernesto was great too! He helped us out big time when our luggage didn't arrive by coordinating with the delivery service so we could go about our day. The 3rd floor terrace has a stunning view of the beach and town. We would definitely stay here again or have a larger group and rent one of the other homes they own. For those of you with young kids, the bedrooms on the second floor only have external entrances, which I thought would make me feel uneasy. But it turned out that it wasn't a big deal from a mother's perspective. I was anticipating noise coming from town as we were there during one of the busiest weeks of the year. It would have been an issue a few of the nights had we not used a white noise app. Most of the week we slept well with just the sound from the air conditioner. Highly recommend this home for 2 couples or a small family!!

Fantastic place
This home is not only beautiful but really well equipped with all the amenities, and only a 5 min walk to the town square. The property manager was more than helpful on a few occasions and the staff was really pleasant. Renting a golf cart is a good idea to get to the quiet part of the beach for example, but not necessary. You'll love it there!!!

Beautiful house!
Enjoyed the property and pool. Wifi worked well and property manager was available when needed. Security was also active and that was reassuring. Only wish was for a TV with cable to watch playoffs but the town had many options for that.

Fantastic Location
Casa Carino is a fantastic property located on a small hill on the south side of town. It is an easy 3-5 minute walk down a really nice, winding path to town and the beach. The town can be noisy at night, but the bedrooms at Casa Carino are well sound proofed. We never heard a thing. The rooftop deck has great views and the pool area is private and secluded. Overall we had a great experience at the house and love the location.

Spectacular property and amenities
Loved this property. It was recently redone and is like new. The artwork and decor was very impressive as well. It was a short walk down the hill to the beach and downtown area and we realized that a golf cart was not necessary as the walk through the landscaped path was very enjoyable. The air conditioning in every room made the house very comfortable. The pool was also very nice and utilized every day. Ernesto was very responsive to our call when the power went out due to work the local utilities dept was doing. He met us onsight when we arrived, walked us through the property and arranged all of our ground transport which was flawless. Anna, our housekeeper was also spectacular and thorough in her work. The nightime festivities in town were not noticeable when the doors were closed. My four teenager daughters were unanimous in that this was among the top, if not the top vacation we've had. The accommodations certainly contributed to a fantastic experience. When we go back to Salyulita we will absolutely want to stay at one of Dennis' properties. We are lucky to have found him and them! Until we see you again Salyulita and Casa Carino.

Thanks for sharing your slice of Paradise!
Our jaws dropped when we arrived. The perfectly manicured gardens, the crystal-clear pool, the palapa roofed architecture, and the privacy were just what we needed for a perfect vacation. We were nervous to even go, as we heard many reports of norovirus running through Sayulita. But upon check-in, Ernesto (who was so responsive, if we needed anything!) reassured us with a list of safe restaurants to visit and reminded us that the daily housekeepers clean thoroughly with bleach, the house has a filtration water system along with purified drinking water, and we also used the poolside grill and beautiful kitchen for cooking at home. Needless to say, we ate well and didn't get sick! We were also nervous about going during Semana Santa (holy week) as we heard that the town becomes inundated with masses of people. Yes, there were lots of people, but we found everyone to be so friendly, it was just one big fiesta. We especially enjoyed all the mariachi bands throughout town and were so relieved to learn that, thanks to the triple-paned windows, we couldn't hear the noise from inside the house. The walk to town and the beach was down a short, beautifully landscaped path--so close--we even felt comfortable letting our teenage boy head to town by himself for little shopping/taco indulging sprees. Overall, we learned that splurging a little more to stay in a high-quality vacation rental, such as one of these Dreamer Circle Properties, can mean the difference between a perfect vacation and a sleepless nightmare. We can't wait to go back!!

Didn't want to leave!!!
My husband and I came to this wonderful place for a much-needed getaway, now we can't wait to go back and bring the whole family. Where to start? The house is extremely comfortable, well thought out to provide all practical needs. But it's the extras we loved--how beautiful the décor is, the art throughout the place, every detail to delight the eye. Then there's the location--we sat on lounge chairs around the pool, surrounded by tropical gardens, watching the waterfall into the pool, sipping margaritas looking out a the fabulous ocean view. Heaven! Speaking of views, there are knockout views throughout the house, from the living area, bedrooms, and romantic rooftop sitting area. All this just a two block easy walk from the beach and from one of the most vibrant, charming towns anywhere, with great restaurants and shops and lively local events. Can you tell how much we loved it? Can't recommend it highly enough.

