About this house rental

PLEASE CLICK MORE DETAILS TO SEE WHAT IS PROVIDED AND OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION. This end unit townhome has the best views in the entire building. The townhome is not ocean front, but it is on the ocean block approximately 300 feet from the beach. You can see the ocean from the top floor balcony. The townhome has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, so it can accommodate large groups up to 12 people.
Bedroom Layout:
Bedroom 1 = 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 = 1 Pyramid Bunk Bed (Twin over Queen)
Bedroom 3 = 1 Queen & 1 Full bed
Bedroom 4 = 1 King Bed
Living Room = Queen Size Sofa Bed
Check In/Out Time – You can check in any time after 3pm. Please note we are not able to accommodate early check ins in the summer. An early check in may be possible in the offseason, but it needs to be confirmed with the property manager. Check out is at 10 am.
The unit has an electronic lock, so you do not need to go anywhere to pick up keys.
A detailed list of items to bring is included in the check in information file sent after the final balance is paid. The file will also have the lock code and access instructions, parking instructions, wifi, etc.

Linens – We do not provide sheets or towels, so you will need to bring your own or rent them from a company in town. The check in file will have contact information for a linen rental company. Each bed has a bedspread and pillows are provided.

Kitchen – The kitchen has basic supplies such cups, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. There is a toaster and a standard coffee maker. You should bring anything along that is critical to what you will be cooking since there is only a small set of pots and pans.

The unit is conveniently located in central Ocean City providing groups with quick access to attractions in both southern and northern Ocean City. Close attractions include Fager's Island (across the street on the bayside), Seacrets (Ocean City’s most popular nightlife destination is a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk), Mackeys Bayside Bar & Grill, The Bonfire (buffet), Dead Freddies Island Grill, Dumsers Dairyland (world famous ice cream), several mini golf courses, the Ocean City Convention Center and Ocean City Tennis Center. The boardwalk and Jolly Rogers Theme park are a short drive away. Those who don't want to walk or drive to their destination can take the bus since the bus stop is a short distance from the townhouse. There is also a 7-11 and gas station across the street for your convenience.

Our stay was excellent! All amenities were as described. Very roomy for seven of us. Beautiful views! Location is perfect, really in the heart of so many fun things to do, and less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. Great communication from the host. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our extended family vacation at the townhouse. Location was convenient and there were ample beds for our crew. We liked the many balconies and garage and street parking availability. The size and number of bedrooms was perfect for our group of 11.

I don't set my expectations for a property that every single little thing has to be absolutely perfect. However what I do expect is that when issues arise (and in my case it wasn't even that big of an issue) it will be met with responsiveness and doing everything possible to resolve the issue. That is exactly what I experienced with the host of this property. Additionally I actually made a mistake during the prepayment part of the booking process and Jennifer couldn't have been more understanding. I expect that anyone booking this property, the vast majority of the time the process will go without a hitch. However, those rare few times that something does come up, from our experience you can be rest assured that Jennifer will be taking steps to remedy the situation to the best of her ability. In summary, this property was great and our experience with Jennifer, the host, was even better.

Location fabulous, parking amazing, spacious home close to the beach, food and shopping. Owner was attentive and stopped by to say hello. We enjoyed meeting her and her adorable dog. The floor layout was truly well done. 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor, living space on 3rd floor and 2 bedrooms on 4th floor. Was an amazing week!

Our group enjoyed the property immensely. The house was adorable with all the window seats and places to hang out. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had more than adequate tools if you wanted to cook. The owners were a pleasure to work with and quickly answered any questions that we had. The location of the townhome was perfect that we were able to easily access the great restaurants and shopping that mid-town has to offer. The wood floors were beautiful throughout.

High School friends with spouses had a grandparents gone wild weekend away. lol! This condo was all we hoped for, perfect for us. Clean, nice area, loved the decor. We are all ready to go back next year. Cant wait till we can book it!. Would recommend.

I had grown kids and grandkids from college to infant and we all had a wonderful stay. We had a battery go bad in a smoke detector but the loft ceiling was too high to reach! A quick call to Jennifer and it was addressed immediately! The home was Brett nice. We will definitely stay there again!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. Jennifer answered all our questions very promptly. We actually had the chance to meet in person and she is a lovely person. The house was great for us. Me and some friends stayed for senior week and had a great experience at our stay. Location and environment was great we were close to the beach and lots of great restaurants and things to do were near by. Jennifer was very nice and showed us around the place when we arrived. The amenities and space were good in quality and accommodating for our group to enjoy a long week at the beach.

While we had a few bumps on check-in day, overall our experience was fantastic. The owner was very responsive and addressed all of our issues quickly. We stayed here to celebrate my daughter's graduation from Salisbury. The townhouse was the perfect size for our 5 kids, significant others and 1 infant. We felt like we each had our own space with the multiple levels and rooms. Loved having use of the garage too to store one SUV, the stroller and our beach chairs. Very convenient access to everything which allowed us to walk to most things rather than take our cars. Also close to the beach! Our weekend coincided with Cruisin' OC so it was best not to be on the road with all the chaos. Thank you again Jennifer! We hope to stay here again one day.
