Welcome to our sweet home in Carmichael.
Within walking distance to Carmichael Park & min drive to Downtown, Old Town, and more. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, and many convenient places all around. You will love this place at first sight. The serene and spacious surroundings are perfect for light sleepers. The home offers an open-concept kitchen and dining room with a lot of natural light. Good for a large family gathering or business travelers.
**Based on the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken extra steps in disinfecting our homes. We have a zero-contact, self-check-in process.** Welcome to our Home! If you are looking for a comfortable secluded house with all you need, stop looking further! This home is perfect for families, business travelers, or out-of-towners visiting friends.
3 bedrooms fully furnished and 2 baths fully equipped with everything that you need to have an amazing stay. Everything has been updated, both baths remodeled, kitchen with quartz counters, Stainless Steel new appliances, and furnishings. Fresh interior & exterior paint brand new tile floors shine. Recessed lighting & updated fixtures throughout. Brand new dual pane windows with blinds.
We are located near a community and Ancil Hoffman Park with bike/walking trails, tennis courts, the American River, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, spas, and much more.
Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.

The best thing about this property was its location near the the home of friends and nearby parks.

Stayed here for a few nights. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood which was very nice. Access into the home was easy due to the communication with the owners. Upon entering the house it gives you a peaceful feeling. It’s an open floor plan, which we loved, it was clean and cutely decorated. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen equipped and the beds were great. We did not use the air conditioner but the heater worked great. No access to the backyard which was fine for us. If you have kids there is a large front yard for them to play in and the street traffic is pretty minimal. Also, no crazy requirements like strip the beds, start a load of laundry, take out the garbage (although we did empty the garbages), etc. The owners were very responsive which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again when in town.

The inside is adorable. The property delivers on everything it says it will.
There are some really nice small touches. While the fridge didn't have a functioning ice maker, the owner had a fresh (16 POUND!) bag of ice waiting. Awesome. Better than cubes from a previous renter, to be honest.
A really competent kitchen! It made it really easy to feed our family. A grill would've been great, but again, the owner didn't *say* there was one. Complete honesty, no complaint.
The bedrooms weren't spacious, but they were very clean. I was a little surprised that a 3 bedroom house had only one TV, but it was Roku and the Wi-Fi was totally solid. No problem!
Best of all, the owner was totally reasonable. I think we left 15 minutes late (baby issues and a couple last dishes needed a hand-washing), and they didn't even mention it. The opposite of the "[other website] jerk owner" stereotype. I'd happily use this manager and/or property again. Honest people!

We appreciated the spacious living room, dining area and kitchen floor plan, and the furniture, making for a pleasant welcome. We liked how easy it was to operate the T.V. too! We enjoyed a restful night in a cute, seemingly hidden, neighborhood, away from city bustle, without being too far from businesses! We would stay there again!

The home was clean, in a safe area, had everything we needed. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The place does need a fresh coat of paint inside the house and there is no access to the backyard. The backyard is big and overgrown but, it would be nice if during warmer weather if there was a place to go outdoors for kids to play or just to relax in the sunshine. The place has a washer and dryer in the garage but, you have to get a separate code to get into the garage which I got. The host family was very nice and when I called or emailed them they got back to me quickly. My elderly parents and my sister stayed there while their house pipes were being redone. We would rent this place again if need be. The price was reasonable.
