Cleanliness, seperate unit, nice terrace in the garden, not far from town in a quiet area, nice continental breakfeast,
uncomplicated check-in.
less space in the bathroom, but you can handle it; very high beds for elderly, handicapped people. Suggestion: add a small step in the room, for hose who need it.

Everything about the accommodation was first class. The room was spacious, well-designed, and pristine. The owner (Jen) was so kind and friendly and went out of her way to make our stay very special. We were delighted with the room, a super-comfortable bed, and the little touches, such as cereals, fresh milk, and orange juice, fresh yoghurt and filtered water in the fridge. There were also bread rolls and a selection of jams and spreads for breakfast. We've been staying in the South Island for two weeks, and this was head and shoulders above everywhere else we've stayed so far. The beautiful little patio seating area outside was an added bonus.
Nothing! The property was perfect!

The studio is very spacious, private, tastefully decorated and has a lovely ambience. It had everything we needed and comms and check in etc were a breeze. The provided breakfast (self serving) of fresh fruit, juice, cereals, yoghurt, breads, and tea and coffee was great. A more residential location but nice and quiet and an easy drive or walk to central Wanaka.

This is our second visit in two years - we like the place so much that we decide to make another detour at Wanaka in order to stay here and was not disappointed. Everything is great about this properly - from the tasteful decoration, comfortable bed, to the lovely continental breakfast. We'll be back again if we are ever in Wanaka again.

Jen's Art Glass Studio was delightful. It was fresh, airy, cosy, thoughtfully decorated, and opened onto a beautiful little private garden visited by birds, bees, and a cute little pupper. The studio had ample hanging space for jackets, and a well equipped kitchenette. The breakfast supplies were fantastic! 20 minute walk from the waterfront, with a cafe and bar en route (one for each direction :)

Very quiet, located in a residential neighborhood. Good size studio, well appointed, squeaky clean. Comfy bed. Appreciated the breakfast items at our disposal (cereal, yogurt, juice, milk, etc.)

I love this place. It was clean and quiet at night. I was welcomed with fresh fruit, delicious home made brioche, juice and coffee. Jen was very friendly and even gave me a lift to Roy's peak carpark (6 km out of town). The space is much better than a standard hotel room, with a good fridge, comfortable chairs and a table for breakfast and to work on. The tv has Netflix with a dedicated account for guests. If you have a car or bike the place is well located. About 15-20 minute walk to central Wanaka.
There is not much I did not like. The kitchen it not suitable for cooking, although there is a microwave.
