This house and backyard were beautiful! Very spacious. Kids had a blast between the pool, ping pong, foosball, putting green or spacious frontyard. Beds were comfortable. I wish the showers heads came off wall. Hard to wash the kids hair so we had them take bath instead. AC worked great! Bbq worked. Sucked not being able to play music outside. They had pool floats for the kids (Maybe left from previous guest) ice maker was awesome! I would stay there again for sure!

This vacation house was perfect for our big group of 9 adults who were in Palm Springs for festival season. We enjoyed the beautiful interior but spent most of our time hanging outside and chilling by the pool. We loved that the kitchen had enough plates, cups and cooking utensils and were grateful for the beach towels that were available to use. Everyone had enough space and their own rooms- we loved the 2 master bedrooms with the tubs! The plane noise wasn’t that bad considering we spent our mornings outside however it is still pretty loud. The whole check in process was easy and we opted for a later check out. Not too many clean up rules but we made sure to leave it nice and tidy. Thank you for this experience! Will definitely consider booking this house the next time we are in PS!

Our family group of 10 really enjoyed our stay at this house. The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathroom home was spacious and clean. The pool and outdoor space is really lovely.
Be advised that the home is very close to the airport and you do hear/see every plane taking off from PSP.

Worked well for our family vacation with our adult children and their kids. Appreciated having the things we needed to “live” like laundry soap, shampoo, etc. Ice make didn’t work. We did have a leak under the kitchen sink and they handled it promptly and the plumber was very nice and professional. Guys enjoyed the putting green and the pool was lovely and heated as we requested. Very good overall stay. Thank you!!!

We really loved this house. It was very clean and a perfect setup to bring a dog to. We had 7 adults and everyone had more than enough space to hang out together in the common areas. The rooms were nicely appointed with updated bathrooms. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Our family of seven enjoyed the abundance of open space, both inside and outside. There is so much about this house that we loved -- there was a putting green which we shared so much fun at. An amazing pool with a hot tub, we all enjoyed just getting up and jumping in the pool or having a nice hot tub before we went to bed. Three of the bedrooms had doors that went right out to the pool so that in itself was truly amazing. We had a outside grill which was amazing and there was also a outdoor sitting area with a propane fireplace (we did not use this only because we just took advantage of the pool and played cards inside in the evenings). The property is directly under the flight path to/from Palm Springs Airport, but it wasn't an issue we actually enjoyed watching the planes come and go. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with anything you would need, very clean, comfortable, with high end furniture -- this property was truly amazing and was better than expected -- we would definitely go back.

This vacation rental was in a good location in proximity to the airport and downtown area. The check in/check out process and communication with Vacasa was efficient. The house was clean and the backyard area provided our group with something for everyone (fire pit, putting green, pool/spa, grilling area). The only drawback of the house was the internet, our group was unable to connect to wifi and had to use a hotspot from a phone to get the TV's to work. It is also worth noting that the pool and spa are connected. So, if you don't heat the pool, the spa will be cold too. We realized this upon arrival and called Vacasa right away. Their team turned the heat on and sent someone out a few hours later to make sure everything was working properly. It heated up within a day.

California Vacation Villa was the oasis we needed in the heat. The pool was totally refreshing and cool with the waterfalls and changing lights, as was the jacuzzi. The fire pit was nice for s’mores and the putting green was fun for all in our party. Inside the house had many tvs with all sorts of choices of movies and live tv. There was also a really nice foosball game and plenty of sitting and dining area. Kitchen was stocked well enough and we cooked or barbecued every night.
The pictures are an accurate depiction of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again.

This home was Beautiful. Super clean, great for my family kids loved the clean pool and the adults love the amazing hot tube. All the room were beautiful and the master is amazing huge tub and an amazing shower. We would love to come back again for sure.

