Newly remodeled house in The Villages has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, hot tub and a rec room. The location is very close to Spanish Springs Town Center, Hacienda Hills Country Club and Tierra Del Sol Country Club. It is located on a quiet street just south of El Diablo golf course. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the rec room, to accommodate large groups

We have pictures of thick dust in the kitchen and also on the fans which we were unable to use due to this. My children were sneezing due to the unclean nature of the living space. We saw bugs in a bedroom and kitchen where we saw ant traps. There was only one usable shower due to the other curtain having mold on it. We also assumed we would have garage access and we did not. I would like reimbursement for the cleaning that was not done.

The host was very accommodating to the needs of my family. My granddaughters enjoyed the toys and games. For traveling parents, the Pack n Play was especially welcome.

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in/Check-out was very easy with detailed instructions from the hosts. The house was very clean and comfortable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to Spanish Springs Square, golf courses, pools, restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts provided several kitchen staples such as coffee, spices, baggies, etc. as well as a few toiletries and beach towels which was very nice. Our guest passes were available upon arrival so we were all set to go enjoy The Villages on day 1. My only suggestion is to have a map available (or emailed) showing the closest neighborhood pool and family pool for that location as we had trouble the first 2 days with The Villages app and couldn't buy a map due to the Sales office being closed when we arrived and closed the next day for Easter. Once we were able to get the app working, it was a breeze. The hosts were quick to respond with any questions.

Enjoyed our stay. House and amenities were nice. Tv in all rooms. Easy to find. Extras included: breakfast, coffee , fruit and snacks were a nice touch. Could upgrade bathroom toiletries.

This house was fantastic! It was beautiful and spacious, very well kept, had a hot tub, was close to everything. We were extremely comfortable during our stay and had a great time visiting our family in The Villages. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!!

We stayed at The Hot Tub house while looking for a home to buy and move to. Could not have been any better, everything was just as shown on the VRBO site. And we did buy a home while we were there.

The owner was extremely easy to work with and the house was very comfortable for our 2 families of 4. He left us snacks and drinks and provided us with "passes" for the pool, etc. Definitely would stay here again!

I recently stayed at a charming VRBO rental in The Villages, Florida, with my mother. The kitchen, equipped with top-notch appliances and a wide range of cookware, allowed us to indulge our culinary creativity. The outdoor spaces were well-maintained and provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. We spent evenings on the patio, enjoying the refreshing Florida evenings under the starry sky. Although we encountered a minor issue with one of the beds, despite our inability to correct it ourselves, it did not impact our trip as the rental has extra places to sleep. Overall, our stay at this VRBO rental in The Villages was exceptional. It provided us with a delightful and memorable vacation, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a cozy and well-appointed retreat. Don't miss out on this perfect getaway!

This property was such an amazing find! Stephen was super to correspond with from the get go. Very clean and comfortable for our extended family of 7. Plenty of little perks - snacks, small toiletry bags, and plenty of pool towels! The neighbors even invited us outside to watch a launch. We have family living in The Villages and hope to stay here again!

The Villages guest passes were great for all the local amenities and Steve was quick to communicate with us. Would love to stay here again!

Absolutely cute place.. very comfortable and they had thought of everything. It was so nice to see all the personal touches, even down to leaving drinks in the Fridge. The owners were very communicative and it made checking in and out very easy. We will definitely come back again and we highly recommend this home..

From the very beginning the rental experience was perfect! The house is beautiful and met our needs exactly. We were running late and had our grocery order coming - the host met the delivery and even put our refrigerated items away! The attention to detail with all the amenities was awesome - we didn’t need to buy anything but groceries (and they had fruit and snacks for us to enjoy). We love the Villages and will definitely rent this property again in the near future 😎

This is a very good location in Spanish Springs. Close to all activities. The home is a great space for the 4 of us. The owner supplies everything you need for a wonderful stay. If you have questions he replies quickly. Bonus, is the hot tub! This was our first stay at this home....we are coming back. We have stayed at the owners other property before. That home is also in Spanish Springs.

Loved the house. Loved the rec centers. For the most part people were very friendly. A bit far from where my aunt and uncle live. I didn't realize The Villages was so large. Would definitely stay here again. My aunt and uncle have lived in the The Villages for 15 years and were also impressed with the home.

Very nice house. Check-in was easy and there were plenty of drinks and snacks available. The room amenities were very extensive and we lacked for nothing. For starting point the trips in all directions.

I took my 90 year old mom to visit her 89 year old sister. The owner was extremely accommodating with all of my requests. The house was a wonderful amount of space and most importantly, was handicapped accessible. The owner provided very helpful notes throughout the house and also provided welcoming bags, toiletries and snacks. Also left water and soda in the refrigerator. Wonderful hosts!

We will DEFINITELY be staying here again! We were so shocked at the level of comfort and hospitality when we arrived at the house. They had everything you could possibly need as a traveler and then some. We ran into one small issue and they took care of it immediately. Wonderful experience!
