Great little place. Location is amazing. Perfect for access to Super Bee lift and East village. Would be happy to stay there again.

This was a great location for our family. We appreciated being out of the main location and having some quiet space in Copper. Everything worked well and condo was nice and clean upon arrival. Guest services was good with communication for early check in and parking registration.

The unit was pretty nice. The carpet in the bedroom looks like it has been through quite a few skiers tracking their boots throughout the unit to the bedroom. Needs a good steam clean or replacement soon. No local or cable television in the unit. So when we wanted to watch ESPN, we were out of luck. Not a big problem, unless part of your plan for your getaway was to watch a big game.
Also, I seem to have a bit of bad luck with amenities being closed. That bad luck followed me here. The Hot tubs were under repair, and although they didn't have a closed sign, the construction equipment all over made them unwelcoming. I was willing to give it a try anyway, but I would call the temp of the hot tub warm, not hot.

I loved how the kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals! The view was great, and it was a central location in the middle of lots to do!

It has a great location. Vacasa was great. The hot tubs were not working but they allowed us to go to the athletic club instead. The sofa bed was not working but they also fixed it in the morning. We enjoyed our visit and we would come back again.

This 1 bedroom seemed much larger than expected. Very comfortable, great location, and excellent parking. Would absolutely stay again.

What we loved? Not a thing regarding this Condo. The carpet was beyond filthy and stunk. The bedding, comforter and pillows were stained and discolored, just disgusting. The shelves in the bathroom were falling apart and pealing. The floor in the bathroom was, mopped over dirt. The lights in the bedroom and living area did not work. Everything in this place was cheap crap. Very sad experience indeed! They asked for pictures while we were there. I sent them, they just blew us off saying our next stay would be better. Just a low class, filthy hotel experience.

Room was nice. A little dated and a few things didn't work, but other than that it was comfortable. Bed was great. Parking was a plus.

Location was perfect

We enjoyed this property. The views from the balcony were spectacular. I would not say that the pull out bed was the best I've ever slept on. But if you are young and don't mind I'm sure it'd be acceptable. Very close to the mountain, almost ski in/out.

The unit is in great condition. The location is right across the street from the ski lifts in the East Village and right across the street from the golf course clubhouse in summer. I’d stay there again.

a little disappointing
The condo was fairly clean, however the blankets for the bedding were those super old 80's flannel type blankets and seemed very well worn. Given that those were the only blankets for the pull out bed, that was unfortunate. There weren't pillow cases for the pullout bed; though the onsite agent did supply some upon request a day or so later. There were only 5 towels for a 4 night stay for 4 people; with no extra for the hot tub. I asked for some and was told to wash the ones I had. There were very minimal cooking dishes; you may want to bring some aluminum disposable baking trays as well as anything you'd need outside of salt and pepper.
Not a big deal for us, but there were some long nails around the balcony trim that need to be nailed down, someone could snag their leg and cut themselves. The bathroom could use some TLC as well; trim falling of the mirror and a damaged shelf unit was coming apart.

Needs work
Great location, especially if you ski blue or black runs, easy access to bus if you are a green skier. Unit itself needs a fair bit of work. The bedroom lampshade was broken when we arrived, the blinds over the balcony slider fell down, the kitchen smoke detector battery was pulled out (not sure why) and the ski locker didn't actually lock. The lampshade was replaced during our trip, but the rest is still waiting for repairs. Would be easy to fix all of it, but they clearly aren't making that a priority.

Definitely returning!
My husband and I visited over the weekend and absolutely loved the room, view and area. We did a lot of exploring and looking. Our room was clean and for the most part was in good condition. We plan to return next year with our daughter and my parents to do more activities.

Dirty
The unit has a bad odor. We opened doors and windows during our stay to try and bring in fresh air, but it never improved. Unit is also very dirty; the floors are dusty/dirty, carpet is stained and filthy, and the blinds have layers of dust on them. The bathtub/shower does not drain, bathroom fixtures are falling apart and peeling. Overall a lousy place to stay.
