Old Tired Not clean, not good value for money.
Disappointing - left a day early!

We love Blenheim Beach so this house was a perfect location for us. Our dog loved Nelson Beach so it was a perfect location for her. This property is value for price. The layout is functional and pleasant. We were very comfortable with two families with four kids. The outside shower was awesome. The forest setting with rosellas and rainbow lorikeets thrilled our new-to-Australia guests. Super relaxing and pleasant setting. The house was a bit grubby and could use a deep clean. The kitchen was big and functional but we would have loved a big pot and an egg flipper. Apart from that no complaints and in general a five star stay for us.

In a lovely setting with a nice bush walk to beaches, great for family including those on four legs! Couldn't leave dogs unattended as fences too low. House needs a bit of loving attention, including quite dirty seating outside & dirty BBQ. However quite functional and good for kids.
Bit of advice- bring your own bedding, towels etc. Recommended provider was a let down.
Stayz representative Aimee was very helpful.

A little faded gem
A lovely location and basic little house in need of some attention. We did however have a great weekend with beautiful beaches very close by.

This house suited myself and my 4 grown up daughters and 2 grand children. Very quiet peaceful setting with the bush out the back with Kookaburras and king parrots. One bathroom offset by the outdoor twin shower which was great to use. Should advertise the fact that the walk to beach is down the back path for Blenheim about 8 minutes. Great map in entrance hall.

This house is wonderfully situated between Blenheim Beach and Greenfields Beach, an easy walking distance. The bush backdrop is wonderful for privacy and to enjoy when sitting on the verandah. The house inside is a bit dated. The top floor living area has been refreshed and rooms clean and basic. The kitchen felt dirty with a lot of pots and bowls dirty. The kettle and toaster need to be updated. It also needs more cups etc. We ended up buying additional cups and plates. The rooms downstairs need updating. The lounge area is fantastic for kids but the couches uncomfortable and stained. The bunk beds were horrible to sleep on, the mattresses uncomfortable and the bed squeaked every time my light weight young daughter rolled over. There is only one bathroom but with the outdoor heated showers it wasn’t too bad.
A fantastic location and would be 5 stars if the downstairs area would be improved. I would definitely come back if the downstairs ammenities improved.

Lovely house!
This is a great house - cute and cozy with a lovely living space upstairs. The interior is a little bit dated but we loved its quirky charm. Having 1 bathroom was a little difficult but it does have 2 toilets. It was a bit tight for 9 adults but still comfortable. It's in a quiet area but still within walkable distance to the beach.

Sea side escape
Great location in the bush and right on the edge of the National Park. Great escape for the weekend. Quiet location. Short stroll to beaches. Was great to be able to bring the dog along. Upstairs living area was bring and sunny with a great balcony that looked into the tree canopy. We were there on a cold winter weekend and the house was particular cold at night - more suited to a summer break. House itself was fairly basic eg the downstairs TV area. House felt like it had been empty for a while with mix of musty odours and the smell of fresh paint being strong. Couch, armchairs, etc were all a bit dirty and stained. The lack of any linen, towels, etc was a nuisance but knew this in advance and brought our own. Outside shower with hot water was a luxury we enjoyed.

Perfect for a weekend getaway
Tayce made out weekend away a breeze, easy to communicate with and provide clear and simple instruction on the house. The house was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. Nestled in a beautiful part of Vincentia. I especially appreciated the painting on the entrance all that showed all the walking tracks to the nearest beaches. The house it self was clean and tidy with a great living space to socialise and the beds are very comfy. Highly recommend property!

Really enjoyed this holiday house. A lovely holiday atmosphere. Plenty of room for my husband, my self and our 3 adult children and their partners. We enjoyed the record collection and the many other personal touches. Great location, close to many beautiful areas. Would be very happy to return.
