Pool drained. No beach access . All this was described and shown pics on booking . Com I got over charged big time for what I got. I would of gladly gave it better reviews if I hadn’t paid $340 a night for just a place to sleep

The room was nice and so was the view, I liked that it was on the beach
We bought stuff to make breakfast since the room was a suite and came with a kitchen and it all got wasted due to the stove not working and the burner was bent so the pan wouldn’t stay flat. We were only staying for one night and called for maintenance to come and checked out after that, I guess the stove will work for the next guest.

View was great
The bed is not good and no pool

That the ocean was right outside so the best thing about the whole stay was the ocean and the location but the rest of the stay was not worth the money. If I could figure out how to get a refund I would and I’ll never stay there again.
The hotel was under construction nothing worked right or was Missing completely the description was all wrong the hotel was leaning the whole sea wall was gone pool gone and there was NO one on the property to talk to so you couldn’t even complain about it or get a refund

There was human feces on the floor in the bathroom , there was a general dirtiness to the room the pool was not in service as advertised

The location was beachfront and Unit 202 had a side view of the ocean. The room was beautiful and the patio area was so nice to sit at. The beach is beautiful and we would definitely be willing to stay at this property again.
The room was not ready at 4. We went into the room at room as told in the email but the room was only half cleaned. We had to wait for someone to come complete the room. So we didn't get in until almost 5. Once we checked in we found out there was no pool due to storm damage. Which can't be helped! We were told we could use the pool at another hotel ran by the same property but decided we didn't want to drive that far down.

I loved my view, I could sit on that balcony forever, and just listen to the waves. My room was good too, clean, had Wi-Fi, and a cute bathroom.
When we went to the front office to check in no one was at the front desk so we went across the street to get sunscreen and came back to see our car got towed. We did not know that we needed a parking pass because no one was there to tell us. The pool and beach access got destroyed by the hurricane which was extremely disappointing.

I couldn’t even stay, the door didn’t work. The facility received a lot of storm damage and the area on the beach was so ungodly damaged that it wasn’t safe to be near it. This place was a scam!
If you called the property manager they’d ignore your texts and rudely text back. They wouldn’t answer booking either.
4.5
Was not told the pool and beach access was under construction.. but, I wasn’t too upset seeing how I got such a great price per night with not a bunch of extra hidden charges , that’s rare when booking anything in Daytona beach and elsewhere
Complete transparency would been my only suggestion to the owners or agent managing the property

room was clean. we had everything we needed. even beach chairs and an umbrella. it was a suite with beach view.
No information that there was no check in at the hotel. No phone number to call when you get there and have no idea why there is not a check in front desk and no where in the emails says what you are suppose to do. Check in it says was at 4pm and you are parked wondering what to do because numbers are from the condo association and they said they cant help me. I ask a lady and she told me I shouldve received an email with instructions. At this point I feel lost and I call booking.com. They cant get in touch with the hotel. I get an email at 4:24pm wirh instructions on how to enter the room among other things. We were able to go inside but will never book through your site or any other for that matter. And will never stay at this hotel. If something happens there is nothing you can do or no one to call.

I have sent messages and the owner has silenced my messages and now he has blocked my calls and booking can’t get in contact so I’m assuming this is how he is scamming people out there money with these gross rooms no ac and then say he will refund and never hear from them again

Not too much.
There was no pool and no beach access, which is fine... but no one even cared to mention that before we booked. Had we known, we'd have booked somewhere else. The air conditioner in the room didn't work and it was miserably hot. Again... no one mentioned that before we booked. There is absolutely no staff. The room was disgusting. There was mold spots? On the bed/mattress. The floor was disgusting. I'd fully recommend booking else where if you're looking for a decent beach experience.

Absolutely nothing!! The building was condemned and couldn't stay there. Still waiting to see if we will get a refund!
I don't like that they are screwing people over. Collecting people money and running with it.

location was good. we were up for Biketoberfest. The balcony faces North so we were able to watch peeps on the beach and traffic going by at the same time which is fun to watch the bikes
was surprised to find it’s not staffed.

We arrived and there was no running water. I contacted the facility and said the city had to turn it off. We were told I would get a refund in 7 business days since we could not stay, but I have yet to receive my refund and it’s been 4 weeks!

The location, view, and balcony were the saving grace for this property.
The property had no water. The shower, the toilet, the bathroom sink and the kitchen sink were all water-less. As in literally did not work. I contacted the property owner a week before our stay to confirm that everything was ok for our stay (the area had a hurricane blow over recently.) The property owner never got in touch with me - which should've been clue #1.
The morning of our stay, we were messaged the code to the room (which worked!) so I assumed everything was fine but it was not. We could not shower, brush our teeth, wash our hands, NOTHING! My husband had to go out and find a bucket and water source (I still don't know where he found it) and we had to fill the toilet tank with this mystery water just to use the toilet. We also had to go out and buy a gallon of water to brush our teeth and wash our hands, but unfortunately, we just had to accept that showers were out of the question. Luckily we had only booked one night because the property owner was ZERO help and offered no solutions or even a single response.
Also, this seems like small pickles compared to the whole water situation, but there wasn't any WiFi despite being advertised.
Booking.com was absolutely no help in getting a refund back from the property owner - their response (despite us having video evidence that the entire property didn't have WATER!!) was, and I quote "Well, you did stay there one night so we can't do anything except email the property owner and ask for a refund on your behalf." In the spirit of being transparent, booking.com did send a $60 credit, which is useless since I doubt I'll be using this website ever again.
I'm sure you're shocked to hear that the property owner has NOT reached out to us to offer a refund.
DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was not very clean.. stuff on the bathroom walls. Roaches, open coffee and sugar for the coffee pot, a dirty sponge left on the kitchen counter.

None offered
Hurricane hit no power, 2 inches of water on entire floor, roof damaged.
Request refund because due to storm room could not be lived in

The room was very nice and clean. Liked that there was a full size fridge. The balcony was nice and had high chairs so you could see the ocean. We had a very nice stay besides what I comment below. The room met all our needs for our min vacation.
There was a lady there who would scream and yell and cuss at people on the pool deck at anything she didn't like. Some one else there said she had been doing it to everyone. She was not friendly at all. Then there was some one else there that cleaned their litter box down at the foot washing station which was disgusting. Which the owner of the room has no control of and I know that, I just hope that lady doesn't run people off.I know which room she is in I just don't know if I can post it here. 🤔

had no tv the whole stay!!!!

The beach
The shower leaked all the time. You couldn't close the bathroom door because it was completely messed up. The sink kept getting clogged up. The beds were really uncomfortable. The beach chairs were all rusted. The air conditioning sucked, it was leaking big time. And wasn't keeping the entire room cool. The elevators were too small and slow. I want a full refund. I called the phone number that I was given and no one answered. I am not happy and I definitely won't be recommending your place to anyone.

The floor was dirty. The stove burners were dirty.

the location was spectacular. it was clean, and provided us with everything we needed
i was completely unaware it was not a hotel but a condo in which each room is rented out by the owner of that room. we were confused coming in and finding no front desk or staff in the building. after speaking with some guests on their way out we realized it was like an AirBnB but I didn’t find any details providing a room number or access key in the booking. we had to reach out through the app and message the owner, eventually receiving a message back with the details of our room
