Escape to Sea Colony's oceanfront in this recently completely renovated and redesigned seventh-floor two-bedroom condo! One of the few Sea Colony oceanfront condos with three full baths, this unique one-level layout features a surfside balcony, a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a full hallway bathroom, a den with ocean views, and two primary suites! The recent updates include new furniture throughout, new bedding, new Cortex flooring throughout, new kitchen appliances, quartz kitchen counters, recessed lighting, and granite counters in all three baths. The master bath even has a double shower and double sinks. Central air conditioning, washer and dryer, and more. This home is accessible without stairs and includes four flatscreen TVs, a soundbar in the living room, three Blu-rays, and free WiFi.
Sea Colony features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two of which are indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, year-round security, and even a summer community shuttle. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Sea Colony's oceanfront features five oceanfront pools (including one indoor) and three kiddie pools, plus exercise facilities.
THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.

Parking
Sea Colony Parking Passes
Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 7.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