Casa Carino
Loved the house. I think the main thing we could say about it was the fact that we could feel how well taken care of we were. Clearly well managed and very tastefully appointed and decorated. We love Sayulita and Casa Carino was perfect to enjoy it. We could hang in the house or walk a few minutes to beach or town center. And there are an amazing number of good restaurants in a very small - and walking distance - space. Highly recommend it.

The Perfect Relaxing Retreat
I can't remember the last time I had such an extraordinary vacation/retreat. Our 7 days was filled with some of the best food we have ever had and a home that was so beautifully and creatively furnished. We relaxed, enjoyed the night life, walked the gorgeous beaches every day. For someone who often does not take time to truly "drop out," this is the perfect place to do just that. I am going to make this an annual retreat!

Fabulous!
My wife and I seldom write reviews regarding our vacation experiences - but this vacation home demands an exception! She & I arrived with 2 or our closest friends on a warm and sunny Saturday afternoon to be ferried to our favorite vacation spot, Sayulita and a new house that we had not yet visited. This began a week of total relaxation a in a home that surrounds you with art that attracts the eye and refreshes the mind. Downtown is a short walk away and the beach is similarly close. But it was hard not to simply stay at home where a pool is fed by a cascading waterfall and where the views are simply exceptional. The entire staff was always available to answer any question or fulfill any request. Naps on the covered rooftop were a mainstay of the days spent in this quiet village by the sea and we will certainly return to this chosen home again and again. Thanks to Dennis & Joan for creating the best possible oasis for anyone's visit to Sayulita..

Gorgeous new vacation paradise in vivacious Sayulita
Our family of 11 just returned from perhaps the best vacation we've had in years and the houses we stayed in made it perfect. I took my whole family there to celebrate my 70th birthday and the vacation was a dream come true. Villa Carino is a brand new house that overlooks the town with brilliant views of the ocean, beach and north coast of this Mexican riviera. We stayed there and our grown children and grandchildren stayed in Villa Colina next door. Everything about these houses is first rate. The beds are fabulously comfortable. The houses are filled with beautiful Mexican art, fabrics and pottery. Both houses are located in gardens filled with the vivid plants of the region and the caretakers for the houses are discreetly there is make sure everything stays in tip top shape. Best of all is the location... So close to town and the beach but also a secluded, private retreat for reading and relaxing. The owners provide information and services to hire transportation to and from the airport in American SUV's with responsible drivers. Through them we hired cooks for 3 nights and loved the family that cooked for us. The prices were reasonable and the food delicious. Sayulita is a very lively town and I enjoyed the town noises and the music that floated up to us in the evening. The kids spent half their time in the two pools and the other half on the beach. We could easily walk to town for breakfast and shopping. One concern for people with limited mobility is that the houses are on top of a hill and I found that great cardio exercise, but I am sure the solution to that would be to hire a golf cart to get around ... A route many people choose. We had a great time and are counting the days until we can return. Thank you Dennis and Kathleen for providing such a beautiful place to make vacations come true.

Charming place with nightly rock and roll
We so loved the place, and location of this casita. We rented it for 5 weeks but had to leave 12 days early as we just could not take the noise any longer from the bands in town. Our brains were completely addled from lack of sleep. We have visited Sayulita annually for nearly 25 years, and this was our first time leaving early. We would have loved a refund to stay somewhere else, as it was really an impossible situation, and not the owners fault...but no zoning prevents her having much say. There is a huge wall next to the casita and the sound bounces off and comes right into the casita. Such a shame. the bands were from Don Patos and at Mangiofucco...Perhaps they will go out of business some day....and the town can have its charm back...

Get away from it all
I can't wait to go back, the Casita is so cute, and the perfect romantic getaway. The proximity to town & the beach is ideal, 5 minutes is exactly right, 3 if you're walking fast! I have to say Sayulita is a vacation spot made for me, really great shopping & a nice little surf break, we did both every day. It was also convenient having the kitchen for morning breakfast and coffee. Lucy the caretaker was really nice & went out of her way to take care of us. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a break from the hustle & bustle of every day life.

Tranquility
A heavenly little place. Extremely tranquil and beautifully decorated. Being on a hill, the view of Sayulita and the beaches is excellent. The only problem was being kept awake some nights by bands at parties in town!
