My sister and I went to a concert at the castle and wanted somewhere close and in walking distance Jersey Villas was pe

It was lovely clean spacious Kelly was very friendly great to park the car good location. Especially walking distance to the castle and places to eat.

Relaxing stay in a spotlessly clean room.

Kelly was very helpful and the room was immaculate. The proper was located only a short walk from the town which was ideal.

We liked all aspects of the property.

Good place to base yourself in Warwick if you're happy to still use your car as slightly out of town

Clean and tidy property with parking in Warwick. Well run and comfortable place to stay.

Very disappointed, cold room, cold shower, no duvet, noisy and expensive. We wont be staying again

The room was very clean and smartly furnished

The room was cold and the heating didn't work. The shower in the morning would not run hot or even lukewarm but there was no one around to talk to about this. We did not have a duvet on the bed, we received an email saying it was on the landing if we wanted it. Slightly ridiculous that it wasn't already in the room and we would have to remake the bed if we wanted it. The room was facing a busy road and had very thin windows so the noise of the traffic made it difficult to sleep. The walls were also really thin, our neighbouring room was not particularly loud but we could hear every word of their conversation. There were no checkout instructions and no one around in the morning so we took a guess and just posted the keys back through the door. Unfortunate as we could have done with talking to someone about the lack of hot water and heating. Coffee is in the room but it was cheap and horrible. The bathroom in room three is really small and cramped, sink is tiny and all but unusable for filling the kettle or glasses. At £80 a night, I would expect considerably more for my money

It had a clean fresh feel about it and was spotless, Kelly was lovely shops etc was all in walking distances

Not enough milk pods in the room or decaf tea or coffee however this was not a problem

DO NOT USE! no running hot water in the morning and an owner who has zero customer service skills

Location was good and property was clean.

Had no running hot water in the morning, owner didn't care or rectify the situation so was forced to have a cold shower, and has offered an offensive and insulting £5 compensation after arguing via very unprofessional messages. The bed was uncomfortable and every spring in the mattress pinged whenever you moved which woke you up, felt like a very cheap mattress. The sink in the ensuite was like one out of a downstairs toilet, certainly not big enough to wash or shave in (luckily i dont shave) only just big enough to wash hands. Kettle was provided but had to use the mug to fill it up as the sink was too small to get the kettle under the tap to fill it up. Certainly not worth £85.50 per night. DO NOT USE THiS GUEST HOUSE!!

Nice clean uncluttered room, great location 25 minutes walk from the centre of Warwick, and carparking space too. The host was very helpful, answering any questions we had pre-booking very promptly.

Very hard bed. Rooms at front suffer from road noise. There is a fridge but not its in a common area shared by others.

Bed was hard,could of done with a duvet on bed as was cold for a July night no cleaning products an wasn't told where fridge was as wasn't in room,more than a short stroll to the castle 25 brisk walk

Very nice guesthouse … warm and friendly welcome and a comfty room and bed. Clean and elegant as well as close to the town center. We will come back.

The location was good and it was clean, the shower was very nice

Beds were cheap and uncomfortable, luckily I took my soft foam but husband struggled to sleep. The blurb said there was a fridge, there wasn't, the only chair was hard backed and the room was tiny, I felt claustrophobic.

Ideal location for walking in Leamington Spa and Warwick, however located on a very busy road

Perfect location for Leamington and Warwick. Nicely decorated and clean, comfy bed. Pleasant host.

Noise from traffic as on main road. Drain smell in bathroom although was roadworks outside, that could be cause. Needed some shelving in bathroom.

Excellent location and value for money, perfect for our visit.

The location was excellent as we could walk to the castle from our accomodation as there were lots of good places to eat and drink on route. The room was good value for money and the staff were very accomodating.
