Wonderful stay

It was good experience with Rooms were clean and food was nice. breakfast was very good. was tasty, the view was amazing, room was clean everything is perfect.

nice stay in fab

Great property with excellent service (incl. Butler services) and free access to Sauna & Steam. All restaurants (especially Peshawari), breakfast buffet and bar are superb. Spa services and work out room are world class.

Excellent experience with Kaviya

Excellent stay.... Room was neat and clean... Lobby was attractive.. Old hotel but maintained well... Breakfast buffet was also nice.. Staff was very professional and helpful.. Especially thanks mr Narendra and his team..

Best Experience ever had

The hotel and the staff is very very good and the breakfast and the all type of restaurant services that they provide are excellent. It is like my family away from family and these guys are really very very helpful and genuine. The front office, Housekeeping, Food and beverages and the entire hotel staff is very very Cooperative and helpful.

The hotel refused to honour the booking rates that I got from booking.com/ OYO and I wasn't allowed to check in until I paid up 1200+taxes while the price I had booked from your site was 793. The AC wasn't working

The reservation was rearranged after long conversation to another property even though partial advance payment had been made.

I booked for 900 but I was charged 1200 by saying booking has been cancelled talk to booking.com but booking.com was not user friendly and I felt hopeless and in trouble so I had to pay extra.

over charging. they will cancel your booking at the time of check-in. you need to pay extra to get booking confirmed.

The staff were very accommodating. The food was good too at a pocket friendly price.

The extra bed which provided, was not clean and there was no extra blanket, which led me to cold and sickness afterwards.
