A decent place for a family at summer time

Decently priced, spacious and available at last minute

Not very clean, kitchen appliances were not working properly and staff was dismissive when contacted about the non-working appliances.

Our day trip to Illfracombe.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed using the heated pool and sauna. Apartment was basic, yet spacious and had everything we needed. Ample space for car parking. Enjoyed watching the baby seagulls on the roof opposite. Entertainment looked great, but only stayed for one night. Hopefully next time will stay for 1 week.

Honestly, the only thing we didn't like was getting woken up at 1.30am by others staying there. The floors above(or possible below) were creaky and could hear their loud voices and tv for about an hour. The bed only had 1 thinnish pillow, possible having 2 would be more comfortable. Or at least having the option. There was no explanation on Booking.com re the £75 security deposit, until the site emailed me. So it was quite a surprise when we got that email. The walk into Illfracombe was ok, but did take a wrong turn. Maybe having some directions in the apartment could be useful. The walk back is very steep, so was all a bit tired to use the bar and entertainment when we returned on the evening.

very thankful for the hosts support as a last minute stay.

the property was lovely and clean and just what we needed for an emergency stay and we are so thankful to the host for helping us with this.

the property is fine but the complex which it is based on is tired and run down. we didn’t need to use the complex so the apartment itself was everything we needed. just a shame about its location

OK in the end

The room we were given after the first was alot better, and we were happy with what we got But the whole place does need a revamp it's very sad

Well, when we got there, we were given a room at the front on top of the bar entertainment room Well I was shocked how is it not ready for holiday makers Green mould up the steps floor feels like it is going to collapse the room was not great either they should shut those down for a revamp as its not exceptable or safe to let someone stay in them sorry

Good location , comfy beds and adequate kitchen equipment , cut bottom of door off will save carpet

Location was good , easy walks to harbour area

Roon 1G > Could not shut twin bedroom door as too long , needs about an inch cutting off bottom so it can swing over carpet . Shower waste didn`t drain , standing in a couple of inches of shower water.

Staff very helpful, the cleanliness of the apartment and pool

I wouldn't say "didn't like" but better information about pool opening/closing times as there was nothing telling you also had a very very small issue with regards to kitchen pans and utensils, we didn't have a frying pan in the apartment but again this was resolved immediately but just a few more utensils ie tongue and a larger chopping board not a tiny chopping board but thats just me as not all guests eat/cook in the apartment and just eat out however unbelievably happy with everything

Very disappointed, no pool, sauna, bar or restaurant as advertised in Booking.com add.

The bathroom was awful it was made for people with disabilities, very low sink, WC. open shower which flooded entire room. you had to use a squeegee to push water into drain. No swimming pool, or sauna or bar.

Amazing

It was very clean and modern perfect size for me and my family wish we was down for longer we definitely will be coming g back for the summer time when the pool and sauna will be open but as it stands we really had a great time !

Tbh they was a few miner things but it didn’t really bother us as much but they are as followed -main bedroom main light didn’t work but lamps did so no issue -the shower head pole would hold the shower head still as it kept sliding down but again we managed with no issues -could of done with some kitchen cooking essentials like pots and pans and baking trays but again we made use of what we had -slightly loose tile on the bathroom floor but again easily not noticeable -slightly puffier pillows for my self but in all honesty that’s personal preference I mean this with all honesty none of the above really effected our stay but I hope you take it as possible feed back to slightly improve I understand we have stayed in the off peak season so we are really understanding that some repairs maybe due ready for the summer ahead but other then that we rate this property 10/10 5* Staff was amazing location was great Overall happy customers Thank you from me and my family to the resort and all the staff have a great year ahead !!!

- przestronny apartament - parking przy samym apartamencie - basen, restauracja na terenie obiektu - sympatyczna obsługa

- brudne wykładziny i mnóstwo kurzu w całym apartamencie - bardzo niewygodne materace w pojedynczych łóżkach, które nie powinny być dopuszczone do użytkowania, materace są zapadnięte, a sprężyny wbijają się wszędzie! - ręczniki dla 2 osób przy rezerwacji dla 4 osób, ponieważ obiekt nie ma więcej ręczników - karygodne! - nieprzyjemny zapach w restauracji części barowej - ściany jak z papieru, wszystko słychać co robią sąsiedzi

Basic but clean accomodation

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Dogs were made welcome and a good location for getting around the area. The lady on reception was helpful and friendly.

The look of the place is rather intimidating and the atmosphere is a bit foreboding. Our room was round the side of some bins. The tv cable went out of the window so you can’t shut the window and the tv didn’t work which we reported.

Disappointing and wouldn’t recmmend.

Apartment had the bare essentials however by no means a deluxe apartment. The shower head would not stay in situ and constantly slipped down so u couldn’t stand under it to have a proper shower. There were also no towel rails or hooks anywhere in bathroom to hang our towels or clothes. My elderly mum also struggled as there was no hand rail for her to steady herself in the shower. Majority of windows had draft coming through them, so much so the blinds on the windows would constantly flap around hitting the window. As a result my mum found it very cold in the apartment. There were no towel changes during our five day stay and only one toilet roll. The steps to the apartment were far too challenging for my elderly mum but I do accept that it was a last minute booking and the holiday park would not have been able to accommodate this request. All in all a disappointing 5 day stay.

The kitchen was closed 6-9 due to the carnival in ilfracombe, and when it opened again, the choice was limited to a burger or pizza and certain sides. Having paid for half board, it would have been better if we had the closure information prior to our arrival. The food we did have was excellent, however, and staff were extremely helpful

This place is amazingly clean and close to a lot of attractions and activities. The accommodation fee is very reasonable. Our apartment was super clean, I can not fault them on that one. They offer entertainment for the residence and we enjoyed the one we attended 😀 Swimming pool is well maintained and there is always a life guard available. Lovely staff. There is a big Tesco close by, just 5-7 minutes walk. It's also a 7-minute drive to the Harbor. There is a restaurant at the premises

There are buildings which are run down and dated at the other end, they make the place not look pleasant. I felt hurried when we were checking out because the cleaner was literally waiting by our door to leave, though it was not 10:am yet, which is the checkout time.

Not impressed.

The friendly helpful staff especially check in and bar and kitchen side. The amazing Indian head massage. Strongly recommend. I felt so at ease relaxed and calm.

Pipes hanging out the walls health and safety risk in woman’s changing rooms. Pool was merky and slippery. I slipped and fell. Cut my toe on the broken tiles in my apartment. No entertainment Sunday night. Emailed to talk to management told someone would call and they haven’t.

Very enjoyable but apart from sleeping we spent very little time on the complex.

Bar & restaurant area lacked atmosphere. Menu limited to burgers and pizzas. Poor choice of draught ales.

These are nice apartments for a family holiday. The park has friendly staff, and the restaurant have a good English breakfast.

The area is so lovely and for a budget holiday these apartments are ok. Lots to see and so around ilfracombe.

Complimentary tea,coffee and milk. Smart Tv for the evenings and generally comfortable. Swimming pool on site. Restaurant/ pub on site.

Several of the lights were out so it made the evenings dark. Reported to reception. Quite a noisy park and apartments are warm so windows need to be open. Would have been great to have some USP ports.

The room was spacious with a lovely view of the sea

Lack of entertainment. Nothing for families to enjoy together. The concert room lay dormant really . In the past there was an entertainment team . Pool not always available due to other bookings . ... Food choice very limited. Bar area closed except one small area
