About this house rental
Cute 💎 in Land O Lakes-House has been freshly updated- ping pong table, artificial putting green, and even a play set for the kiddos...The whole yard is fenced for keeping everything an anyone safe.
Home is located on the canal on 2 side that goes to beautiful Bell Lake. Fish from shore or use the kayaks to go into the lake for a dip. Convenient to all things in Tampa and surrounding towns and beaches. There is a new snow park just 20 minutes north of us... looks like a fun place with a tree hopping in the same place. 30 minute from airport and 30 minutes Busch Gardens.
This home has one bathroom, that is why the max people allowed is 5.
There are no parties allowed, Max car's is 3.
Neighbors are watching out for parties and will notify us.
Please take out your trash out, strip the bed and put sheets in the wash.
All dishes are to be cleaned.

This place was perfect for us, the fenced backyard was awesome for our dogs and the cat loved hanging out on the screened porch. My son enjoyed working on his putt-putt skills on the little putting green out back and playing ping pong on the porch. The house is hidden back behind 2 other houses so you are tucked away and it's very private. We got to meet the host, Jackie and she was very nice!! The house was equipped with everything we needed for an extended stay.

This house is a charmer. Very comfortable, very clean, with a nice little fenced in back yard. We stayed there about a week and a half and had a great time. There are alot of options for things to do there - play area for kids, putting green, video game, kayak, videos, etc. We were there with our dogs, and they loved it too!! Would definitely stay there again!!!!

Ok, can only give 5 stars but deserves 10. Very clean, quite neighborhood, everything we needed, dogs loved the fenced yard, and great host! Location was perfect for visiting our new granddaughter.

We had a great stay at this modern, well equipped home. The house was very clean, and the kitchen is very modern. A great plus is the kayaks and the ability to put-in right from the yard. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the second time staying at this property. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The host even checked in to make sure we arrived ok! It’s tucked into a cute neighborhood which is quite private and quiet. The screened in porch and ping pong is a bonus and the putting green is a lot of fun. With family in the area this cute little house is just perfect.

Truly a hidden gem as promised
We enjoyed this quiet location on water with a super host. The kitchen had the basics and we enjoyed using the grill. Jackie had a nice supply of spices for us for cooking. We appreciated having an undercounted beverage refrigerator as well as the full size refrigerator since we were staying for over 2 months and planned to cook at home instead of eating out. There were some cool local restaurants very close by as well as the usual chain restaurants and grocery stores only 10 min away. We were close to a Costco and several nice golf courses. The fenced yard worked well for our dog. The screened lanai was a welcome respite to enjoy the weather. Having kayaks for us to use was a nice amenity as were the small ping-pong table and the putting green. We plan to return.

Best location!
So many reasons that this vacation home was excellent! First the home was super clean and very comfortable. Great place for our little dog, who loved running around in the back yard. Very quiet location but very handy to get to beach or anywhere ! Loved the trips on Bell Lake with the kayak. Really enjoyed eating at Hungry Harrys restaurant! Wish it was not booked for next January or we would stay again. Thank you Jackie for sharing your lovely home !!

Too much drama
The house was very cute and clean, no complaints there. Apparently one of the neighbors felt my dogs were too large and complained to the owner. I was honest and specific about my dogs prior to my stay, so I didn't appreciate being dragged into their disagreement, especially while I'm on vacation and trying to relax. I ended up leaving early, I did not feel comfortable knowing one of a nosey neighbor was upset with our presence. IMO, as a paying renter, I should not have been bothered with a neighbor's concerns especially when no rules were broken.

Perfect For Us
My husband and I rented this house while visiting our daughter and new granddaughter in Land o Lakes. When we arrived the house was clean. Jackie was very responsive to our questions and helpful. The house was private and peaceful. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch and practicing on the putting green. Would highly recommend and will definitely rent again when back in the area!

Perfect wknd getaway
This place was so quaint and just what we needed to disconnect! Close enough but far enough from the major areas and we loved the small town feel. Jackie and Jeff are so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Perfect place to stay in LOL!
I grew up and raised my kids in Land O’ Lakes and moved away a few years ago. We were looking for a place to stay when we came back to visit friends and family that are still in the area. This little house was perfect! Centrally located in LOL, with amazing amenities, and a wonderful hostess in Jackie! The house had everything we needed and being able to bring our pups was icing on the cake! We will be back for sure!!

We LOVED our stay here!
We LOVED this VRBO! It felt like home as we walked in. Everything was clean, we enjoyed the extra towels, shampoos and soaps, snacks, and amenities like putt putt and the kayaks! We had breakfast on the screened in porch, every morning, movies on our night in and the huge closets! We are used to a softer bed so that was the only downfall for us but I would still rate it 5 out of 5 because everything else was perfect, perfect location, perfect hosts, and perfect weather! Great stay in Land O' Lakes
We stayed here a week as we awaited out other rental from Jackie to be available. It was clean, tidy, and the house was well stocked! We stayed with our two young children, and our large dog. The fenced in yard and play set was a huge win for us! Jackie provided us with her cell and was easy to get in touch with. Thank you for a fabulous stay, Jackie!

Wonderful house that felt like home
Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) stayed in this house for 2 months and could not have been happier with the house. The house quickly felt like home and we did not want to leave. The house was extremely clean. The owners offered to pick up some things for us before we arrived and were always quick to respond with any communication. The kitchen was very spacious and the drink fridge was great. We were able to store our bikes in the shed out back and our kids played for hours on the playset. The internet was very fast and very reliable as we had no issues while working remotely. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the plates/cups/cookingware we needed and the full size washer and dryer were great. For the price of a hotel room this house exceeded all of our expectations.

Cozy, clean, and beautiful!
Loved staying here! Beautiful location right on Bell Lake. The whole place was spotless when we arrived and had plenty of space for our stuff. There’s even a storage shed out back where we could put our bikes and fishing stuff. The putting green, ping pong table, and kayaks were a favorite! Jackie was readily available to meet any needs we had—but the house was already so well-appointed that there was never a need. She even messaged us beforehand to see if she could pick anything up at the store for us! It was a delightful stay and we can’t wait to come again!

Where the h is the key?!
We told owners (no property management) we would be in late after a long drive, where is the key? Told it would be in a 8 ft long planter box. It was blacker than tar when we arrived. We searched for 20 minutes and then found the key in a flower pot on the pouch. Other than that the house was cute and well supplied. The neighborhood was safe . I would stay here again. They need a lock box.
