Exceptional stay! Will stay again!

The staff were great. The price was good and competitive. Quiet. Facility was clean. Pool was a lil dirty but the staff came out to clean it as best as they could! Great experience. Will definitely stay here when i visit the area!

Overall, the property and everything within was clean but the room is a terrible place to have guests stay in. Probably

Property was clean

Not much parking with too many big trucks/suvs parking in compact spaces, my driver door was dented due to spaces being so small. The room I was put in is not an ideal place to put anyone in, room 119 right behind the front desk. Had a hard time sleeping due to night shift front desk clerk talking loud enough to hear her conversations. Was woken up at about 5:30am with front desk and other guests talking/laughing so loud as if was 12pm and were outdoors, no sort of regard for others who might be sleeping. I understand breakfast starts at 6am, but people should not be talking inside with outdoor voices. There shouldn’t be any rooms near the lobby period, I will surely go back to my original stays at the Marriott locations because my stay here was not worth the price for the one night.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. From booking the room the day of, the breakfast, room, staff, and overall experience we had, was just great. I would def recommend staying here. I loved the sacar it had. We got back pretty late and noticed that you had to use your key to enter through the second door.

Would stay here again & recommend.

Room was a bit small but comfortable. Clean and updated. Various options for breakfast, waffles AMAZING ! you make them fresh yourself. Right off the freeway a plus. Overall, would stay here again & recommend.

Just a little pricier than others around but a good stay!

location is in little mexico. I felt safe there is a bomb taco truck across the way down to the right on the left hand side. Savemart and gas stations are very close.

The staff was great extremely helpful from the young lady at the front desk to the house keeping ladies

We had trouble with most of the outlets in our room. Pillows Were pretty flat. Not to mention the young man working 7/29/22 Friday about 3:00 pm at the front desk asked my husband once if he had walked over from the hotel next door to go swimming when my husband told him no I'm in room 416 and again the young man still asked him are you sure which i thought was rude.

Location

The room was sloppy. The lock for the bathroom door did not work in fact the wall had a hole completely carved out where the lock what supposed to be . The staff charged me twice and initially I had to call and get it fixed because the guy at the front desk didn't "see" that I booked online even though I tried to provide a booking number.

overall it was great, me and my family enjoyed our stay. and I will definitely be booking with you guys in the future

I loved the room its self! it was more then what I needed but at good price. this was my first time traveling with my daughter (1 and half year old) and my dog and fiancé and after and 2 hour drive I could easily set everything up and relax with my daughter.

the breakfast was seriously lacking but with just getting back from the pandemic I'll give it chance again later but the way you guys display your dinning utensils is atrocious and a huge food safety hazard. the trays for the clean utensils are very dirty and filled with crumbs it looks like no one has cleaned most of the utensils in a long time. and the pool is locked even though she said my key should work and she said it very cold even tho it's heated which I do not know because I could not get in it to see. and they were having a huge staff meeting in the lobby which to me was akward to ask (the whole group) about the pool. but that's just me. please fix the utensils display
