La comida que ofrecen es mala, mejor no ofrecerla, tienen habitaciones con ventilador pero en un lugar tan caliente no es conveniente, todo debería ser con AA, la ubicación no es muy buena, el barrio es muy sucio y según dijeron los taxistas peligroso

The price is tempting, but look elsewhere unless you like sleeping in a sauna

Big, clean room with a nice bed plus dinner and breakfast included was convenient. Wifi worked well.

I would never recommend this place! Not only is there no AC, there is only one small window that opens into the hallway, so hardly any fresh air actually enters the room. Our room was next to a water feature (#24) and a bench so we had to keep the shades closed for privacy, letting in even less air. The fans just blew the hot air around and we hardly slept. Be wary of advertised "terrace" for your room, they don't exist. Service was incredibly slow in the restaurant and if you want a simple bar, forget it...they were unable to make a margarita or Cuba libre and it took 20 minutes to get a beer. I would also not plan on walking around the area as it's definitely a sketchy neighborhood. No hot water, not that you would want it since the room kept ya plenty warm.

Awesome place to relax and take in managua

Huge comfy bed in a big room. Had a powerful fan to keep us cool. The design of the building is very beautiful. There was a waterfall shower head in shower , and big bathroom. The staff was friendly Scarlett made our morning with her smile and kind presence. Free breakfast was very tasty and great coffee! The pool and gym were very nice. Good location, they called us a cab to bring us to the bus station. 10/10 experience

Decent for the price. Paid a Shuttle transfer

For $50AU, it was a decent hotel. The dinner included was Spagetti, and though not big, it was enough. They did let me check in early. Staff could speak English. Pool, gym, library, restaurant. They arranged an Airport Shuttle for me

For the price, NO Air Con is a big steep. The room did have a ceiling fan and a mini fan, but it was still hot. Cold showers only. I was put right at the back next to a water fountain you could hear all night too. The Shuttle wasn't free! You'd think it would be as a convenient service, but they charged $5US. The location: it is in the middle of nowhere, and the surrounding area seemed dodgy. You are kind of stuck at the hotel...

Modern and clean hotel. Staff is not really friendly, were rolling eyes in Front of us after asking, making one of the three included dinner options vegetarian. But of course some are nice there. Breakfast is vegetarian makeable and solid. Only paid drinking water options (0,5l for 1USD) Area is not nice and far from the center, but close to the airport.

Они поменяли повара и ужин стал вкуснее, Так же и завтрак. Бассейн был чист.

раньше был выбор из 3х или 4х блюд на ужин,, а теперь только 2 опции. Внутри номеров жарче, чем в коридорах. Два шумных вентилятора не очень помогают. Слишком жарко. Подушки стали ужасными,либо скатались внутри,либо слишком тонкие. Маленькому ребёнку завтрак не положено или за отдельную плату, так как в номере он идёт бесплатно. Это новые правила. Раньше такого не было! Очень разочарована. Так как я купила номер дороже. С 2мя кроватями именно из-за маленького ребёнка и по сути оплатила этим все расходы на завтрак. Качество отеля и обслуживания ухудшается, очень печально. Раньше висели кондиционеры, но не давали пульт, а теперь и вовсе их сняли. Лучше накинуть. Пару баксов и повесить их для людей. Фонтаны внутри раздражают,пыталась открыть окно и дверь чтобы проверить хоть немного комнату- было очень шумно. Кровать вся скрипела и была продавлена, не комфортная.

They did not picked me up from airport. I had to pay my own fare. Neighborhood is not good. No hot water. No air conditioner only fan. Fan was not enough for the hot weather. But I new it was going to be a fan.

Disappointing

The dinner and breakfast was good. They printed ouf boarding passes. The pool was chilled

The rooms were far too hot! No outside windows or air con. They wasnt able to get me a taxi to the airport... So I had to leave and find one myself... Maybe not the hotels fault but worth considering if you have an early or late flight

Restaurant are downful

The room was large and clean. The bathroom was nice. We had wifi due to being in a room close to reception. The reception staff were nice. The lunch menu was good value for money. We recommend the club sandwich it is very large. Breakfast was nice. The gym looked well equipped.

Dinner was only 3 options at a time, and only one meal was changed per night. We were shown these options through pictures on a staff members phone. And no information was provided about each meal. If you are a vegetarian, you will only have the choice of pasta and tomato sauce each night. The bar/ restaurant staff were unfriendly. We came out at 9.30 on the dot and where refused breakfast in a rude manner. The same happened when I asked for a beer in the evening.

nice, affordable, quiet, clean.

I like the design of the building, very secure, staff was friendly, very clean, very quiet,

food not very good very tasteless and not fresh, Nicaraguan food are very tasteful, bed are a bit too hard, needs air-conditioned at least on the near future, FYI taxi driver that the staff calls is very expensive, staff should try a bit harder to find someone more affordable and trustworthy.

unbeatable value, friendly team spacious rooms

friendly staff, spacious rooms, good facilities, food is good, fantastic value for the price - I don’t think it can be beaten in Managua!

the only thing I would change are the chairs in the bar / restaurant - or put seat pads and something to protect against the sharp metal edges of the seat backs of the existing ones (the whole hotel has and industrial look to it - which looks great)

They offered us free Conference room for meeting

Avoid this hotel!!! There is no window or ventilation system in the room! There is also no air conditioning. The room stank of dampness and musty, you can't sleep in it as there is no air flow! The beds are uncomfortable, your head hangs lower than your body! The water in the shower is cold, and the water in the pool is dirty. Despite the fact that we had a reservation for two adults and one child, they refused to give the child dinner, which was included in the price. We waited an hour for coffee despite the empty restaurant! There is no security guard in the hotel, in the middle of the night strangers knocked on our door several times!!! I do not recommend it at all!
