Welcome to Bella Casa. Waking in this sunny, cheerful home tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood will feel absolutely delightful on your next mini-break or getaway. We have three bedrooms, one double, one queen, and one with two twin beds with two full bathrooms. Plenty of space for friends or family. With the beach just a minute’s walk away, you’ll have easy access to beach combing and watching the waves if you don’t find the sunny deck and shady yard more appealing. Our fully-stocked kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee pot will make staying in that easy! You’ll find a cheery living room with plenty of comfortable seating, Satellite TV, DVD, and Free Wifi for putting your feet up after a day at the beach. Our laundry room is at your disposal, too, just in case you manage to bring back more sand in your cuffs than desired. We offer parking for up to 3 cars and a smoke-free environment.

Dog Friendly for up to 2 dogs, no other pets allowed. Please do not leave dogs unattended at any time in or on the property.

The location is great, only a block away from beach access. It also slept four adults (70, 44, 18, 17) pretty well with two full bathrooms and three rooms. Lounging areas were easy to use and the back deck was nice as well. My only negative of the property is this. The property needs an exterminator as we killed 18 different spiders, some with elbows and knees. A few the size of a golf ball and we were only there for three nights. The 3:30a wake-up of someone going through the trash wasn’t ideal, just annoying. Overall, a good location, easy accessible, slept four comfortably, just needs an exterminator to make routine visits!

1 block from beach, Promenade and our children. Beautiful yard front and back with lovely large patio. Very quiet street and safe street. Home is quit roomy for 4-6 adults with well equips kitchen. Parking for 3 autos. I would definitely stay, again. Thank you for gorgeous flowers to welcome us!

Cottage was adorable. Better than the photos in description. Close to beach and close to town. Quite neighborhood. Beds are comfortable. Cottage is clean. Carpet could use a shampoo but other then that no complaints. Will return

I can’t say enough about the great location of this property! Quick walk to the beach, just down the road from the main downtown, and so clean! We did have a little trouble with the internet the first day, but may have been due to the weather. We came with our dog and 3 children and had so much space! It was a great stay and if we come back to seaside we will stay here again!

very pleasant and comfortable home to stay at, especially with pets. nice backyard and deck, and most importantly, a half block away from the beach, and a nice walk to the promenade, or 5 minute drive. the kitchen was very well stocked. my son was happy to see the old Nintendo to use, too.

We were very disappointed by the following: The lawn, particularly in the backyard, was way overgrown, and probably hadn’t been mowed for a month or all summer. After being assured that the lawn would be mowed, it was never done. The carpet in the living room is disgusting with multiple spots and stains….needs professional cleaning. Deck needed sweeping. Lots of debris. The tile floor in the shower had visible mold around the base. The carbon monoxide alarm went off in the middle of the night. We disconnected it. Batteries should be replaced regular basis once a year. The kitchen facilities were great but was overshadowed unfortunately by the delayed maintenance everywhere else.

The property was as advertised with a well-equipped kitchen and all the amenities we needed. What really sets this place apart though is the location. Quick access to the beach via a foot path and a short walk to the main area of town with shops and restaurants though far enough away from the boardwalk that it was quiet in the evenings. I would absolutely stay here again.

Loved the location, and so very close to beach access. However, cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When we first arrived, I went to empty the dishwasher. The dishes in it were wet and dirty. I ran it again - High temp and heat dry. Same results. I looked inside - the drain filter was packed with food and mildew or mold was growing on the side. What a ghastly breeding ground for germs and bacteria. I decided I would hand wash all dishes that we used with hot water. This was a good choice, because as I pulled dishes out of the cupboard they were (no surprise here ) DIRTY! The cutting boards were covered with crumbs. The back bathroom had mildew growing on the bottom. Baseboards overall were in need of cleaning. When I went to find an outlet to plug in my phone in the bedroom behind the bed - it was grossly thick with dirt and God only knows what else. Supplies were extremely chintzy; 2 little cakes of dishwasher soap for a week long stay (although I handwashed all of our dishes), barely enough TP and paper towels to get through the week. Three companies are involved somehow with this rental. The "Host" fees were nearly one third of the cost. We paid a lot for a dirty stay - should have gone camping.

I would rent this place again for the location alone. Just steps to the most magnificent beach. The house is great for adults - it’s old but kind of feels like you are going to your grandmas house for the weekend. We had a great stay!

Perfect location and home setup for a stay in seaside . The NES gaming system was a huge hit. It’s pet friendly which is awesome, and definitely smells like it but that comes with the territory some times . Will definitely book again

Property was easy to find, very clean and well appointed. We had 5 adults in their seventies and our 3 year old Brittany doggie. The house was one level and the rooms were great. An added bonus was the backyard and the very large patio. We will try to get it next year if we can make another trip. Thank you very much

We enjoyed the location and convenience of the house. The only problem we had was that when we arrived the cleaning lady was still there. We had young children with us and were in need of getting into the house and settling in for our stay. Having to kill time for two hours after a drive of several hours didn't set well for any of us!

This spacious beach cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood with very close proximity to the beach and promenade. It features a large kitchen / eating area and family room. Our party consisted of 4 adults and we all had comfortable spots to sit in the family room. That's not the case in all rentals. We would definitely consider renting this cottage again.

Less than a mile north of the shopping area, but a minute or two walk to the beach! It was cleanl, comfortable and dog friendly! Nice neighborhood. I called the main number to say our garbage was full and she was excellent! Had someone out right away to pick it up! I highly recommend this affordable, cute place!

We love the beach was walking distance. Down town was 5 minute drive away. Shops everywhere. Great sea food. 20 min away from Astoria & can’t forget brewery’s lol. Definitely would rent this house again. But one thing to add would be maybe a grill out back so people can enjoy that beautiful out door patio the owners have & a nice big fire place too for a late night gathering with friends & family who tag along. Both trash cans were full when we got there so we had no where to put our trash so we had to take some trash with us a find a trash container to throw it in. Only bad thing
