It was fun , game room was cool though something’s were broke when we arrived and missing parts

Sleeping for 8-10 But the kitchen lacks lots of pans and skillets needs more attention

Hi, this is Emily McRae in cabin 123 Long dr, I’m am very disappointed in my stay, first cabin had not been clean and I had to call, then that night door would not work and had to climb in a window, then call office left message, call Daniel number 5 times and no answer, Saturday morning call office and no one there at 9:05 am and called Daniel and he said he would tell manager, we left got here at 5:30 no door fixed and called office and they said Daniel had not reported it, the. Call Daniel and caught him I. A lie cause he said he call but office he didn’t and stated someone would be here to fixed in morning, we left at 11 got back to cabin at 6 pm door not fixed, I picked this cabin due to a mother in wheelchair, we were so inconvenience and think we should get money back, I’m so upset that my mother felt bad and thought she was a burden Emily Mcrae

Great trip for the whole family. We would definately stay again if ever in the area.

The layout of the cabin was great! Comfortable seating for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. The dining room table was large enough for the whole family to gather around. The kids really enjoyed the bonus game room! We were just a few minutes from the Cataloosee Ski resort, 1.5 hours to Gatlinburg, and 45 minutes from Asheville (Biltmore Estates).

The game room could use a heater.
