Kurzurlaub im Schwarzwald

Die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut für Ausflüge aller Art geeignet. In den Wohnungen 1 und 2 ist alles enthalten, was für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt wird, bis auf eine Ausnahme, zu der oben nähere Erläuterung steht. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Schlafcouch in der Wohnung 2 ist allerdings für Erwachsene Personen weniger geeignet. Da wir zwei Wohnungen (1 und 2) hatten, haben wir uns gefragt, ob Wohnung 1 nicht eher für vier Personen und die Wohnung 2 für zwei besser geeignet wäre. Ingesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

In der Wohnung 2 war Besteck für vier Personen nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Dafür war in der Wohnung 1 zuviel Besteck für zwei Personen. Wir haben uns gegenseitig ausgeholfen. Vielleicht sollte das nach jedem Auszug kontrolliert werden. In der Wohnung 1 schleift die Eingangstür schwer über den Boden. In der Wohnung 2 ist das Bad nur über das Schlafzimmer erreichbar. Das kann man vorher auf den Fotos gut erkennen. In der Praxis war das mit vier Personen nicht besonders komfortabel. In beiden Wohnungen ist es aufgrund der guten zentralen Lage doch viel Straßenlärm zu hören.

Schöner Ort

Die Zimmern waren Sauber, Küche vorhanden, Lift war auch vorhanden. Ich fand es toll das man sich mit einer App Schlüssellos die Türen öffnen konnte, natürlich lag auch eine Karte im Zimmer für den 2. Person. Der Unterkunft war sehr zentral.

Schlafsofa (Matratze) war leider mit Blut, sodass ich nicht Schlafen konnte. Die Toilette hatte einen Kanalisation-Gestank, wir müssten das Fenster offen halten im Bad.

Alles gut, kann ich empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut genug ausgestattet. Durch Aufzug auf der 2. Etage gut erreichbar. Treppe ist aus dem letzten Jahrhundert und nicht gut zu laufen (Hund).

Kein Persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Urlaub mit Kind

Die Lage war wirklich mehr als super! Ruhig gelegen und um die Ecke war das Leben. Moderne Einrichtung und ein sehr schönes Bad.

Die Küchenausstattung war etwas wenig, ein bisschen mehr Besteck und eine Mikrowelle würden die Küche besser aussehen lassen. Die Töpfe waren nicht sauber, man musste ordentlich schrubben um sie sauber zu bekommen. Flecken auf den Lacken, wo man ins Grübeln kommt, ob diese frisch bezogen waren. Das Bad war leider nicht richtig sauber, es waren noch einige Flecken vom Vormieter zu sehen. Eine Info zum Eingang wäre noch super, da wir anfangs das Haus von oben bis unten absuchten.

Modern appartement in the center of the town. Easy access to the shops and restaurants and easy to visit other points of interest in the region.

Difficult to park if you arrive by car.

Lahr is a very good town. Black forest and europa park are close by. The apartment is well equipped. There is an elevator. Apartment is well furnished. Host is helpful and prompt in replies.

The services were poor. It seemed like apartment is not cleaned regularly and supplies are not replenished. The toilet paper was not available. Upon requesting for the same we were told to manage it ourselves. The chimney of the stove was not working. The apartment was not clean. The linens were smelly. All the utensils were inside the dish washer. There is no air conditioner like most apartments in europe. During summer would not recommend this place.

Superb

Really nice apartment, well designed, clean,, in a central place, with comfortable car parking. Has almost any needed staff in the apartment! It has a washing machine! Which is such an improvement!

Once again, it is a great place! Just need to improve (fix) the sink in the kitchen (the water stuck in the sink until you lift the sink clog manually, as the mechanism that must lift it is not functioning). And to give some more base dishes, like salad bowl, cutting board.

the property looks really nice and really cosy. The beds where good.

the bathroom is big and has an open shower. When you take a shower the whole bathroom is wet. Also the water didn’t go away really well.

A great two days in an historical building in Lahr

Great environment. The apartment looks amazing. And the location is really good.

We will rate as 9 if there were some basic products: Shower gel; Dish washer.

great location, great flat!

The location is very central, beautiful Altstadt. the property is very clean and modern, in a house matching the style of the Old town.

It was not something that I really did not like, but I could have appreciated the beds to be done. after a day of traveling you expect and clean warm bed, but I needed to put the bedsheets myself on.

- Squeaky floors (especially if someone is renting above you and is walking around) - There are only 2 parking spots available for the whole apartment building (tip to others: You can park behind the apartment building at the tax office at your own risk. Its paid and private parking everywhere as the apartment is situated in the Centre of Rust.)

Great location

The apartment is super clean and well-equipped. The design was great. It looks like that it has been recently renovated. The main entrance has some steps but there is a lift inside the house which is convenient. We had a really comfortable stay. The checkin and checkout were easy and straightforward. The contact person was highly responsive.

As a family with a toddler, we found, the open stairs were risky for the toddler. Side rails would be really helpful. I am being picky here. I think, previous guests smoked in the room and I did not like the smoke smell. There were many windows so I could ventilate the room often.

Disappointing

Beautiful apartment with lovely polished floors and recently refurbished. Clean and attractive. Dishwasher, washing machine, big TV. Nice shower. We could check out late after our car was vandalized.

Beds were not made up upon arrival. No curtains in bedroom Only 2 parking spaces for multiple apartments. As a result we had to park on the street. Our car was vandalized in the night and someone attempted to steal our bikes. There is a club just outside the apartment which was extremely noisy into the early hours.
