Doors were stiff to open by ranch slider and back door There was no folder with instructions of the property or of pamphlets of shops, local cafes. All you got was a local newspaper and a map Also poor supply of toilet paper To improve to get to the next level basic pantry supply’s like salt and pepper, tea coffee etc

Cozy weekend - a great bach for reading and relaxing.

Great view, across the road from the beach although actual access was a ways down the road. Cozy bach with good superficial updates. Clean and well set-up for kitchen products - just note to bring everything including salt/pepper. Good heat pump. Comfy main bed. No internet but good phone reception, we took the opportunity to unplug. Good WeberQ BBQ which came in handy as the stove was not good. Lots of old DVD’s but no player, again we were happy to unplug.

Stove top so slow as to be unfortunately useless. Bunk bed a bit squeaky, so only for kids.

Great position for the beach and quiet as on a no through road. Bright and recently updated in carpet and decor.

The double bed with the over bunk was comfortable but there wasnt much height to sleep under. Probably okay for small children. Hairdryer had no heat and no info folder for maps of area and places to visit. There was a contact telephone number and a map of no swim areas near the bach due to tides and rips. No wifi that we were aware of.

Amazing location.

The location is just amazing. I don't know if it is possible to get better than that. I also really enjoyed having AC. We are not usually big on using AC, but this cottage gets hot in the afternoon and the AC was a real blessing.

There were a couple of bug issues that we had to take care of on arrival. There was a rather large wasp nest just above the door and the toaster in the kitchen was covered in ants. The ants were there mostly because the toaster had a lot of crumbs in it. Fortunately the owner left bug spray and the immediate problem was solved. Another issue was that there is no WiFi at the house - which we knew before we purchased. However, it was hard to determine if cell coverage was in the area. It turned out that we had good enough cell reception. I just wish we knew that in advance.

The best beach place we have ever stayed in

Wow! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The views from the property are amazing. The property layout makes the most of the views, whether you are sitting in the lounge / dining area, doing the washing up or just lying in bed. The washing machine was a bonus but what sets this property above anywhere we have stayed before - ever - was the location on a beautiful beach which we often had to ourselves. Thank you for a wonderful few days - we wished we could have stayed longer 😊

Nothing we didn’t like. A few things we would add would be some hooks for coats in the hall and some in the bathroom for towels - otherwise this is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty Raglan had to offer.

Excellent. of course expensive for me as a solo traveller and then I got food poisoning and was out of action for 3 out

Nothing really but it would have been a very big plus to have Wifi esp as it cost me alone $200 per night.

Best place for relaxation and amazing facilities/views

How easy it was to book, how clean and tidy the property is, how friendly everyone is, next door neighbour is really helpful, the house had everything you needed, the best location - right next to the beach, got to see every sunset, dinner right on the beach, views of all the wind surfers, easy access to the beach, excellent beach walks

Great quiet location, stunning views.

only negative about this property would be the quality of the kitchen utensils eg Frying pan. And was a bit disappointed we couldn’t use the bbq due to it being very rusty.
