About this cottage rental
Tythe Lodge is a beautifully presented all-ground-floor lodge sitting in Howell near Heckington, Lincolnshire. There are two bedrooms in the lodge sleeping five guests, made up of a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a zip/link king-size (twin on request) with a truckle bed beneath, served by a bathroom. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove and a utility. Outside you will find off-road parking for two cars and a private, enclosed patio with furniture, fire pit, shed and hot tub. Tythe is a wonderful holiday home for families or groups of friends seeking to explore this exciting area of Lincolnshire. between July-August this property only allows short breaks from a Friday or a Monday
Amenities: Electric heat pumps and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Multi-room Air-conditioning, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Private, enclosed patio with furniture, fire pit, shed and hot tub. Electric Vehicle charging point available, pay per use to reflect that no additional cost has been added to the rental. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.1 miles, pub 2.3 miles. Note: Property is next to a working arable farm which creates more traffic at certain times of the year.
