A great apartment in a perfect location

a wonderfully quiet, comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartment that couldn't have been in a better location. We would certainly recommend this property.

The two flights of stairs could have been a problem for a person who wasn't very fit, although help was offered with the suitcases.

Great spot to recharge and enjoy Dumfries. I would stay here again.

Clean, roomy, washing machine and dryer, central. Lovely Host.

Street noise on Saturday night was loud but did not go on too late.

Very good

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed including a washing machine and drier.

The apartment is, as the name states, on the 2nd floor and the circular staircase is quite steep. Be warned but don't be put off by it unless long steep steps are an issue.

The mos kind people i met in Scotland,the city is a gem to the south,,karen are a nice host,they made me feel so welcome! Comfy bed,nice decor,lovely street view!Warm and friendly place.

A great Dumfries "stopover" spot, but not for people with mobility issues. Too many stairs

Mattress is on its last legs. The door entry area could well do with a spruce up, and the window above the door should be washed and cleaned as a priority. It is not a good look

Comfortable stay in this lovely flat. The owner was in regular contact to check everything was ok.

Much bigger than it looked in the photos. Very clean, tidy and well equipped. Great kitchen and a comfy bed. Great central location. Helpful and accommodating owner. Great value for money. Exceeded expectations.

The entrance doesn’t reflect how lovely the flat is inside. Wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues as it’s up 2 flights of a spiral staircase.

Great Central location with free parking. The apartment was very comfortable with all we needed for our stay. Our host was in touch to make sure we were settled in and was easily available had there been any issues. A perfect stay!

The windows are big and the ceilings high so it is a lovely airy apartment. It's a good size too, bigger than i was expecting from the pics. The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay and there was even a pint of milk in the fridge. 😀 Lots of helpful messages from the owner so if i had needed anything i know i would have been looked after. The flat is literally 10 seconds from the shops and i parked right at the door. Dumfries is a very friendly town and has lots of restaurants and take aways. Totally recommend. I will definitely be booking here again.

Central location in the town and all its ammenties. Lovely walks along the river bank. Not far to drive out to forest and costal walks too.

Plenty of parking available may not be able to park right outside the property at peak hours

Fantastic!

Apartment was so clean and comfortable. Very central location. Host Karen was very friendly and messages sent before we arrived were very informative. Staff in whisky shop were so pleasant and helpful when Google maps got us slightly lost! My husband and I would highly recommend this accommodation. Thanks very much we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
