Welcome to The Elegant Ranch by Granger Gardens!This recently renovated brick ranch is situated in a great location on a quiet cul-de-sac, walking distance to schools and parks and a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Ann Arbor. The home features refinished hardwoods, a heavy presence of natural light, and an updated kitchen features granite countertops with cherry cabinets next to a spacious dine-in area.

The main level has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms while the partially finished lower level makes a great additional living space with a kitchenette, an egress 4th bedroom, full bathroom, rec area, and laundry room. The private fenced yard boasts a spacious deck that makes a great outdoor entertaining space with ample parking.

There are six 4K Smart TV's in the house. The 1st floor living room TV is QLED and comes with cable. The other five are located in the bedrooms and the basement living room and are streaming only. The internet is speedy coming in at 500 MBS!

Overall the home was very nice and met our needs as a family of four. It was perfectly cleaned and we appreciated the extra towels and basics that were available for our use. The stocked coffee bar was especially appreciated. The beds though could use an upgrade. The king bed in particular needs to be replaced with a new and premium mattress. The mattress currently there is pretty worn where you can feel the springs when you lay on it. Since this a promoted as a high end property the mattresses should really reflect that. If you are planning to rent this as a large group make sure you note that the other mattresses on the main floor are doubles not queens. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We even met a neighbor who was very kind. I would definitely rent again but only if the king mattress was significantly upgraded.

We loved all the amenities in the kitchen. The bathroom supplies (shampoo, conditioner, soaps) were lovely. The beds were so comfortable! We felt safe and comfortable. Veterans Memorial Park is within walking distancr. And we loved it too

The home is well decorated and well supplied. Spacious and welcoming. A nice combination of private space and gathering space. David and Ellen are exceptional and accommodating. Highly recommend.

This house worked great for our family of 5 couples staying for a long weekend. It’s location to nearby grocery stores and a 10 minute car ride to the restaurants downtown was nice. It is in a neighborhood that was nice for taking a walk in. The kitchen had all the pans and cutting board we needed for cooking breakfasts and snacks. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels, pillows, bedding and extra blankets provided. The water pressure for showers was good. The large back patio and fire pit area were nice outdoor spaces we enjoyed. The driveway was big enough to park our two cars in tandem. There was a parking pad in the backyard for a third car if we needed. Overall David’s place was conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. We are very happy with our stay there.

Overall, pleased with the property. Would have preferred window treatment on the 1/2 bathroom , kitchen and both doors, felt uneasy at times with the outside having a clear view. The master bathroom towel bar needed to be tighten up.

In town for a wedding. Home is in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood 5 min to shopping and food. After a long day of travel and rainy conditions, it was nice to relax with a cup coffee and unwind. The home was a base point and convenient to Chelsea, Dexter, and Ann Arbor. Had everything we needed.

We arrived in Ann Arbor immediately following an ice storm that knocked out power to much of the area, including the house we had reserved. Our hosts contacted us right away and offered us another of their houses (with power) for the first night of our stay. Both houses were great.

The house was plenty roomy, the yard was nice and it was great to have things like coffee on hand. The beds aren’t super comfy, so having kids share a bed was the only issue but we managed to make it work and enjoy our stay!

The house was larger then I realized.. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms. Plus a whole separate living room, bedroom, bathroom in the basement. Real nice and homey . We had a lovely stay .

I rented this property for two coworkers and myself to work for several days together as a team. The kitchen table was perfect for this. Had we needed to run out for anything, this would have been a great location. But we hunkered down, got a lot of work done, and even watched a couple shows together.

My friends and I had a nice, comfortable stay in Ann Arbor for a fun football Saturday. The house was clean and very spacious. Everything looked exactly like it did in the photos. Check-in was an easy process and we were able to even check in early that day.

We truly enjoyed our stay. My mom and I were in Ann Arbor for a week at the end March. The property was very clean and very well appointed for all our needs. Communication with owner was seamless. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The downtown is within 10 min drive. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely consider it in my future visits to Ann Arbor.

This rental provided a great spot for our family to gather for class reunions and football weekend. The property was clean and ready for us. Beds were comfortable. One needs a car to get to Campus and parking is an issue, especially on a busy weekend. The outdoor space could be lovely, but needs work. There were only three chairs and eight of us. That said, we all agreed we would come back to this home again.

Convenient location in A2 with highway access and nice neighborhood for walking. Great setup for family of 5 with a dog. Loved the fenced in yard and basement for extra space. The bedrooms are cozy, but enough for everyone to have one! Easy check in and hosts communicate very well. Definitely recommend!

We needed a place to stay while the inside of our house was being painted. The neighborhood was a nice residential neighborhood, a nice walking one that worked well for our dog. The large, completely fenced in yard was great for to wander around. It was much more stocked…lichen, linens, etc. than other places we have been in. Manager was very receptive to questions, and made check in/check out so easy. A great experience.

My son (18) and I had a wonderful week. Communication with the property owners both before and during the trip was more than excellent! The home was just perfect and allowed me to work during the day and relax at night. Highly recommend anyone to stay here!