This house was fantastic! It very much felt like a "luxury" rental. Everything was as-pictured or better than expected - VERY clean, comfortable, high-end furniture, hardware, appliances, etc. The kitchen is beautifully stocked with nice pots and pans, a huge variety of dishware, etc. The pool set-up is so much fun and beautifully done - the beach-style entrance is so great for kids. We did end up heating it as it was quite cold when we arrived and we were very glad we did. All-in-all, we had a great stay and made full use of all the amenities!

Two families (4 adults and 3 kids) stayed here for 1 full week.
The Pros - The house was clean and spacious. Having 2 master bedrooms was good for two families. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes.
The Cons - This property is directly under the flight path to/from the Palm Springs airport. The planes are LOUD! They start around 5:30am and go all day and well in to the evening. If you are a light sleeper you will for sure be woken up by the noise.
Fair Warning - If you want the pool heated you need to pay extra. This is stated in the description but I missed it. I’ve rented several houses with pools and have NEVER had to pay extra to have the pool heated. That was really annoying and unnecessary based on the overall cost of the rental in my opinion.
Palm Springs Outdoor Noise Ordinance - You are not allowed to have ANY outdoor music in Palm Springs and this is very strictly enforced.
Conclusion - I would not stay at this home again. For future trips I would stay as close to Palm Springs as possible without actually being in Palm Springs proper so that I don’t have to deal with the noise ordinance. I would not stay in the flight path of the airport again and finally, I would pay more attention to any extra fees to have the pool heated and would try to avoid homes that have that fee.

Two families (4 adults and 3 kids) stayed here for 1 full week.
The Pros - The house was clean and spacious. Having 2 master bedrooms was good for two families. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very nice and the location was close to shopping and attractions making the location quite convenient. It was neat and adequately stocked and organized which was a huge plus. The security gate was also a nice feature and we loved the fire pit!

Several issues never got a call back!
First, i never received a call from anyone for check in. It states dont call them but once our check in time came and went i called and got the needed info and sent ID pic.
Despite the house being not as clean as it should (pistachio shells on floor on arrival, dirty ash tray on patio, lounge chairs stained/dirty, trash on shelf in master bedroom, ceiling fans extremely dirty, broken dirty ping pong table etc) after I re cleaned house and sanitized myself things were going great. There is an app for the lights and water features which we were unable to locate after the second day. Called support. Never called back.
Master bedroom bed frame literally split down the side when I crawled in causing me to slip to floor and hurt me knee. Called. No return. Felt unsafe sleeping on it so I got the couch for 2 nights :-(
Besides the above it is a beautiful property. You don’t even notice the planes, ever! Lots to do for everyone. Just an extreme disappointment with the management and cleaning crew. Especially me being a nurse and during a pandemic! I feel a refund is most definitely in order but I’ll be surprised if I ever hear from anyone. We are now going on 5 days past 1st issue and nothing!

Perfect Family Getaway
This property was very nice and exactly what we had in mind for our 4 night family getaway. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and several common areas, there was room for everyone to spread out comfortably and relax. We really enjoyed the access to a variety of fun activities including the pool/spa, putting green, ping pong table and Foosball table. There was always something to keep everyone busy the entire time during our stay. Also, we really appreciated how close it was to amenities that made the easy and worry free for the adults. There are two major grocery stores only two minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

Communication issues abound
Overall the property is well set up for an extended vacation and family time. The amenities are ideal and property is fairly well maintained. Upon checkin we’re we informed that outside music was strictly prohibited. This is unusual and a bit of a disappointment. The first night only half the house AC worked properly. The next day it was difficult getting ahold of property management. Only after 2 hours of attempted calls and texts did property management reply to an email. They sent an HVAC technician right away and the AC started to get repaired. But the 2nd night wasn’t much cooler. 2nd morning we found all AC was out and most of the house wasn’t working properly. Turns out it was a power outage in the neighborhood. Management did send a maintenance guy to help get things back in order and unbolt the gate so we could push it open and get out until the power came back on.
Overall the biggest issues were that the AC wasn’t working properly and communication was poor. But otherwise, the stay was fairly pleasant and property was mostly in great shape. We were taken care of, but disappointed with the circumstances.
